It's located close to the main train station so you can travel along the coast anytime (Mònaco, Cannes, Saint Tropez) or any other place in Europe. They have an amazing helping staff as well. I would like to thank Luca for his lovely welcome and nice suggestions to walk through the town. Our stay was great! Thank you Ibis ❤

Pretty good location with very friendly staff and modern rooms. Breakfast here is sufficient but there are certainly some aspects that leave much to be desired. The room was quite cold and the thermostat was difficult to adjust. The window curtains were kind of cheap so it was difficult to get much privacy or to keep the light out. I was sick during my stay so it was aggravating that rooms don't have their own tea kettles and that everyone needs to share one tea kettle in the lobby. I will say it was a nice touch that they had free chocolate croissants available with free tea in the afternoons as well as a little microwave where everyone good heat up their food. You can buy items from them like noodle soup, chips, etc but the prices aren't great. It's an ok place to stay though not the most comfortable. That being said, in a pinch and if funds are low, I'd be ok with another stay here.

Great hotel with a great location. It is just down the road from Nice Ville train station which goes to Monaco and on the other end of the road is the beach! Staff are all really friendly and speak fluent english for those who can't speak French. The rooms are clean as are the bathrooms. Although there are no kettles in the rooms there is a facility to make read and coffees in the breakfast area which can be used at any time. Very importantly the rooms have Air Conditioning so the rooms are always nice and cool!

Lovely hotel, awesome and helpful staff. Hotel is 5 min walk from main train station and approx. 20 min drive from airport. Rooms are clean with good air conditioning which is must in this hot weather. Breakfast is typical French but enough to get the day started. Wish there were scrambled eggs, hash browns, veg sausages (I’m vegetarian). Beach is approx. 10 min walk.

We stayed in April 2018 for two days family of three… we were happy to choose this hotel… staff was very helpful… n ready to help always… we are not French n we wanted to do fill the form to do cycling which was only in French… staff was ready to help us all the time … our room was also spacious… we were very very happy.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and both experiences were amazing! The staff is super friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The Wi-Fi could be a bit faster but it did the job without any issues. I also find the decor quite fresh and appealing. Breakfast started at 6:30AM and was excellent: good variety, fresh bread and fruit. Location wise, I also found it to be well located: you're about 5min away from the Nice-Ville Station (where you can grab the train and also a bus (#99) which goes to the airport) and 7/8min away from the sea front.

Very well placed in the heart of Nice. Hotel nine. The rooms are spacious (room 403 family) and the staff is very attentive and professional (Stephanie receptionist).

This is really nice hotel. Near by is supermarket where you can get food. And the Wi-Fi is really fast in the hotel. And the breakfast is amazing so much food and the food was so good. It's my favourite hotel.

During the last week I had two stays in this hotel, the first, 5 days, satisfactory. The location is not bad, the staff I found very nice and efficient (the best thing about the hotel, its people) and the room quite acceptable. Because of a storm that devastated Europe those days I had to stay another night and decided to repeat hotel, although this time the room was quite smaller, and the bathroom almost claustrophobic, but not a bad hotel.

Modern stylish hotel and very clean although there are no tea /coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is good, centred around continental style, lots of fruit and cereals etc. The only hot breakfast you can have is toast. All in all though a pleasant 2 night stay.

This is ibis styles for people thinking it is up at the train station. It has a cool style to the design. Palms in the walls. It's pretty clean. Someone comes to clean every day at around 11am to 1pm. Only complaint is the smell of kalk (? ). But you get used to that pretty fast :-) pictures was from the buffet at 6am.

The location is very nice and modern, like the rooms. The service is very helpfull and kind. A good place to sleep and have breakfast (a good choise of food).

Basic however very clean and modern rooms with comfy bed and good shower. As to be expected from an Ibis styles. Coffee at breakfast isn't up to par. However, they do have press-your-own orange juice.

A fab funky quirky hotel excellent value for money excellent location 15 min walk to sea front and 5 mins from central train station. Breakfast was continental but plenty of it staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative no kettle in room however tea making facilities in reception at no cost.

Great location, very clean room and public areas, good breakfast and friendly staff. Yes, the rooms at the front can be noisy with window/door open but when shut the soundproofing is very good. The air con is ok though would've liked to have been able to get turned down a little cooler overnight.

Very nice hotel. We had a lovely room with a balcony getting the evening sun. 2 large double doors leading to the balcony. Fairly well located also, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Good hotel comfortable and modern (with all that goes with it), staff nice, close to the train station (30 m). Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Brief no complaints, finally if: impossibility (or unavailability of the catch) on the screens to insert a USB key to own movies and series.

Very good, the has a young and energy feeling. The decoration is modern and new. The location is at the middle between the sea and the train station.

New building, nice clean big room, very affordable price. Location is 15 mins walk to the beach, 3mins to the casino shop supermarket, 10mins walk to the shopping district, the staffs are very nice and can help us decide where to go in Nice, vending machine downstairs (beers, snakcs), free complimentary bread, coffee, water. Parking site about 600m from here but you can park outside the hotel if there's any open space. Unfortunately there's no toothbrush in my room, but other amenities are there. If you get the same room as mine, in front my room is ER so I saw couple people brought there with an ambulance which is a horrible views, but for me personally, I don't really care about that. 2 thumbs up if you're staying here with family/couple holiday trip.

The main reason to choose this hotel was a parking house nearby. In the end was even closer than expected (about 200m? ). We did book comfort room and were upgraded to the one with terrace. It was a room with amazing view from huge terrace (at the beginning wondering if not shared with another room). Breakfast is basic, but sufficient selection and you can have it at nice area at the ground floor. We didn't use it, but you can have coffee/tea/water or small snack during day for free. Wifi running well, good luggage storage. We only walked around without using public transport. To the castle you need about 20-25 min, it's pretty close to the promenade (5-10min walk) or to the street with many restaurants.

Lucky to have been upgraded, this new hotel is really nice. The staff is very welcoming and friendly.

The staff is kind and the room condition is pretty good. It takes for about 10 minutes to beach but the shopping district is close. Parking was terrible. Nearest parking place is "Mozart". The discount fare is just applied from 18:00 to 9:00, 8.90 euro. For 24hrs parking is 26.5 euro.

Okay hotel in Nice. Stayed here one night. Not that fare to walk to the beach, maybe 10 min walk. Everything in Nice is down close to the beach. Good service when checking in. Always helpful staff. Okay room with a small veranda. Everything is new. A bit hard to find street parking in Nice. But there is a parking garage next to the hotel.
