We were going backwards for a variety of reasons. Pan on the beak of the ugly duck. Everything was excellent from the reception to the mignardises, with a caesar of honor to the extraordinary sommelier trained at the wonderful Moulin of the immense Roger Vergé

The Chef's Mediterranean cuisine is very tasty without being pretentious. Special mention to paella with cuttlefish ink.

Good service, cooking evolving between the medium and the good. To try again with a milder temperature, it is likely that the 33 degrees on the terrace did not help. Price a little too high the blow.

We came without RESA a noon, luckily a table was available. Outdoor table of 2, facing nature… the warm welcome, from the valet smiling to the waiter briefly a good moment of relaxation. The food was good, from the entrance to the desert. We'll come back.

Generally a good impression. The lunch menu was fantastic, being outside was pleasant, the waiters may be a little bit slow in coming to take the order or bring the bill, but overall a good place to have some good food.

One of the best restaurants in France in my opinion. The food is delicious, both meat and fish, pigeon was great. Huge vine list but you can always ask a sommelier for an advice in moderate price category. The view is fantastic, be sited on the terrace, its beautiful there. The prices are high, its a posh, luxury place but you will like the food for sure and keep a space for a dessert trolley — you cant resist!

Excellent dinner with a friend. Staff very attentive but not pompous, friendly atmosphere. The sweetbreads in the fat times were magical! A true gastronomic experience! Everything was perfect. My taste buds thank you again. I would go back for lunch to enjoy the scenery.

No luck two dishes not available to the card. Table placed in the air stream or we had cold and dish of poison slightly too dirty we wasted the experience.

Two days IDYLIQUES the hotel is on the hillside and the view is panoramic and superb.
The room PMR…?. ; Beautiful, it is in fact a suite, located on the ground floor, it includes a small lounge and overlooks a patio with terrace.
Nice bathtub and shower at the Ittalienne with a shower chair.
Lepetit Lunch "Royal" is served on a terrasseabritée with this view of Saint-Paul de Vence and its surroundings.
The kindness and professionalism of the personnelest at the height of the place: elegant and helpful.
The hotel has free parking, laundry service and room service.
The restaurant is not to be missed.

Beautiful view and interior. Low quality service. Meals are not served to all guests at the same time. Poorly selected taste range in the flower farshirovannnom mushrooms, why there cabbage?. Poorly selected taste range in the starter with mushrooms, a lot of vinegar! Delicious desserts are served poorly decorated. The restaurant does not match the price level.

Great experience. A Gem of an hotel a stonethrow away from st Paul. Service is impeccable and very attentive. Mrs Llorca knows how to take good care of her guest even offering swimming diaper for our baby to go to the pool. Rooms are beautiful, very clean and quiet with all the necessary equipment. Breakfast is a great experience from the balcony with a super view of st Paul and a very copious set. However having to pay a surcharge for fried eggs seems to be a bit of an overkill considering the 20+ euros already forked our for the set. Restaurant itself is enjoyable and the items at the menu are tasteful and in good portion. Some we prefered more to others but a very good experience indeed. Overall a very great time.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. Wonderful spacious comfortable rooms. Michelin starred restaurant fabulous views, proprietor and staff couldn't be nicer. We found this hotel 6 years ago we go back every year and we are never disappointed. Can't recommend highly enough.

We stayed there and had dinner there twice and loved it. Fantastic food and service. The deconstructed pizza (it's not pizza, but an appetizer) is so good I'd eat it every day. The terrace has wonderful views. Truly lovely.

We are past an afternoon tea on the terrace we were served without towels, without small biscuits of accompaniment with basic bags, it was not worthy of the price and the standing of the institution.

April 13, 2014 we spent a lovely time for lunch. Home perfect for all personnel. The dishes are on the one hand excellent and plentiful wines of quality with efficient but unobtrusive service.
Ready to renew as quickly.
I speak not of the exceptional setting.

Based on Alain Llorcas previous two stars, and for a restaurant at that price level, the service is not at all at an OK level. The food was good.
