2 star hotel. Very simple. Clean and tidy. You could renovate it yes, but then the price will become more expensive. Thus, the price per night is justified … The location is great! Quirish district of Nice and all easy to walk.

Great location, close to the center and to the sea, not far from the station. The prices are very reasonable. The room we stayed in was very small, especially the bathroom. The cleaning is not the best. The owner was polite and helpful.

This hotel is located on the corner of a street where buses pass all day and night. It is very noisy and difficult for sleeping. The location is near to several stores. The room was clean and french breakfast. Wi-Fi available. It was ok by default Nice is a expensive city.

This is excellent value for money. Room was cheap and cheerful. Room was fairly recently refitted so new. The location of the hotel was fantastic with easy access to most sights in Nice. Staff was exceptionally good, knowledge all and helpful. The check-in was fast. I'd definitely stay again.

The location and the price. All major attractions and Central Station are 15 minutes on foot. Near grocery stores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias. Right at the entrance is a bus stop, you can drive to the airport (or walk on the Promenade des Anglais 1 hour). The beach and promenade 5-7 minutes on foot. The hotel is in a very… Everything is very old, there is no hood, so constant dampness. The bathroom is narrow, even the toilet is end to the wall. The beds in the single rooms are small in size for children up to 10 years old. Sleep is not comfortable. The bottom line-if in Nice for a couple of days, you can live. If you come in summer to rest for a couple of weeks, look for another hotel.

Old hotel not recommended even if the owner is friendly.

For an economic price it is 6min walk to the gastronomic center of Nice and to 3min of the beach. We were given accommodation, despite a mistake in booking. Very friendly staff.

A great welcome, a staff that really has the sense of service, I come to Nice for years for the work on the move and here is that I symbolically pose my suitcases now.

We have very bad experience with this hotel. The horrible smell of the carpet, non-funktioning air condition, noisy fridge in the room, big noise from the street full of night (yes, center of Nice) and others… The only good thing is the short distance to Promenade des Anglais.

The room was ok. Bathroom tiny but quit good. Good enough for a week end stay.

The staff was helpful, smiling and super motivated. They took the time to guide me to the places to visit and possible faults. My room is cool, it's big, clean, quiet and my bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is okay. It was really cheap with good services I have never got. You'll get value for your money. I enjoyed my stay here!

The reception is completely unsatisfactory. The person does not find the reservation, then tells that the payment card does not work, hardly says hello and goodbye… The rooms are old and especially very poorly renovated, it lacks pieces of tiles, the pipes of the air conditioning are held on the ceiling by pieces of ribbons, this air conditioning has the "too full" of water that flows in the shower. During the day the water flow is low and does not allow to take a shower. The shower room, is blind and its a S fan so it smells like a month…

I like this hotel. Its not too much expensive and also have all facilities. When ever I come in nice I prefere this hotel.

It of the worst hotel where you can go… Never I would never degeulase the service and everything.

The location is not accurate.

We had booked several nights but have shortened our stay in this hotel because the owner is not very welcoming see "weird", the room was very small and the room and throughout the hotel were very "old-fashioned"; but the worst is the fact that the room is comfortable, the hotel is pretty sketchy on the whole and that the neighborhood is pretty bad repute. The only positives: beds, breakfast plentiful and fresh as well as proximity to the promenade des anglais.
