It was very close to all the attractions. Clean tidy rooms. The staff was very helpful Small elevator The most mignon I have ever seen but functional.

Good location, nice breakfast I think he can hold the smallest elevator record ever. 80 x 40! But it works great!

Very good reception. Too bad the parking is so far away from the hotel. Can't park in front to unload the suitcases. The elevator is too small so impossible to climb to 2. The room is just as small and I'm not talking about the bathroom just as cramped. A lot of noise in the hallways at night. Breakfast is not very friendly. Practical side: The location in the city center. The price was not excessive for a three star.

Hyper close to the Palais des Festivals (3 minutes on foot), close to all the amenities… New Hotel Clean, design… The breakfast buffet is well stocked. The Eco room is cramped, but the value for money remains very acceptable, given the proximity of the palace… The receptionists are friendly or even warm! I highly recommend it! I would go back…

Strategic place to visit Cannes.
Clean and tidy though, in my case, microscopic room and quite expensive. Parking only for a fee… Very noisy patrons.

Good value for money, 2 blocks away from the Palais des festivals de Cannes.

This hotel is well placed but the rooms are not very clean and we saw cockroaches at night in the bathroom.
This is unacceptable for a hotel at 100 euros a night.
Finally, we think we can benefit from a private beach as indicated on the website and booking but once arrived at the hotel the receptionists tell us that we have to pay and book in advance to access this so-called beach. And obviously this information is not on the site.

They provide good room, and perfect for travellers. Not for people who'd like to stay in the room all day. But great location and peaceful area.

The room was very small, but functional. The room was generally clean, but the bathroom had some hairs in the shower from the previous visitors. The airconditioning worked well, and there was also a window that could be opened. The bed was fine, and there was a complementary bottle of water in the room. The staff spoke English, and was friendly enough. The only drawback was the elevator, which was too small for 2 people, and broke down soon after we used it!

Fair price, close to palas de festival.

Friendly, clean and relatively cheap for a place so close to the action in Cannes. And with your own kitchen it would be easy to be based here for a while. Recommended.

Is located in the Centre of Cannes, to just 10 minutes to foot of the port nautical of Cannes. Very modern, with good facilities. Room wide with kitchen and fridge, with all the utensils for not having that eat out. Staff very friendly, especially to Ana, that attempted to communicate is with us in Spanish and with much success indeed. Have parking itself in the hotel for a price more than reasonable.

Studios for 2 and 4 apartments. Relatively cheap low season (except June to mid-September).

This is a fantastic Apart-Hotel, which looks as though it has been recently decorated. For those of you that don't know, this type of hotel comprises little flats, which are not cleaned during your stay, unless you pay extra. You have to keep the room clean and empty the bins yourself. Some may it's expensive for what it is, but there are lesser hotels along Boulevarde Carnot, which charge much more for a stay, AND they don't even have kitchens in their rooms! This really helps you to economise during your trip, as you don't have to eat out every day. There was a handy mini-supermarket just around the corner, and a bank too in case I needed emergency cash. There are also many other shops along the Boulevard, and La Croisette Beach is but 5 minutes walk away, when you need to sunbathe. I stayed there last year near the end of the summer, and will definitely return this year… If it isn't sold out!
