No possibility to rate 0 star otherwise I would assess that! A real bad place, perhaps, the worst hotel I have ever seen before. Like a prison, horrible breakfast, rude and lack of staff, dirty and uncomfortable… the list of negative aspects would be really long and endless…

I can't seem to understand the positive reviews to believe that it wasn't the same hotel! Cold reception (apart from the young one in the evening) I do not think the receptionist is graduated in this environment or he is jaded! Booked a room for 2 on arrival only one pillow and no bath towels, after several requests and 4 hours waiting I had my pillow and only one towel.! No excuses anything. No remote control either. To finish the pool is poorly cleaned. I prefer to pay more or go further and be respected as a customer. Good luck.

A little far away from city but you can enjoy serene atmosphere there.

Very rude reception personel. Tried to overcharge my family on checkin. Raised their voice at me. Was laughting at us and spoke back in French to us and shouting. Horrible experience.

Excellent value for money. The setting is nice, the breakfast is not bad either. The rooms are more than correct. Just the person at the reception who made some dodgy jokes and tried to make us pay again there room although this one was already paid on the Internet. I hope it was only humor, because otherwise everything was fine.

Receptionist of a rare rudeness (a blonde lady). No Hello/Farewell, I had to claim my own drink offered (silver card). It is outdated as soon as there are barely two customers, and even allows itself to make haughty grimaces when asked for information. The room is on the other hand very clean and nice, only the receptionist has spoiled my stay, being a regular customer, I will not come back anymore.

Arrived a little late I was still entitled to a great welcome! The gentleman at the front desk was super friendly and little wink, he spoke Portuguese. I would recommend it if you are in the vicinity, the hotel is very close to the train station and really quiet… Bonus a pool on site without paying more!

Good and comfortable hotel, the rooms are clean but they can improve the cleaning of the bedsheets. However, for the kind of hotel, it's not bad.

Hotel of the typical "budget" stand, useful for short stays. All positive with a suggestion to better written and oral communication for check in and a price a little lower for breakfast. Thanks for the hospitality.

Really basic hotel but absolutely enough for a good stay in cote d'azure zone.

The hotel is far from worth its 3 stars! The common areas are not clean, the décor is old-fashioned, the bathrooms are small bathrooms molded with a door that closes badly and without latch! The snack bar offers only frozen food served in a mediocre serving and at prices well above their value. At €60 the minimum night there is not even a courtesy tray in the room! You have to go down to the reception to buy a hot drink (minimum €2). I am very disenchanted compared to my youth hostel of the day before much less costly and with much better benefits.

If you travel to Cannes or least sub area 35 minutes away (with car). It is a good place to stay overnight. Next to a train station which does not bother you cause hear anything about. We arrived at night. NO english speaking Staff. However we still good our room:-) Room clean and with comfortable beds. Bathroom with Shower clean. We did made it to the Breakfast. Checkout yes English Speaking Staff and very friendly.

I made my booking on the hotel agree site on the phone that had confirmed me a reservation not pre paid with a possible payment by cash or check at end of stay. On arrival, the absolutely abhorrent receptionist refused all these conditions claiming it never existed. Only the settlement by credit card prepaid on arrival was possible.
After claim with the customer agreement, they contacted him and hardly got to take other means of payments as advertised but not a regulation ongoing or end of the stay. 6:30 pm we were without a solution.
My consultant who had stayed at the hotel and I even found the coarseness of the character authoritarian, uncompromising and full of himself. It was even feared that he comes to hands!
Avoid this hotel like the plague or fire the receptionist.
I hope that agreement will arrange with us for compensation because it is unworthy of their hotels! even in budget!

Very good place, rooms are kind of small but comfy, did have some trouble with Wi-Fi, only worked in the lobby. Breakfast was very good.

In a hotel, I expect at least that I will speak in my language or at least in English! Room ok, but problem with the bathroom door! Convenient because opposite the train station and yet very quiet.

I would have expected more precisely because it is a Hotel in Cannes Mouans Sartoux.
It is true that we were on a field trip with the class and for charity usually aren't paying attention to these things saw the offers you have but I found poor hygiene conditions.
I'm not talking about a little dusty, but of too much dust and hairs on the pillow, as well as sanitary towels under the bed, now not to be picky, but a minimum of decency!
I'm not talking about the kitchen because I have special tastes, but on the spot I would say: "I don't recommend! ":.

The housekeeper has several cats through the dining room and the kitchen strip. Sitting at Breakfast next to the table and vultures to eat. Disgusting! Breakfast itself is simply disgusting. Bathrooms with mold, air conditioning and even more indefinable Drecksorten, the rausgeblasen. Because I do prefer the window. No Beauchsempfehlung.
