Checked in today. Excellent so far. Love the water views and the spacious balcony with the doors that fully open. Noisy outside yet totally quiet inside when the doors are closed. Helpful concierge. Awesome bar!

Fantastic location near the beach shopping and old town, responsive and professional staff (that speak tons of different languages well), comfortable rooms/beds. Furniture and decor are getting a little worn.

Very friendly staff. Certain rooms have better views than others (different price points). Ordered ice buckets for champagne and glasses a few times, very quick and staff that delivered was friendly.

I don't understand these rave reviews at all. If it's Ayayat, I'm probably a ballerina. In general, all this Cote d'Azur left a very bad impression, starting from fabulous prices for nothing, ending with the level of service. Happened to be here during the Cannes Festival, came another hotel (Reddison), which was even more terrible. At the reception met a girl who could not offer anything better than a maaal ny room for a lot of money, 3500 for 5 nights. The room is terrible, stuffy, in terms of decoration — I'm silent. Not far from the entrance some representatives of girls with a very easy temper. In general, once again, it is never Hayayat, nothing corresponds to these stars and brand (there was a lot where there is something to compare).

Purely all over the hotel.
The room is large (100 sq m), two separate rooms with a large balcony, two separate toilets, a large bathroom with a bathroom and a shower cubicle, two sinks, a roomy dressing room, a coffee machine and a kettle, a few utensils (a room huddled with a see on the sea).
The breakfasts are not brilliant but good. The pool is heated, there is a bath. The staff are pros, and at all levels. Everyone is friendly. There are Russian speakers at the reception and in the restaurant. Externally, the hotel building is not an architectural masterpiece, even it can be said — not a beautiful building, but inside everything is located quite conveniently, the interior is not pathetic. The kitchen in Storan is good, served quickly, carefully and friendly, but it is in early May, do not know how will be in high season.? The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the sea.
Every evening the room is cooked when sleeping and as usual leave candy on the pillow, BUT! Here, there was strangeness! every evening, we were left with two little sweets (the size of a bean) with the fact that there were three people in the room: "why? " And so they put every evening, for two weeks, "two beans. " for the three of us.

Wonderful place. Fantastic location. Dinner on the balcony with a view of the promenade and ocean is spectacular. Rooms are large and well equipped. Only downside — pool area is very small with room for very few guests.

Stayed here with points and had a wonderful time. The rooms were comfortable and the view was unbeatable. Being able to walk across the street right on to the beach is the reason to book this place. The location relative to the train station and restaurants is also perfect. The casino attached to the hotel is underwhelming but all of the gambling is underwhelming in Nice. For something better you'll need to take a train to Monte Carlo. I was a little disappointed that the entire 3rd floor (which has the pool and terrace view) was resvered the whole time we were there for a conference, but I guess it was just bad timing.

It's beautiful. The rooms are spacious and chic. There is a restaurant overlooking the sea. Cooking there excellent!

A professional and courteous welcome. And very good little ovens. The meeting rooms are nice and clean. They are also well equipped and distributed throughout the hotel. Underground parking is available just below the hotel.

Everything is simply beautiful and perfect. The staff were lovely. The superb setting. The cocooning rooms. The dream and the relaxation.

Staff very rude and rude, not worthy of a five star. Very cold reception. As a result it was difficult to appreciate the place! I strongly advise against.

Conveniently facing the Promenade des Anglais, it has a bar and pool outdoors on the third floor. But the rooms are very dim, with subdued lighting even in the bathroom. And parking is expensive at thirty Euro.

Excellent service and wonderful amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel. It's in a great location with beautiful views, the staff is very courteous and go out of their way to help you. Especially the concierge team. Highly recommend.

Perfect location and nice amenities, no able to provide 5 star review due to some image issues (stained carpets and smells) and waitresses staff actitude issues.

Very nice restaurant. Outside there is a terrace with breathtaking views of the sea. The food is great, the staff friendly and helpful. We were very happy and if we go back to nice it will be a mandatory stop.

Fabulous water view suites. Good service. Really nice decorations in the hotel, and breakfast was good.

The room is also OK, but the breakfast is too bad, not rich at all, the food here is also general, from 5 stars almost, only the price is like 5 stars.

The Palace of the Mediterranean is one of the beautiful addresses of the Promenade des Anglais de Nice. A refined setting, with a casino party for the inveterate players and the hotel with its outdoor bar in height and its swimming Pool A restaurant at the height of the very good tables of the city and the service is efficient and sober it is a good address, it is missing may be that Lque thing to make the place more warm but the most classic of us will appreciate, and to be honest it is more the large number of address of this prestige in the city that makes it difficult to criticize.

Less good quality Restaurant than in the past. Pigeons that dirty the terrace, uncleaned chairs. Not at the height of the place.

Nice Service, smiling, available even with a late arrival (beyond 22h) but the kitchen side is more than average. I took Linguini with Salmon (€15) to the dinner menu and a tart tatin (€7). Disappointing set in relation to the sign. Damage. We can do better to raise the level.

