Great Hotel! A warm and family welcome. The location is great, and no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms. Special Mention for the chef's breakfast, I would definitely recommend.

This is what I would call a boutique hotel. I booked it via Hotels dot com for my 2 weeks here on France for Cannes film festival. It's a 2 minute walk from the Gare du Juan les pins train/SNCF station and 7 min walk from the buses and about the same to the beach area. Things to bring: outlet strip for all your devices the room has only 2 outlets. The TV is plugged into one of them and a Lamp in the other. Washcloths as you are given body towel. And a mat and a smaller towel. They keep the hallway lights off to save electricity I suppose. My room faced an inner courtyard and was very quiet and picturesque. The staff is friendly and worked with me on my various needs. I had a noisy heater in the room which they attempted to fix so be sure to test your unit upon arrival. I opted to stay with it as my room was cozy. It's a bit a ways (5 miles) from the festival main stays so opt for something closer of you will need to run back and forth to your room etc. Decent breakfast with lots of options as well for 9 euros. I would stay here again if I only wanted to explore the Juan les pins area.

Small room, which is usually for France. Right in front of the hotel entrance, under the windows of the rooms The pub is working late and the tables on the street even at 1 a. M. Noise and drunken cries. We had to close the windows and turn on the air conditioner even in good weather.
The waterfront is 200 metres away which is good. The rooms are clean. The sea is turquoise.

No towel for the shower, no shower mat, the pills found in the bed, lights that didn't work. I don't recommend them for evening lovers but passable to troubleshoot.

Good hotel very close to the sea. The staff were very helpful and the staff were very friendly and attentive. They have bar service with great classic bar and great diversity of drinks. The rooms don't look so small because of their good layout. There is no private parking, but there is a fairly large public at only 30 meters. Quite economical and very good to be just two stars.

Great service and value for money. Not new rooms but very clean aircon Wi-Fi and bar. Great for a 2 star hotel.

You get what you would expect from a cheap hotel… small and basic rooms, however they are clean and tidy and there is Air conditioning and Wi-Fi.

Not bad for a two-stars hotel. Of course you do not expect it to be modern and with new furniture. Rooms are small but functional. The position is great for reaching the seaside in less than 10mins on feet. If you are lucky, free parking is available in the neighborhood, otherwise you need to pay. On Saturdays and Sundays parking is free.
