The best hotel in the region home service restaurant hotel it has been more than 30 years that I come and never decu.

Hotel very well located, a very available and welcoming staff. The food is excellent. Free outdoor parking. For me a very good hotel.

Ghastly hotel, exorbitantly priced, by an industrial and commercial estate, surrounded by tarmac, cranes and factories. Poky outdated rooms, cramped pool area, misleading photographs. Never use this for a holiday location. Hard to travel to on hair raising confusing roads far from Nice centre and the wonderful life there.

This hotel has been let down by very poor arrogant rude staff. On check in we where greated by a very nice Black man who was warm and welcoming and helpful. This man said I could park my car in the garage because I am disabled and have problems walking the and this was on the hotel as they are quiet.
we got to the room and found the air con was leaking water all overnthe carpet so we reported it in case they thoight it was use. They said they would fix. we went to use th…e resturant to find it was not serving the the al a carte menu. Only some marinated beef dish and nothing else. So we went on return to the hotel we pressed for the gate to be open myvpartner had to our name and room number 3 time and we where left waiting for for to long. Once we got through the gate we went to the garage as we where told to do we had to wait for it to be opened
whilst park the car a man with no identification can up to my passanget door and tried to open. He did not identify himself he had nothing on him to say he worked at the hotel
first word out of his mouth is you cannot park here.
So I explained to him that I did not know who he was, but when we checked in, we were told to park in the garage. This man then said I was not basically calling me a liar. Sorry you do not call me a lair. So my voice became raised and said go away I will deal with it tomorrow. He then threatened me with the police to which I said please call them I will be happy to speak to them.

The hotel is clean, no smoking room smell. A well-heated outdoor swimming pool with a service made by the hotel hostess.
Small care at first to find my reservation but they found a solution to avoid that I wait at the front desk.

Good value for money hotel 10 mins away from airport. Swimming pool. Good breakfast.

We had booked with our friends at the same time two rooms our friends had a fairly modern room and we a very disappointed dilapidated room we asked to change to more modern we ended up in a room with the same modernity as the previous one with a map for r the electricity that works half a poorly fixed toilet, broken tiles for a 4 star and at 160 euros at night we expect more correct in terms of staff nothing to say they offered us bottles of water to catch up.
We will definitely not go back it's a shame the pool was top.

Frankly, while so many 4-year hotels are disappointing, even for the big hotel chains, this one, independent, is perfect.
Breakfast by the pool is very quiet.
All the staff are helpful, the establishment is of exemplary cleanliness, there is a local management.
Congratulations to the whole team.

Decent hotel. Had a strange smell in bathroom. Swimming pool is nice. Service not good enough for a 4 star hotel. No smiles from staff, even quite rude to my wife. Someone entered our room to grab something while we were barely dressed after we said we were there when they knocked. Also did not always refill all room items.

Great hotel in a perfect location for easily getting in and out of Monaco and not very far at all from Nice airport. Stayed here a few times with work & always enjoyed it. Rooms are a good size, bathrooms well equipped & the service provided by the staff is excellent. Extras include a pool out back of the hotel in and a secure private parking. The pictures are the view are from the balcony on one of the road facing rooms.

Zen, fresh produce, great choice. Friendly and professional staff. Garden and the pool is easy to reach and the terrace is shaded.

Very nice and functional, clean and equipped with a large parking lot that also allows large buses to stay every night to visit nice. Rooms clean and equipped with all too many plugs for the refills of their electronic equipment. Can accommodate large groups.

Great hotel, the staff are very welcoming, pleasant, fold in four to satisfy their guests.

Not bad but not a 4 star looks nice from the outside and downstairs but rooms are old, 120 euros per night and 7, 50 euros for a pint is a bit much.

Quiet hotel near the highway. Comfortable room good bedding. Coffee Machine in the room. Bottle of water offered. On the other hand, problem of receiving channels 2 & 3. Canal + and Beein sport it's cool. Nice breakfast but a little expensive. Large and secure Parking.

The arrival reception very cold, the departure more friendly, my room very very comfortable clean and functional, good value for money for the room I would return.

Nice restaurant. Rooms are okay… smoking on premises. Close to airport and futbol stadium. No convenient to old Town or boardwalk.

