Great hotel, highly recommended. We stayed here for 8 nights. Everything was super except for one nuance, by default the rooms are cleaned once a week and the laundry is also rarely changed, but for an additional fee you can order different types of cleaning in the room with and without changing bed linen. Breakfasts are generally not included by default in room room stand, but as the rooms are equipped with their own kitchens it is not a big problem. The staff are very friendly. We got an updated room with an interesting and pleasant design, by the way in each room there is a balcony with a table and chairs, where you can have a nice breakfast overlooking the castle if the windows of your room overlook the backyard.

+ Staff very friendly and helpful. Location great. — Too expensive for what it is. The rooms are old and need renovation. You have to pay for everything extra. Cleaning service only after 7 days, which shows that clean doesnt mean to them a lot, as it should be at max 4 days in order to preserve the cleaness of the hotel. You have the impression that the hotels makes everything to keep costs low and ask high prices to the client. Bathrooms need renovation.

Very nice hotel staff were lovely and helpful room had everything you needed. Very central to everything, beach 2 streets away. Went on a bingo tours couldn't rate it high enough highly recommend. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I was in the month of June. Obviously quieter. If you travel light the airport bus 23 drops you in front of the hotel. Stop MUFF
The neighborhood is no nicer and in full work x future tram but very convenient. 3 ' from the sea, close to shops and some small restaurants. 20 ' walk x Massena or bus in front of the hotel. Well served by bus 12 x train station. X what is of the residence I was satisfied with my choice because I got a Studio side garden renovated very clean quiet absolute and with nice balcony.
This is not worth (noise) x the side BVD Grosso! Pdj optional buffet and with good choice at 10. €50. Possibility to load a program x free reading of the press staff at the reception always friendly and available (we had to intervene x explain the operation of the hob! ) Enough dishes if you do not want to go out: top Studio)

If we often move by bus buy card 10 trips to €10; the individual ticket on the bus costs 1.50

Nice home/studio room clean with balcony garden view good bedding/close prom and shops to advise.

The facilities are kept below standard. Areas are not pleasing. The booking was canceled without a notice call. The incapable staff in the reception seemed hostile and incapable the taking interest in helping with tiniest of requests.

This hotel is well situated, one minute away from the promenade des anglais. The roof terrasse is OK to enjoy the sun at. There is no swimming pool though. Breakfast at the premises is diverse and there is a great choice of variety. Buses are easy to take and stopped more or less right in front of the hotel. Perfect to move around during heat waves. The supermarket Liddle is just around the corner for shopping.

Well equipped Mini apartment near the Promenade 100 meters and 500 meters from the old town of Nice.

Nice residence near the center and a few steps from the Promenade. Well-furnished apartments equipped with towels and sheets. Every room has its own heating. Kitchen provided with crockery. A good point of support to visit Nice and enjoy its wonderful temperature.

Lovely apartment, great facilities, the lift was a little slow and the rooms sound proof wasn't great so did get noisy early in the morning.

Location is good: direct buses to/from the airport in 5 minutes walk, Quay, center, railway station within walking distance. The windows overlook a quiet street. This is the pros and ends.
The room is small, jammed, hot water is often not enough. The beds are very narrow even for a narrow person. The internet is not bad, but also frequent interruptions.
Unpleasant staff at the reception: people do not know not only simple arithmetic or how to behave with the client, but do not even consider it necessary to respond to the greeting. ) )

Good location 5 minutes from the promenade of the English and nearby shops. The studios are well appointed and the view on the residence side is nice and quiet. It's clean. Spacious. Well-equipped. A good size balcony. The new bedding but the carpet deserves to be changed. The air conditioning system reversible a noisy hair. The promotional posters in the hallway date from 2015. It's okay but frozen in time.

Good location. Pleasant roof terrace. The apartments themselves are simple but homely.

To relax, perfect choice. Not too far from the center of Nice. Very friendly athmosfrere. Even got plates be washed in the machine. Felt homely.
