Actually a very nice hotel — good location, nice rooms, nice breakfast staff. That's why we came back this year after our stay in 2019 (were already in 2018 in the sister hotel Cezanne, also good).
The Covid hygiene protection measures are also well implemented.
But:
— Parking: We have booked for 12 days including parking reservation… unfortunately, it is obviously not possible to open the barrier when coming or going without discussion at the intercom. Also, guests who apparently have not booked a parking space block the driveway. In addition, a hotel guest loudly accused us of having occupied "his" parking lot (he arrived AFTER us and left before us) … the parking situation cannot be carried out on the backs of the guests, here a quick solution urgently needs!
— Room cleaning: It can happen that the towels were not refilled after a day of bathing… today, on the other hand, there was no room cleaning at all, and even that is not an insoluble problem for us. However, if you are left standing as a guest at the complaint and do not even hear a short apology, but are instead asked if you might. The please don't disturb sign (we were out of the house from 10am-5.30pm), I don't understand that.
