A haven of peace by the beach, the hotel is an invitation to relax and conducive to a beautiful holiday or professional stay. Always an event that brings to life and creates the friendly atmosphere we are looking for! I highly recommend!

Team at the top. Hotel well located. The pool is perfect. The breakfast buffet is fine.
When we arrived, the flush and the hair dryer didn't work.
The shower seal was leaking.
They changed us from room but 2 bathroom bulbs didn't work.
Bathroom to review. Water pressure and temperature control problem.
Room a little small for 4 and the carpet room a little room.

Very nice hotel, large rooms, good restaurant, very good breakfast, proximity to airport.
we forgot medication in the room's refrigerator. It was mailed to our home free of charge. Very friendly staff.

Use of the venue as a conference centre. The places are very functional, some bugs but quickly resolved. The staff are very helpful but the turnover is a bit painful at the same time though not very annoying. The restaurant part is very nice, the dishes are good overall a bit expensive. Finally, the bar is very nice with a downside: at times it is very difficult to find a bartender. Private parking very convenient but too small sometimes.

Very good experience. While in Nice I was able to enjoy a night in this hotel which, after all, corresponds well to my expectations. The cook of the restaurant enjoyed us. I recommend it.

Unforgettable stay … home to home! At first I have to stress importantly how amazing and attentive the staff are. When I speak of the staff I am referring to front desk kitchen and your keeping. My stay was for a long period so it couldn't have been staged and there for I have to highlight how natural the service was. My room was spacious offering me plenty of space to walk and with great views to the pool and sitting area. The room offered a Nespresso machine topped up for free and daily as was the mini bar. There is an iron available on request and a built in hairdryer. Moving on the restaurant. Food was delicious but to be honest I ate out allot, that said the service in the restaurant was 5 star. Location of the restaurant was really key for me. Situated in st Laurent I could be in the city in a matter of 10 minutes by bus and in Italy in 40 minutes. Monaco and Cannes in same timing. Please do check out the line if restaurants on the front especially edgars for the juicy burger. I went during a training c was very well the staff is very attentive and we ate well damage to the parking there is no bcp room.

Comfortable, private parking, breakfast at height, shopping center in front for all eventuance.

Great place to stay. Fast Wi-Fi. Great mall just 5min away from hotel. 10min walk to train station. 30min to Monaco and Cannes by train.

The lounge bar is very nice. All the staff are attentive and helpful. The hotel is very Beach, which is great for relaxing at night.

My flight for the return to Paris is cancelled, I am greeted at the Novotel of Cap 3000. I must especially thank the hostesses, their patience has been remarkable. The whole team is very nice, I recommend. During my visit, I was able to test the restaurant for lunch; Nice Service, dish of the delicious day, with little time I could very well have lunch. Thank you.

Rather pleasant stay aside: — a bad smell in the hallway as well as in my room.
— Food trays lying around on the floor.
— The fact that we had to wake up at one o'clock in the morning with a deafening fire alarm. Result evacuation and at least 30 minutes out in the cold.
Other than that: — very good restaurant, good service, good food also.
— Nice and polite staff.
— Clean and well-equipped room.
— Quiet Hotel.
— Accessible Wi-Fi network.

Horrible stay.
The hallway stank, food platters dragged on the floor, we had to wake up at one in the morning with a deafening fire alarm because someone had smoked in the kitchen. Result, 30 minutes out in the cold. Super! Great!

Best located hotel to airport in event of delay as beach and shopping centre just a stroll away and free shuttle bus provided. Hotel was good, cooked breakfast not so. Cold breakfast choice was good. Bedroom drinks were a bit mean with one sachet of tea and coffee. The receptionist Youbra is an asset to this hotel with her cheery helpful manner. Unfortunately we could not use pool and outdoor space due to weather but feel sure it would be good in an extended stay.

Room nothing to complain but for the rest zero hotel not able to receive groups of 80 people small breakfast lamentable machine a coffee out of service hard bread the evening meal let's not talk ratatouille one evening the next the same ratatouille with the rest of pata your served to other service customers at the bar? no server who know are work finally so much to say I do not understand that the agency with which we made little trip can work with hotels like this and when I say that they were not able to receive groups are the words of the person of the host helas I did not raise his name I will note 9/10 to the rooms and the spread for the service staff 0/10

Very clean and nice hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast. Very convenient to reach the highway as well as the airport in five minutes. Stayed here for two weeks and would definitely come back when I visit Nice.