Amazing. From the moment you walk in you feel looked after. Personalised service and the room is beachfront and to die for. A must for people who visit Nice. A definite highlight of our honeymoon. We have travelled extensively over the last 12 months and the Hyatt Regency Nice is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. Thank you very much for the great experience and treasured memories.

The most beautiful hotel in Nice, with rooms overlooking both the Promenade des Anglais and the hill.
Fairly large pools, luxurious rooms but the prices for breakfast and lunches and dinners are an exaggeration.

A quiet place to rest, nice.

Another wonderful stay at the Hyatt in Nice, France. The front desk was again staffed with ANA. ANA is the best front desk person of any hotel I have stayed. I stay in hotels about 90 nights a year. ANA is the most professional and welcoming part of the Hyatt in Nice. The room service is the best there is, as well. The food is delicious and is served by the most professional staff… everytime!

Excellent staff, indeed amongst the best in the business (I have stayed in over 30 hotels and b&bs in the last 12 months so lots of comparisons). Food is very high quality and breakfast is exceptional. Thoroughly recommend.

A good, if generic, experience at a Hyatt. A comfortable room, if a little odd having a toilet in a different room to the rest of the bathroom, and I do prefer an actual shower rather than a shower attachment in a bath. Breakfast was OK, but very busy. The bar was astonishingly expensive but then, that comes with the hotel brand. A good location. Oddly, no English news channels on the TV — no BBC News, or CNN. In short — an expensive but reliable stay; you can do better for cheaper, but with a Hyatt you know what you're getting.

On the 3rd floor is an excellent bar and restaurant with stunning indoor or outdoor views across the bay. Superb service from the waiting staff, live pianist plays requests, large sundeck with swimming pool. Check out the 5* toilets with their 'secret liaison balconies'! Feel like a millionaire and spend some time here, it's gorgeous! The concierge here are the font of all knowledge… amazing!

Good location. A chic breakfast patio overlooking the sea. The rooms are big.

Good old hotel on the English embankment of the "-" pool is small, in the evening bright lighting balconies, but it is fixable) ), otherwise everything is on the level.

Very good standing, however dark establishment. Very good room.

The place is nice but little choice in the Games.

Helpful and multi lingual staff was able to get us to our room where we had a partial ocean view and enjoyed a delicious room service meal on our balcony. Concierge got us a bottle of wine after the kitchen was closed.

This Hyatt is pretty awesome. First — the service provided by the concierge and other employees is top notch and every speaks English pretty fluently and clearly Secondly, the hotel housekeeping is attentive and always available for anything needs that may arise. Last, the amenities are amazing. The pool is connected to the outside and the and inside of the building, floating smoothly form one end to the other. Overall, a great hotel!

This hotel is by far one of my favorites. I spent a week there a few years ago and keep a remarkable memory! The service was nice, I had had key problems that were sorted out very quickly. I also enjoyed the smell of the room when we came home. Thank you so much for making me live this week of Carnival as a dream come true.

Update: hotel staff was good about fixing issues and moved us to a room at the other end of the building with a nice view if the city (rather than the wall). Changing star rating accordingly. We have also enjoyed other aspects of the hotel, including great breakfasts! Original post… We looked forward to this place for months for our honeymoon. So far, not great and doesn't seem to be deserving of 5-stars: * Front desk staff said they would call when our room was ready, but never did. * the city room view has no view at all. * the happy honeymoon card they left had the wrong name on it. Hopefully it gets better from here.

Good quality hotel. Beautiful artwork in the lobby, helpful and friendly staff. The restaurant on 3rd floor didn't impress, but life piano music was wonderful.

I came in the hotel just to take a look if it would be a nice hotel to stay in for a week next summer. It looked very good, the people are very nice and I might go there next summer, because it is very nearby the beach and the above stated reasons.

This hotel, The Hyatt Regency Nice Palais de la Méditerranée, has a beautiful location looking out on the Med. The front desk staff (Anastasia and her colleagues) were very kind professional and courteous. The Concierge was generously helpful to my wife and I when we were looking for recommendations for a different dining experience each evening of our stay (Thanks Antonio). In the morning the wait and cook staff were very pleasant and warm at the buffet. The water view from the beautiful room was a welcome and relaxing invitation to unwind. I have, and continue to recommend this Hyatt to family and friends.

Recommended hotel in every season! Large clean rooms and bathroom area! Professional and friendly staff! Good Restaurant & Bar. Pool & Sauna! Live music in the bar! Great location only a few minutes to the airport.

Location. A bit old. Breakfast inadequate. Warm water all the time jumps in the tap. In General Heyat and not something worse.

Perfect location, price is reasonable, good service. Roof terrace gives a pleasant environment with swimming pool and views of the promenade, to recover from the stress of touring.
Breakfast room is very getting. Right next door, there is a café which very much more corresponded to our expectations.

Had a great apartment here — loved it — very secure and safe.
