Please beware of this place. The setting is in a warehouse district, the staff seem incompetent and combative even by French standards. The beds are awful and the room smells like urine. "1 towel per guest no exceptions and absolutely no ice in the hotel". They do have a vending machine with warm water.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Small room (attention to photo). But comfort. No charm but effective. Breakfast was very good. Parking under ground possible but expensive. Good for professional travel.

Too expensive for what it offers.

Basic and economical hotel chain for short-stay tourists.

Clean, quiet, simple without luxuries, breakfast scarce, there were no sausages, only eggs and bacon. We missed a towel in the room. The receptionist was very friendly. Parking in the basement of the hotel you go straight to the hotel.
Recommended for one or two nights.

While every other hotel at the area was raising their prices (insanely) because of Cannes Film Festival, this lovely hotel had a really reasonable price with a great value for money! The neighborhood is nice and quite, the bus stop is really close, and the view is nice (if your luck to be on the right side). At the beginning I thought the mini airport nearby would be really noisy and I might have troubles with that, but that wasn't an issue at all. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. I thank them all through this review. I just didn't like the fact that every time I put away my phone for a few minutes, I have to log in to the Wi-Fi again, but it wasn't a huge problem.

My nights were paid in advance.
I did not use the last night, the receptionist had to call me back to proceed with a refund. It has never been done. Not very serious!

Good hotel for business trips.

Very bad note for breakfast.
— No scrambled eggs ("We were not delivered" — huge pile of bread cut I think as soon as the room opened. Morality at 9:00 everything was dry.
— The vile coffee, as always at B&B (and still no grain paying machine to buy a real espresso)

Horrific… the night manager was rude, treated our kids terribly, would not give us another towel because we had one in the room for the two of us, and wanted to prove a point that there was another towel (there was not) by forcing his way into our room despite being asked not to enter because someone was not dressed. Our kids are overall well behaved, polite, and respectful but they are kids.

We found the Hotel really nice and cheap. Dogs are allowed. Problem it was quite far from the Beach and from the City. However, nearby there is cheap Spill and a great big Supermarket, which we liked quite a bit:) And you could walk the Dog well. The Hotel was clean. Staff also pretty friendly. Great beautiful parking. Underground garage.

Quiet location, despite the proximity of an airport (soundproofing is good). Pay attention underground parking.

Location not close to walk to anything, could not keep hot food stocked during breakfast.

The bed was nice. However the room had a moist smell when we arrived, and the background noises are somewhat loud. Still, pretty ok for the price.

If you don't need to sleep in the centre of Cannes is 10 min. Cars) is a good solution: easy parking, rooms basic but clean, polite staff, good breakfast, very good price.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** Consider yourself warned. If you are looking for the world's worst service, this place is for you. If you expect anything to be easy, smooth, predictable, convenient, clear, or reasonable when it comes to booking, paying, communicating, sleeping, eating, or breathing anywhere this hotel, stay as far away as humanly possible.

Bed and breakfast cheap but he does not regret the expensive hotels! You wore your hair dryer if you have long hair!

The rooms are a bit cramped, but otherwise the amenities and facilities are perfect for a stay in Cannes at a low price.

One of the few ways of sleep for little money and with good quality in a city so expensive. There is a microwave in reception.

Very nice hotel, very clean, large room, well laid out, Wc separate
good reception, underground parking access by Elevator, a small lunch with products of quality for the price, no noise from the airport, the only downside a hum of the air conditioning of the building in front! easy access from the city centre.
Do not believe that I made the pub! We really enjoyed this hotel for what we said. (night of 05/05/2015).

Hotel located in area of activities near airport and a road axis
Disturbing smell, not tiny rooms and very very cold despite stop of
the AC. Could not open the window ' infernal noise.
Avoid it if possible.

hotel is in a place very well served by the local bus network, it is nearby highway for those coming by car and is a bit off which is perfect to relax after a long day of festival, hospitality service and in floors is perfect it is very well received. I said that I won't be able to find a hotel with rooms free and not too expensive during the Cannes film festival, I was wrong, I'll be back next year. I highly recommend this hotel.