The room was spacious and clean. I liked that it had an in-room safe and mini fridge. I did not like the express check out. We were catching an early flight and could not exit the hotel; the front exit was physically locked to prevent exit. There was a note to call to exit, but it wasn't clear. The first two times I called the international phone number, I got a message in French, which was difficult to understand. I then called the local number and someone came out to check us out. This would not have been a problem if it was explained at check in. I did mention that we would be checking out early when we arrived. I understand with all of the violence happening in France that everyone must be careful. However, the security gate entering and exciting was slow and cumbersome. Lastly, I did not like having to park in the back and then walk around the entire hotel to the front entrance each time I left and returned. A second entrance should be added to the back of the hotel. When I booked this hotel I was told it was 4 star. I disagree and consider it to be 3 star. I've managed 4 star properties and was disappointed with the level of service and lack of attention to detail. I would not recommend this hotel to my colleagues.

Nice Hotel with friendly English speaking staff who were happy to point out the main places of interest to visit in the area. Restaurant was goodwith a varied menu but we didn't go much on the steak. 25 minute drive from Nice Central so be prepared to drive or use public transport. Allianz Arena 5 minute walk away. Main road noisy all day which isn't great for relaxing by the pool or on the balcony, also there's a school next door,

Decent Hotel. Unique flaws: Very undersized Wi-Fi and a little small showers. Great breakfast and nice pool.

Nice hotel, room was pretty big in size. Location wise, is quite far from the city center (around 1hr by public transport). Train station nearby though, and bus stop in front of the hotel. Staff is nice, rooms kept quite clean, restaurant food is lovely.

Room was very clean and tidy. Plenty of parking outside though the parking is on gravel. No issue finding a space (it's huge). Car park is secured via two gates so security is good too. Swimming pool and sun beds are clean and tidy though a little on the small side. Receptionists are very friendly and all charges were made clear on arrival. The location of the hotel itself is not near much. Suggest you bring a car. There is a nice cafe two minutes walk away (looking out of reception, turn left and it's just past the roundabout on the right hand side of the road (as you walk towards it) ) I would return given the opertunity.

The hotel even being simple is cozy and the staff is quite friendly. Is located on the outskirts of Nice, and it is essential to have a vehicle for commuting.

— It was a shame that the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner during my stay, as Saint Isidore does not have a great variety of restaurants near the hotel.
— Room was a little tired but clean and comfortable.
— Bathroom was poorly appointed as the shower head was on the opposite side of the shower screen. The bathroom got very wet. I stayed in room 376.
— out of the toiletries on offer, a tooth brush, tooth paste and disposable comb could have been included
— Otherwise their were extremely friendly employees, who made every effort to ensure a smooth and successful stay.
— Swimming pool area was clean tidy and comfortable. It is a shame that lunch was not served at the time of my stay.
please check with the hotel before booking what the status is with their restaurants before booking.
— Wireless access to internet was good and a laptop for internet use was made available in the lounge area.
— Nice flat screen TV in the room.
— Plenty of parking available.
— Good access to the motorway by car.
— Poor access to public transport to Nice.
— Taxis to Nice and the airport are super expensive if you are alone.

only the Council emphatically of the staff to take the shuttle bus to go to charles hermann n was not good… the bike would be 100 times faster with less crowds.

Parking arriving is the disturbing limit. Located behind the hotel to do all the way around to get inside.
Dust galore the car is dirty in the morning.
The décor is correct, scent diffusers are in the corridors.
For the room on the other hand, mine had two consecutive days a strong unpleasant smell m forcing open the window.
A bottle of welcome is available but don't count it is renewed, qq is the duration of the stay.
Correct bedding but school not far from the.
Boss has the look, hoping that the place improves.

I liked that the staff spoke English, They were all very polite, kind and attentive to my needs. The location is great if you want to go to an OGC Nice Futball game. I thought that the restaurant could have better hours of operations.

Away but well. If you have a car and don't want to spend infinite $ in Nice, Monaco, Saint Tropez or Cannes may be the place you are looking for. The problem is that after a while, dan wanted to have something close to foot to go out to eat. It is very clean and fairly well attended. No luxury.

Good food, good service but the interiors are a bit gaudy and ugly.

We stayed one night and very much enjoyed the quality of the gourmet restaurant for lunch and for dinner. Buffet breakfast was also very good. Staff was verry attentive. The comfortable rooms are soundproof and for a good reason because there is much traffic noice due to the hotel location close to the highway exit. The hotel is very suited for (business) stop-overs. We also liked the safe parking and the garage. From this location one can also easilly reach touristic sites like Nice by car or bike. Never the less the location is less atractive for a longer touristic stay.
