It was awesome, very friendly staff, clean atmosphere and tasteful food.

Hotel with atypical design, clean room, the staff is pleasant reception, concierge, hk, porter and other services.
A little too pink for my taste but nice hotel.
Spacious room.
Evening cocktails very good, breakfast also.
Small downside the bed, twin without mattress topper when it is in large bed, small pillows, bed not very well done.
Lack of a finish on the turndown service may be due to costs, personal.
We know the problems of the hotel industry, so let's stay positive and encourage the sector.

Cannes is Cannes and JW one of the icon — absolutely splendid hotel and staff — We spent 3 weeks and it was amazing!

Hotel at the top, very clean, quiet, very friendly staff, and very nice I recommend 😘

I stayed there to work 3 nights including 2 with work in the neighboring room from 7:30 am to 3 pm! no one warned me of these nuisances (drill and blows) and when I alerted the reception of the hotel. I was told, "We're sorry. " Point. How can one be so light on customer satisfaction in a 5-star?! Overall a very unfriendly service, frankly I will not come back, let alone for a holiday.

Very lovely welcome in reception. Traveling alone and felt very safe and secure. Balcony overlooking seafront is a must to watch the world go by.

We orderd baby lobster. They served us scampi. We tried to tell them nicely we did not receive what we ordered. They told us that it was in fact baby lobster. So awful to cheat guests, never expected that from Marriott. We felt that they assumed that we were unaware what seafood is. Expected better from Marriott. Do they believe the guests don’t know the difference? Awfull!

It is a beautiful place especially the marble and the finish.

Wonderful hotel. Karim, their Chef Concierge, made our stay most memorable. He arranged prime tables at popular restaurants and bistros, the front row corner day bed at the beach, all with a few phone calls. Made is feel like royalty.

JW Grill restaurant was such a disappointment. Highly over priced for the quality of food delivered. There was unfortunately nothing “fine dining” about it.

Great hotel on the water. Everything you’d expect from a JW.

Decent place, just too crowded in the high season. Good breakfast, right across the beach. They don’t have beach access, you have to rent beach chairs from the restaurants on the beach. They do take their service seriously. Helpful and friendly staff.

This place should possibly get more than one star for its location but the overall condition of the rooms, common areas and elevators make it a 1 star at best. The hallways are old and very dated. Im surprised the elevators could actually make it up to the 4th floor. Our shower tile was covered in mold and the bathroom floors covered in sand. Would never stay here again. If I hadn't booked through CC points that were non-refundable and it wasn't for only one night I would have never had stayed here.

Stayed here during the Cannes boats show. Great location and spa. Every evening I went inside the jacuzzi with full sea view. There is a beautiful pool with a few cascades. The hotel staff is wonderful and very professional. There was full of people yet we are always able to find private corners all to ourselves. Going to the spa means you have to pass by the front desk every time, which is the only thing that bothered me. Other than this, I’d high recommended it especially for those who plan a long stay.

It's cool. But you can always strive to improve the service of visitors.

This hotel attempts Hollywood glam but there is something something, excuse the pun, canned about the feel. It is comfortable and modern. The lobby is gorgeous. The rooms just lack meaningful design and authenticity (the same can be said about Cannes). Disappointments: the pool, the awful beach service, which we wasted 100 dollars on — only to be escorted to the back row. Despite having reservations. Newcomers were led, right to the water. Shabby umbrellas. We paid for water as part of the package but were charged anyway. Overall — would not stay again or recoomedn.

Wonderful and accommodating staff. Rooms were comfortable and overall everything was very clean. Rooftop pool was great with a nice drink service offered. Morning breakfast spread was excellent with a large selection of offerings.

Very well placed but rather disappointing overall. No Spa. Pool inaccessible due to VIP evenings. The hotel is very nice. The bathrooms are to be redone.

