Good price, awesome service!

Great stay for two people at the end of August.
Clean room (with air conditioner, but only sin the bathroom: the shower had neither glass nor curtain and you had to leave the door open if not remained a strong smell of damp).
Great service (every day they remade the room and changed the wipes).
Great breakfast (with 8th you had a good buffet with jams, croissants, butter, eggs, etc. You should have breakfast there if you don't want to spend at least 18 euros in two to get it out).
Great location (a walk from the movie palace and the beach, practically halfway between old Cannes, i. E. The Suquet, and Cannes new, very close to the station, but really quiet neighborhood).

Lovely and comfortable hotel, right in front of the Main train station and near to the beach. The staff is super friendly and kind, and helpful with city tips!

Great location just a few meters from the station, the parking lot, the promenade with the Palais des Festivals. Not large room but with very comfortable bed, clean bathroom, shampoo soap dispenser, daily towel change. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Clean hotel to stay, nice staff and near the train and bus station.

Not recommended, not for one night. I was passing one night, I was given a small room without a balcony, nothing to see those shown in the pictures. The worst of all, the room Olia to snuff! Even The clean towels desprendian the same smell… There was an ashtray in the room… In The bathroom there was no plug… To dry your hair or shave off. Fair Breakfast.

Clean room and bathroom in the room a TV and a kettle with coffee and tea… friendly and helpful staff The hotel is located in front of the station so convenient location for those arriving by train good price. Recommended.

The rooms are rather well appointed and the breakfast room on the top floor offers a nice view. Some rooms have a view of the train station. Breakfast could be improved with better quality products (cheese, charcuterie…).

Friendly and pleasant staff. The hotel caters to its two stars. Breakfast is a must, the dining room is vast and very nice!

Very decent for a 2 star. Re opened yesterday, I inaugurated the new room. The real asset, besides the situation facing the station, is the panoramic terrace for breakfasts.

The rooms were really clean and the location great good quality price during the expo. I totally recomend.

Great service, great spot and very nice that there was good airconditioning in the room. I do find, however, that the rooms were very small. It was very hard to move around sometimes. The roof terrace was also very nice to sit.

We stayed at the Hotel for three days, the room could be larger and cleaner as well. Although, the hotel is placed in a central location of Cannes — near SNCF Station, ideal for those who travel by train. The hotel hasn't parking area and if you have a car you need to pay parking (cost about 30€/day). Even if we did not enjoyed the room, we enjoyed the breakfast room where it has a panoramic view over the town.

Cozy place, comfortable rooms with climate, view veranda Cannes with possibility to have breakfast.

If you want to have a clean room to stay fro a reasonable price.

Very good reception by Saxena, the housekeeping services are excellent. Room clean, nice. The location of the hotel is right in the city centre and just across the hall from Cannes train station.

Suitable location because a few steps from the beach and being in the center, convenient for shops and restaurants.

Hotel is great it's a bit old school but it's really close to everything. Workers are really nice. And there kitchen it's amazing u can see whole cannas from ther and it's really cheap. So I will give that hotel a 4 stars.

Stayed in May 2016 for 2 nights. Staff at hotel where very friendly and helpfull. This hotel is older and needs a lot of TLC. Rooms are small and need some maintenance. We had room 211 and the toilet did not stop flushing, we went to the front desk and they changed us to room 411 without any problems. A cross the street or one street over you have bistros, restaurants, the train station and pastries shop. Monoprix to buy food, pharmacy, repair, make-up etc is 2 blocks from the hotel. A lot of different shopping on Meynadier street with everything you need is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. We would stay here again!

A good hotel. For such money. The room was clean and not stuffy. Really enjoyed the rooftop. In General, only slept at the hotel. All leave time were the sea and walked. Ordinary staff. Support room cleanliness. What else is needed for a tourist? So the hotel meet your money.

Hoping this can help. When we stayed at this hotel my wife left behind a very important letter. We stayed in room 104. We contacted the hotel and they were reasonably helpful but we didn't have any luck finding the letter. If you happen to stay in the next few days/weeks and come across an old letter please be in touch.

No service at all, receptionist told me like: do you know how busy I am when I was check in. Attitude was extremely rude.

Avoid breakfast are not taken, sometimes in the bathroom feels like Calcutta, but otherwise it is fine to use. To use only x sleep.

I like especially the breakfast on the terrace on the roof with view on the sea. The surroundings are also very friendly.
