Thanks to this great prestigious hotel with very professional staff for having received me for a high-end stay.

The receptionist is not at all pleasant. I asked for a new towel, but she didn't want to give it to me. Every time I ask for something, she looks at me badly and responds badly.

Warm and professional welcome, newly decorated. Spacious and comfortable rooms conveniently located in the centre of Nice. Perfect for discovering the city in complete serenity.

But the real wealth of the hotel is its staff, always friendly and helpful; makes sure that your stay is unforgettable, establishing an almost friendship, I would say, always keeping the top of professionalism! In this regard I want to thank Giuseppe and Paola, without them it would not have been the same, they suggested clubs, restaurants and any decoys to better experience the city and beyond.
We recommend it to all friends and family, but we plan to come back soon too!

Possibly the friendliest staff i’ve ever met. They do there absolute best service. Rooms are good size, very comfortable and clean. The toilet could be better but other than that everything else is great.

We stayed at 4 different hotels during our vacation time in Nice. The Best Western Plus was definitely our favourite. The location is excellent and walking distance to restaurants, market and beach. The room was clean and modern. We had a peaceful quiet room on the first floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again at this gem in Nice.

Pros: The staff was very very friendly and their response was so fast. And the location was near everything I wanted as a tourist. Cons: I would love to see pancakes or waffles in the breakfast. But, the overall breakfast was good. Overall, it’s outstanding hotel with a good location, price, clean and good room service. I would definitely visit it again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Having stayed in a few Best Western I have to say that this is different. While the staff is outstanding and the rooms are nice, I have to say that when I stayed there it was still a bit cool and their heating was down making the room a bit cool. The toilet was a bit small. The breakfast was a bit skinny. Wasn't a lot of choices. The eggs were a bit watery. It had a great location, close to the beach and shopping.

Staff very friendly and attentive to your listening to my by a room very good value for money and an unforgettable silence I recommend and well located in the Center.

The hotel is nice and very well located in the heart of the city. Service is OK, a bit slow (housekeeping in the room is done in the afternoon). Breakfast is at the height. In summary: well received.

Nice hotel, situated in a prime location. Friendly staff. Bus and train station close proximity. Would suggest if you dont mind shedding few extra bucks. One minor concern — House keeping though friendly, didn't seem to aware of check out time. Got knocked on the door 3-4 times.

A hotel conveniently located to the old town. Only the standard category offers Twinbeds. However, these rooms are not recommended. The breakfast is rather unlovingly presented. The bread for connoisseurs of the German bread lower category. The croissants for French conditions a work certificate.

Rooms a little small but enough for what you need. The tap water smelled like sewage. Central location and acceptable prices not in high season.

Everything you need in a hotel. Situated in a great position near the park, the old town and the seafront. The hotel itself is warm and cosy, staff are helpful and the breakfast well laid out and plenty of it. It's a typical continental b. Fast with some heated food. The reception was great and very helpful specially with the bus times. To and from the airport you need bus number 98 and get off at Albert 1er near the place messena. Buy the ticket inside the terminal. Would definitely stay again.

A very pleasant weekend in love… A surprise upgrade at the finish. A customer management with small onions. Possibility to leave the car in the parking lot even if we made the room. Baggage Service. I highly recommend!

Passing on Nice we booked on booking the reception informs us that we are upgraded. … and fortunately the toilets do not work in the room (flushing) after calling the reception around 21:30 and the arrival of the valet to see they fuent us advices of Deash in the Hall D entrance to make our needs short given the prices displayed for C His room at €250 I think they don't give a damn about customers brief for our part we do not recommend it.

Centrally Located and very helpful service. The rooms are a bit small but if you plan on staying out whole day, you will come back to a comfortable bed and room service.

However, the hotel did not know about our arrival. Thus long checkin time. Many discussions. However, no parking and no valet service available.

Great! The location and the staff were very helpful Our room was a superior on the 6th floor with a nice terrace overlooking the rooftops of the city.

On the first day I parked in front of the hotel and asked for the nearest parking lot. The man working offered a valet parking. I never asked for it. Then I find out that costs 25 € a day before I cancel it on the second. I kept telling them that I wasn't informed of the cost but they decided not to believe me and my wife and relied on the worker's story. Even said at the check out that I should be paying for the valet for all the nights because they add it automatically (I wasn't informed about this at the checkout as well! ) Bad insulations, I can hear everything from dragged furniture to people taking in the corridor. Blanket was torn. All what's good about this hotel is the location.

Disappointment, from the reception to the rooms, walls with gotele, carpets old, old doors, by saying something positive: spacious room, everything else leaves much to be desired for a four star hotel and€ 100 for the room midweek and low season.

Good location, rooms nice, but can't give higher rating when they stop serving food at 9pm. I was starving when I checked in and had to go out to eat.

A very comfortable stay for our three nights in Nice! The hotel staff service was exceptional and our room was large and very clean. The location is also perfect for reaching all the main city sights by foot.

Very central location Quiet room though not too big. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom not too functional but modern. Breakfast included in the offer very good and enough variety. Super Efficient Reception. Wi-Fi free a little indaginoso.

Small room. The temperature cannot be set. I had to sleep the windows open and I was still too hot. The mattress is rinsed. For the shower if you make more than 90 kg it's going to be hard to get home.

You can't complain about the room size, because you get what you pay — there are enough pictures in the internet. anyway — rooms where clean, breakfast buffet was okay and the reception was really (! ) friendly and that's all we needet! ;)