I was at this hotel during the last bridge of the first of May.
I had already stayed here several years ago, when still it was called Palais Stephanie and it was not of the Marriot chain.
It ' a hotel located right on the Croisette of Cannes, 5 stars, but in my opinion are partly unjustified.
My experience was all in all good but I highlight the negative points: — none of the staff speaks Italian. Unfortunately common this problem is in my opinion serious in a hotel of that level. I speak perfectly English so I had no problem, but I still find it annoying that in a structure at such a level of cost, none of the staff get a word of a neighboring country, and from which come many tourists.
— Non-existent parking. The hotel is located on the east side of the Croisette. And does not have its own parking lot outside the 3/4 places of the valet park in front of the hotel (almost as expensive as a room…). In fact there is the park of the Palais Stephanie (old name of the hotel), an extended paid parking just below the hotel, but it has no convention for guests and especially is not connected with the hotel lobby… — Minimum facilities. The hotel has a free gym, and a (small) rooftop pool, which is under renovation for months, and is not written. The beach in front again seems like a parallel case to the parking lot, there is, but the hotel staff pretends not to know it.

Great to experience Cannes Film Festival with a base of operation so close to festivities. I needed to walk only at most 5-10 minutes from restaurants, beach clubs, La Plage, Palais du Festival, La Malmaison ticket office, nighttime beach film screening, designer shopping, and theatres. The JW Marriott Cannes even hosts its own screenings! Amazing!

Wonderful hotel. Excellent locatioon. Very professional and friendly staff.

Service and reception impeccable, the location is clearly ideal, however the hotel deserves a small renovation in order to restore the decoration of the rooms and most of the common areas to the taste of the day. Note: the brunch offered by the JW Grill restauraut is the best in Cannes!

Pretty good theater. Parking is not easy. The first row on the balcony is to be avoided for the big people. Otherwise, he has the class.

Hotel is at the standing with a friendly team. Nothing to complain about the hotel & the setting are on top… You have a good stay facing the ocean.

Spectacular location, classy service and spacious rooms.

Pleasant seaside setting, spacious table but cleanliness not up to scratch and exaggerated prices (9 euros hot chocolate (Very good), 7 lexpresso, 10 thorade home (very good mint version) ).

Super attentive everyone who works in the hotel, from the concierge, the maids and the receptionist to the manager.

A bit of discomfort for lack of organization always good location is courteous reception.

Super nice hotel with amazing staff. Maxime was amazing and very helpful. Spacious and clean rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone it's worth every penny from great service to awesome views in the heart of Cannes.

Very nice hotel. Loby and Bar appealing. There is a valet parking service for the car. Rooms are good. You can also sleep with an open window at night (December) Breakfast we have taken.

Excellent location. Staff were very professional. Only lost one star from myself as the pool on the hotel roof was closed for a day or two during our visit. The rooms were very clean. The other issue I have with Cannes in general and not just the JW Marriott was during the evenings there are people sleeping on the side walks and around the outskirts of the hotel homeless. In the vast wealth of such an area it was just upsetting to see. Overall though I would recommend the hotel and definitely looked one of the better hotels in the area.

Nice location, great staff, great rooms.

Tough to give bad reviews when you are platinum. The room upgrade was great which provided a stellar view and ample room to feel quite cozy. The bathroom was very relaxing. Food as always is great in Europe though service as expected is slow.

Beautiful area, excellent service. The hotel is a little bit dated though, 80s styling, while I'm sure was very expensive at the time now needs renovations.

Its classy and on the waterfront. Reception was helpful and the room is tidy and the rooftop pool is a welcome bonus.

One of the palaces of the Croisette. The most recent built on the site of the former Palais des Festivals. What's more is equipped with a very large parking lot useful. It also contains the very beautiful, modern, Croisette Theatre where the regional Orchestra of Cannes Provence Côte d'azur is produced.

I was very dissapointed that I was stolen my Gucci shopping that was on the table the day I checked out I couldnt find it, staff is not help full ive been following up with fady and I asked for official email that the bag was not shown in the camera and ive been ignored very dissapointed the rooms are vry expensive I thought ill be fully secured!

Best hotel I like to stay at. Very comfortable bed and room is so cosy.

Large rooms with large bathrooms. Everything is very clean and in order. The hall of the hotel is wonderful. Breakfast rooms & breakfast quality needs a serious upgrade. Housekeeping is pestering a bit too much. They come 3 times daily, with a short ring on the bell and not letting you to answer the door, just coming in anyways. Would expect more polite service in a 5 star hotel.

Home to the height of what one is entitled to expect from a luxury establishment, the staff is very careful for you. The spacious and luxurious rooms with in each of one of the portraits of the great actors, the top is The view from The hard terrace the bay of Cannes and La Croisette and this feet in the water of the pool while sipping one of their wonderful cocktail, really I recommend.
