Cozy place and friendly staff, the pool is great.

We had a lovely week at the Mimosas. The pool area is perfect. Apart from the childish behaviour of a few residents insisting on placing towels on sun beds before the sun is even up. Then not even using the lounger till later in the day! Never fails to make me smile and boil my blood at the same time. There were a few poolside rules, maybe this should be one of them. But apart from that we found the staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and decor very individual and classy. They let us leave our bags there after we checked out at 11am as we had to leave for the airport at 5pm. We sat by the pool all day and were offered a changing room to get out of our Wet swimwear. Much appreciated. We were fortunate to have a terraced bedroom so made the most of it and the fridge in the room to buy in some wine and water. We were also fortunate to be there on the week of the Juan Jazz week. We e dead up sitting on the beach every night at the back of the stage listening to Tom Jones and Sting for free. Result! We wished we'd have sorted the bus routes out earlier on in the week. We found the number 1 bus very handy to get to Antibes for just 1€. Although we did have to walk the half hour back from Antibes late at night. Antibes is a great night out and found the Gravette beach a real pleasure. And it was free. Pretty much all the beaches at Juan les Pins were private with fees of 19€ or so for a lounger.

Loved the special touch of this hotel. Its garden and pool and the genuinely affectionate staff make me want to go back again! The room was a single which had enough room to place your luggage. The bathroom is also very nice with a marble finish. Located just a 7 minute walk from the beaches and center of town. My only concern was that the Wi-Fi was slow, but it worked.

Un giardino fantastico, con una piscina di alto livello e attrezzature sportive. Camere piccole ma arredate con gusto, molto pulite e confortevoli. Prezzi decisamente contenuti, rispetto al livello dell'offerta. Peccato che il personale sia freddo e distante — evidentemente insoddisfatto del trattamento economico o dell'ambiente di lavoro, tanto da sfiorare a volte la scortesia (che comunque non è affatto rara negli hotel del sud della Francia…)
A fantastic garden with an high-level swimming pool and sports equipment. Rooms are small but tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Very attractive price compared to the level of supply. Too bad the staff is cold and distant — evidently dissatisfied with the salary or the working environment, so as to touch sometimes the rudeness (which still is not at all rare in the hotel in the south of France …)
