Good location situated between train station and beach yet away from main traffic noise. Room simply and stylishly decorated with great air conditioning. Staff at reception providing exemplary service and always willing to help.

Beautiful hotel, very clean room. Despite of some minor issues, they are very helpful to solve it before our arrival. Breakfast is very good and you can enjoy it in the beautiful garden. Very good location to go around Nice city centre.

HOTEL VILLA VICTORIA in Nice is like an oasis. A hotel of good class, of good standard and of smile… yes smile, you feel at home directly when entering the hotel and your room. And if You have your room looking at the big garden — You just can spill up a wiskey and enjoy life. Just the look of this palmgarden is a dream. And a dream to sit and read Nice-Matin over a cup and in the shadow. Mon Dieu — talk about holiday. And the flowers and the brize in the garden makes it more great and fine. Villa Victoria has a wonderful breakfast you can take in the garden. Villa Victoria has near to almost just anything in Nice. No wonder that I have been here long time back. Sure Villa Victoria is a win for me and my soul in Nizza. Lars c tisell.

A beautiful hotel from another era… we almost forget that we are in a hotel, especially with its spacious, warm garden and cute little cats… The Super Welcome.

Comfortable and calm. The Hotel is located within a 10 minutes walk from pretty much everything you might need. It is really easy to find when coming from the train station. If you come by car, you might have some trouble finding a parking slot, as the hotel provides only a few slots. The various floors are accessible via stairs or a small elevator (3-4 persons). The rooms are comfy, while keeping a certain style. The bathrooms are modern, although you might suffer from a lack of hot water while taking a shower in the morning… Might not be adapted for disabled people. Overall, it's a really convenient hotel to spend a week-end.

A good hotel not far from shops around, couple of exterior parking spots (reserve ur spot upon reserving ur room) friendly staff, good price, nice garden… annd concerning the room we had relaxing bed and clean.

Couldn't be better. Extremely helpful staff. The garden is beautiful to sit and enjoy the complimentary coffee and pastries in the afternoon after a day on the beach. Only a short walk to the town. Our room overlooked the garden and was clean and bright. Nothing bad to say about this place except we're leaving tomorrow. Hope to be back again one dayand recommend it to anyone.

This is a nice boutique hotel, about 15-20 min walking distance to the "Promenade does Anglais", at the harbor. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was a reasonable size, nice and clean bathroom. There is also a wonderful center garden where guests can have breakfast or just a quiet afternoon. The only drawback is that if you have a car, the hotel only has 5 parking spaces, or you will have to park on the streets or some parking garage. So, make sure you reserve one with the hotel, if possible.

The staff were all very pleasant, the room was very clean and comfortable and the garden was super. Such a pleasure to be so central but woken to the song of birdsong in the morning. Only negative was that breakfast could have been serviced better on Grand Prix morning when everyone was leaving promptly.

We recently enjoyed 5 days at this lovely hotel in Nice and it was truly wonderful. The hotel itself was light and airy and the rooms were clean with all the facilities we needed such as a tea & coffee, mini bar and even a heated towel rail which came in very handy for drying wet swimming clothes. I would certainly recommend a garden view as the lovely french doors opened onto the view of the terrace where we spent breakfast each morning. The breakfast itself was really super, with a nice mixture of continental style croissants and ham and cheese and extremely delicious smoked bacon and eggs. Our nicest little treat of the day was coming back each evening to a couple of pain au chocolats and coffee in the foyer. Nice itself is beautiful — the old town and the waterfall are definitely worth a trip and if you are looking for a private beach I would recommend the Ruhl Plage halfway along the Promenade des Anglais. My fiance and I had a beautiful experience while we stayed at Villa Victoria! We speak very little French and the wonderful staff spoke lovely English for us. We have 3 cats back home which we missed dearly, but we got the chance to meet Victoria the garden cat! She was so friendly and lovely and even jumped up on our laps! We loved the views and the close proximity of the city/ocean! We will definitely be staying no where else other than at Villa Victoria in the future!

An amazing boutique hotel. It feels like you are in someones garden out the back. Delicious breakfasts. Clean rooms and friendly staff. We would stay there again!

The perfect place in Nice. Great staff, friendly and very helpful. Beautiful rooms, we had a gardenview room with the orange tree right outside our french balcony. Very clean. The breakfast was supernice, and having breakfast — eating croissant and drinking cappucino — in the garden with my sisters and mother is one of the sweetest memories from the trip.
Quiet, relaxing, comfortable in the middle of the city. 5 minutes walk to the old city and the beach. What more can you ask for? I will always recommend this hotel!

Found this hotel to be well situated for easy access to beach, shopping, markets and Promenade Anglais. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was great and comfortable with a lovely view out into garden and rooftops.