Does not deserve 4 stars too old no shower cap only one bathrobe and a pair of slipper and more straight to the milk for the body and after shampoo by cons The price did not drop sharp the Pulman much more upscale when one is superclass it is the real and even No on mattress The list can be long negative if you want the 4 stars go somewhere else.

I spent a few nights here and it was ok, cleanliness and noise are rather good and the comfort of the beds was ok. There's a cafeteria where you can eat and some conference rooms which seem to have some regular visitors.

Hotel near the beach C is the biggest plus point, shuttle bus to the airport and free Wi-Fi are the next Trump. If not small enough little dirty bath room also the cleaning can be done better. If not there is also a nice pool. I would not advise her to be romantic but if not the room if C is for young or people not too demanding it passes.

Rooms are smelly, small and definetely need serious maintenance. Too bad Novotel can't guarantee uniformity of quality. Staff is friendly though.

Quiet place. A huge shopping center nearby. All restaurants and bars in 5 min walk. Most important is the sea. Great walk along the sea.

Well the nice rooms of the 3 that Estuvedel my hotel which I liked the most was the closer to the airport.

Very disappointing considering it is a Novotel. Room was dated and could not get musty smell out despite having ac on full time. One night stay only due to flight delay so didn't have much choice for other hotels. Would not recommend this location.

Very nice conference venue.

Good location, near the mall and the beach. The Marina has many restaurants to choose from. Near the airport. And still quiet surroundings. Clean pool, friendly and helpful staff, Kids and pet friendly hotel. The rooms are cozy but kinda worn out and not modern somethings malfunctioning such as toilet, coffee machine. Bed is ok. Breakfast was fine. Ok for 1-3 nights stay.

Great location just a few steps off the beach where there are a lot of nice restaurants and bars. Across the street from a big shopping mall, and close to the rail and bus stations. I got a quite reasonable rate during the busy season. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Convenient as not far from Nice airport and situated right next to bus stops and a shopping mall parallel with the beach. Has airport shuttle.

Extraordinary team! Super professional! The food? Very good so comparable to other Novotel! The menus are the same by Everything in the Novotel!

Room was bright and very quiet, didn't hear neighbours or outside noise. Kettle and small fridge in the room was very handy. Located across the road from a big shopping centre, and 3 minutes walk to a sandy beach. All the hotel staff were very friendly, and very helpful! We left sunglasses there when we left and the posted them back to us free of charge. Pool was perfect, never too busy. We used it every day. Great spot for families with kids. Would highly recommend this place.

Wonderful staff at the reception as well as in the Restaurant. The staff member David was exceptionally helpful, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The restaurant staff member Elena was also noticeably kind and helpful. Travelled in a group of 2 families. 2+2, 2+1 Kids loved it. Breakfast was nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was nice. Public toilets were clean. Ameneties were functioning. Couldn't ask for more.

Great hotel, good staff, room as expected and food good. Only issue is the distance into Nice centre but if you drive or get the bus into town it's ok. Taxi is expensive at €30 one way.

Ive been visiting this hotel in middle of april. I surely can say, that Novotel cap 3000 is not a 4 star hotel, I am surprised that somebody actually gave them the star they not deserve, rooms look terrible, old bathrooms, 50 % of stuff dont speak english, even though the hotel is next to the airport, only one elevator which was broken when Ive been there, means tht you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor yourself. When Ive asked an adaptor for my hairdryer they said tht they hve non left, after they proposed me to buy it, service isnt bad, but if you are asking something most of the time they cant do it, but they r refusing with a smile. That was the worst experience in my life. Not a 4 star hotel at all, maximum 3 star.

Stayed here twice: once with family, towing a huge removal trailer. Mentioned this in comments field while booking online and was pleasantly surprised that staff had set aside a long parking space right below a video surveillance camera especially for us. Thoughtful. Nice restaurant with smiling staff and food was not gourmet, but perfectly acceptable. When we left, they opened the fire brigade exit so we could drive straight out onto the street without having to back through the parking area. Again, thoughtful of them. Returned there for business a few months later and the staff greeted me as if I'd been staying there year after year. Will a certainly stay there again.
