A great welcome a beautiful room a beautiful garden we'll come back it's on.

I booked a double delux room with seen indoor short for 4 nights via Booking. Com, upon arriving at the hotel we were charged all the sum 775 and 178 euros before 2 days so a total of 953. Unfortunately the room received was not at all what I had paid so I ask to give me the room I see on the Booking website. Com, the manager came and offered me to change the apd room tomorrow or be refunded, I agreed to be refunded as my vacation starts to this day and not tomorrow. I was refunded after 10 days so well after I finished my vacation! This hotel managed to spoil my only well-deserved holiday after the huge work due to the COVID situation. The room received had no price displayed on the door or an explanation of the type of room. Really very disappointed to have chosen this hotel!
I recommend you first see the room if it matches what you have booked so you find yourself like me to look for a last minute accommodation in the middle of the season and without the money!

Great hotel. Close to the beach, sight seeing and shops. Staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help you.

Loved everything about the hotel… save one thing. We rented 4 rooms spending over €2500 at this hotel. Rooms were great — large and well equipped and the location was excellent. Staff was very friendly as well. All going great, until one evening. We had 4 kids on the trip with us (incl an infant. ) We ordered takeaway for the kids and decided to eat in the outside garden (which literally no one else was occupying. ) The staff asked us to move as the kids weren't allowed to eat in that area. Seriously! 8 tables are empty and we were conscious to stay away from the main area and only kids are eating. So inflexible — seems like the service ethic hasn't caught up to 2019. Soured our experience at the hotel. What an easy fix — the difference between a 1* and a 5* experience. Also the housekeeping was terrible… no hand soap… no toilet paper… and no body wash… Can’t believe tgey are are 4* property… Rude staff…

Just stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. The receptionists are wonderful, so helpful and friendly, particularly Mathilde. Room a little on the small side but very comfortable and bathroom great

Loved the hotel. Nice and quiet place, well suited for families. A small nice garden to engage small kids. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful going out of their way in providing tourist information for going around. Location also very good with Promenade des Anglaise (beach), supermarket and lots of eateries at walking distance.

Lovely hotel with excellant reception especially Lovely Innoha we even extend one more night best choice.

Beautiful hotel very clean and modern lovely staff comfortable beds central to shops train station and sea front arranged airport transfers for us nothing was too much trouble would definitely come back as weather could have been warmer and dryer.

Excellent location very close to the Promenade des Anglais… Room was a bit tiny and cramped with no views from the window, otherwise I would have rated it a 5 instead.

Very good experience. Good breakfast and very good service. I advise to take the parking even though a bit expensive as it is very difficult to park in the corner!

It is not to be compared to our stars of equal magnitude in Italy but nonetheless it defends itself well. I've stayed in worse places so this would recommend it at least because you're right in the center. Price OK if you book with buking if you happen by chance get yourself to make the best price or leave it alone.

Lovely hotel near all the attractions in the city! Very friendly and helpful staff … comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast.

Great hotel close to everything on foot if you like to take your time. Tram nearby and bcp of public car parks nearby. Private parking on a paid reservation. Thanks to the entire hotel team. Very good breakfast. Too bad for the evening a restaurant is missing after a good day of walking.

Quiet location, staff smiling and pleasant, breakfast very varied and complete, bedding impeccable and comfortable. A nice little well-appointed garden. Well located as close to everything. Only downside, as far as my room, the bathroom is small and there was a night and morning smells disgust. Also, my room neighbor a bit noisy, we even heard his phone conversation… otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel. I had a nice stay there.

Excellent hotel… I loved the place… the attention… the breakfast.

Nice entrance, but all just appearance also little clean, bad sewer smell and the bathroom was not cleaned the dirty walls in the room and very unorganized. And other the bathroom door got stuck at night and I had to go down to use the bathroom from the ground floor, and the staff couldn't help me, just the following morning. Conclusion a real disgusting, and when I went away year also pretended that nothing had happened…

Love this place… italian girl (in stage) was always kind! ths you all staff.

Little clean, the bathroom door locked all night, which is absurd that I close a door from the outside and this closes from the inside.
The janitor couldn't help me until 7:00, when they had access to the tools. I'd say disorganized.

Just back from an amazing week in Nice and for the Monaco GP. This hotel was recommended by a friend as we stayed in a 4 star hotel round the corner last year. We took his advice and saved over 1000 euros in doing so. We could not understand why this is only 3 star?
The staff are just second to none, the breakfast incredible even including some free fizz and the gardens amazing. Rooms very comfortable and we only went for the cheaper option. Nice bathroom with power shower. Balcony was all that was missing so maybe we should have upgraded?
Can't wait for next stay. Just had a fantastic week and now back home in Manchester just want to return.

Very pleasant stay in this establishment, competitive rates for the standing, friendly and smiling staff, cosy and clean room, good breakfast buffet, ideal location because neither too close nor too far from the center, the sea and the station. Very satisfied.

Quite small rooms. We were lucky to get a room at first floor, where there's a fairly large, but shared, balcony that is in line of sight from the buildings acoss the street, so not much privacy. The hotel itself, seems nice, with a small garden, where you can enjoy a meal.

Dreadful stinky hotel — please try anywhere else. Charged me although I rejected the room and did not stay. Not worth 1 star.

Hotel well located, its asset his garden with trees, the relatively small but comfortable, well air conditioned rooms, unfortunately poorly soundproofed… (not always easy to sleep with noise of TV, and others…)
Inside and the Commons would need a refresher… (worn carpets, yellowed walls) run down decor… in colors rather sad and dated…

Excellent position, 5 minutes walk to the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. Hotel very clean and comfortable with a small shady garden full of Palm, orange and lemon trees. Friendly and helpful staff. We had a sunny room over the garden with a large comfortable bed. Surrounded by bars and restaurants. Great value.

I stayed one night at the Brice. I was booked for the Busby and they very graciously switched my room to the Brice with a generous break on the cost of the morning breakfast offered. The room was beautiful, clean and charming. The only negative was a bus full of children on a school trip were given rooms all around mine. Not necessary and not welcomed. They were noisy and stayed up all night.

Dear friends, I strongly recommend you stay at this hotel, we stayed there in late March and were very satisfied) in advance when booking we wrote that we need a terrace or balcony (by the way the hotel has a great girl Nelly, she speaks Russian fluently), and when we stopped, they learned that the room is located on the last floor with access to a spacious terrace where you can sunbathe on the sun loungers or simply relax at the table, though terrace — two rooms, but divided palm trees) terms of service, did not expect but the room cleaning and change of linen and towels every day and were pleasantly surprised. Glad and location — not far from the seafront, 10 minutes from the railway station and in a quiet street) of course, a big plus of the hotel garden with orange and lemon trees and a fountain, where you can spend your time) ) ) great respect hotel staff All very friendly, and the girls Nelya and Vanya speak great English and are always advised that visit, specifying the place on the map) ) ) ) we liked absolutely EVERYTHING! I advise from the soul.
