No frills. Great breakfast. No room service, limited kitchen. Nice bathrooms.

Quite comfortable location, perhaps I would not recommend it for the Cannes Film Festival (I used it at this time), but good. About 10 walk to the bus stop plus 20 bus and you arrive. Very basic, simple rooms. Power outlets a bit old as the room setting in general, however it was all spotless and tidy. The Staff was very helpful and I had to pay for the money. Recommended.

Had driven by this hotel hundreds of times without ever suspecting the warm welcome and comfortable rooms hiding behind the rather bland kerbside entrance. The staff are warm, attentive and efficient. In stark contrast to so many other businesses in the Côte d'Azur area, you are treated as a welcome guest and valued customer throughout your stay. Facilities may not score high on the trendy scale, but it's spotless and bedooms and bathrooms are spacious and bright. The breakfast room and pool & terrace areas offer unexpectedly spectacular views over the bay of Cannes. For lunch or dinner take a stroll to the nearby Rue St Sauveur and browse the little galleries & artists studios on either side of the romantic Place Bellevue.

Nice hotel but it is almost outside the city center, uphill. You would need car to get into city center or walk for a long time.

I guess the prices vary bcp from one season to the next, but as far as I am concerned last minute booking on Monday, May 1 at 23:40 at the price of €45! We are still close to Cannes, closed parking and free included, WOW! Cheap.
So yes the rooms make antiquated with brown carpet disgusting, Conforama style furniture with a pretty low-end look, or even old shower curtains that stick you to the skin when you take your shower (yuck I can't stand the shower curtains ^^), as well as a terrace not clean (which does not give an extreme impression of security…) But there is room and in a word c is very correct for the price.
I do not regret at all this night even if for me it has nothing to do with a 3 stars, what they indicate yet.

Spacious, clean, complete facilities, covered parking for 2 euros, staff rider. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool terrace… but another time definitely.

Friendly staff a few steps from the highway comfortable breakfast beds with panoramic view.

Dont go in this hotel it is pure robbery. They charged us for smoking in the room based on the cigarete butt that they found in front of our window which wasnt even ours.

Poor food, hotel is placed far from city and there is noting you can do at hotel. Dont recommened this hotel at all. For this money I expected more.

Hotel impeccable, spacious and bright rooms, comfortable with small terrace.
In addition to the toilets independent of the bathroom.

Very good value for money Very nice welcome… Large room (212) with TV large bathtub wardrobe and safe to put the papers important… And especially beautiful rooftop terrace that also make resto and breakfast with free swimming pool up to 20h terrace accessible even at night;)

One night we didnt had enough space for the car and we had to put it on payment park.

Incredible mean servers to the restaurant. I saw the server taking food from a tourist because she considered the tourists took 2 croissants instead of one at breakfast. At the The brakfast is insufficient food for the groups of tourists. The view of the restaurant is nice. The servers are extremely mean.

Very decent hotel. Well placed near the old town of Le Cannet. The rooms are good and parking for cars.

Very friendly hotel, swimming pool agreableavec seen at least on the sea, perfect breakfast, very welcoming staff, free parking, extra bedding… Only small downside the television extremely small and that does not pick up.

On Quiet Place, super.

Large room at reasonable rate on an online booking ite. Pool. Possibility to park if place in the garage. On the other hand, air conditioning on the balcony very noisy and this all night so very difficult to find sleep.

I think the comments are fake and not control by agencies (a comment made the week last in English so that the hotel is closed for the winter)
When a cleanliness c is real hotel very dirty (my son slept there) so I can confirm. And much too noisy customers not respectful of the people who are around and who works
not to come in July August c is the horror.

Was there 10 years ago and still the same reviews are consistent. I used to work as a coach driver doing dub contract work with Caledonian Travel and done three seasons at this hotel. I know National Holidays use this hotel and the reviews are more or less the same regarding the lack of choice of menu etc. The hotel is a few miles from. Cannes centre however, just a short walk from the hotel is the idyllic Le Cannet. Plenty of restaurants and nice bars to be found. If you're on a budget, great. Good hotel for B&B. Close by to the motorway for easy access to Nice, Monaco and St. Tropez. On the plus side of the hotel, it's clean and towels are changed daily. The bar prices are what you'd find in town.

A hotel that does not deserve its 3 stars and where I should never have gone.
First night: no light in the bathroom (repaired the next day), air conditioning faulty and missing maintenance.
Second day: breakfast to avoid: absent staff and a choice too limited and unappetizing; in the evening, not to towels in the bathroom — to claim at the entrance to a staff absolutely not concerned.
Third day: apart from the air conditioning and given a stay reduced to 4 hours of sleep, nothing new.
Hotel which is not directed and avoid absolutely. Too bad it among the offers of booking. Com The summer season cannot justify the incompetence and the absence of a minimum of respect for the customer.

No choice of menu you get what you are given if you do not like it tough. You are unable to sit out on your balcony due to the aircon unit blasting out hot air on to an already hot and humid day. National holidays use this hotel so be warned if you book a holiday to Le Cannet.

Absolutely terrible hotel. In the middle of nowhere, about a mile or so to the nearest bus stop for Cannes. It's all downhill, so you will need a taxi back which costs around £20! There is NO choice of food. It's either take it or leave it. Dining time was 7 p. M but the forst half hour was for serving drinks, so it was nearly 8 o'clock before we had the starter. Everyone with lettuce. There were just 2 small lifts with enough room for 3-4 people and were so slow, we often waited 5-10 minutes and finished up walking up to the 5th floor where the dining room was. This holiday was booked through National Holidays. Two very long days travelling there, and two very long days coming home. We stayed overnight both times, but as we didn't arrive at said hotels till around 10 p. M, it was literally bed, as we had to get up at 6 a. M for the next part of the journey. A total of 50 hours travelling, and FIVE DAYS in resort for over £1, 000! Beware this "trip".
