A corporate convention at the top, thank you for this magnificent hotel, exceptional staff! it's magical!

We had a pleasant stay for our anniversary of meetings the quality of service and at the height of this 4 star hotel in the heart of the city, we will return very soon as possible.
Again a big thank you to Pascal who made us a dream decor in our room to celebrate our anniversary of meetings c was beautiful.
Apart from that the hotel is very well located close to the Croisette and the rue d'Antibes.
Thank you to the whole team of the Gray d'Albion.

But really for me the most of this hotel is really the staff.

Very disappointing in comparison to price. Everything is worn out and needs maintenance, there are so many cracks in the ceiling, the towels are worn out I have ordered from the room service a ceaser salad they have brought a club sandwich instead. Not to mention how unpolite the front desks are. I would never come back again to this hotel, ever.

Stayed here for the second time. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious (in French) with large beds. Towels and linen are soft and new. The toilet is new and clean. There is a kettle and a coffee machine along with tea and coffee. One of the best hotels on the coted coast for a fee. 5 min walk to the beach. As well as the hotel has its own beach, but you need to pre-book places.

Staff were amazing and couldn't have been any more helpful. So welcoming and polite. Restaurant food was excellent.

We had a couple of beers at the bar. Nice place, quiet and comfortable. A great spot to relax after a dinner.

Nice attention to detail and very handy for beaches shops and train station. Beach charges excessive for guests but so long as you bear that in mind prior to your visit. Television was poor as no BBC but then you've not come here to watch television! Overall a nice stay. Be warned if you've booked a room staring terrace. Apparently a terrace is a balcony at this particular establishment. But was pleasant enough. Friendly staff. Breakfast in the garden terrace was lovely. Assuming you get a seat. Breakfast staff will say it's full but use your own initiative and just find one yourself. Uber from Nice airport is 50 euro direct to hotel. I'd come back again for sure. One last note… Despite what you read about being able to use sister hotel pool this is not true.

Great hotel, location is perfect, close to everywhere, beach, restaurants, boutiques, less than 5 mnt walk to film festival. The rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Very friendly, polite and professional staff. Definitely I will recommend this hotel and stay when I return next year for the film festival. Excellent structure, with superb location, a few steps from the Croisette. Clean rooms and First choice service, tastefully decorated. Breakfast buffet with wide choice. One of the best hotels in Cannes.

A very good hotel with everything handy… Shops, beach, Festival halls, private parking and restaurants.

Stylish hotel, central location and courteous, helpful staff. Breakfast was fabulous — outside on the patio is recommended if weather permitting. Great.

Personally, we found the hotel very well placed… The hosts were very friendly and there was always someone available… We took advantage of the places as a couple. The rooms are very large, the bathrooms too. They have fitted 'tv-modern flat screens (the rooms, not the bathrooms…). We were able to enjoy the pedestrian streets and shops that are located just behind near… The beach is not law, the port no longer… in short, the top! We found the prices suitable in the light of the benefits offered…, so everything is correct it seems to me. The strong points : the Rooms are spacious and clean… Hotel is very well located. Beach nearby… nearby Port for excursions at sea…

It's very well situate, on Rue La Croisette, cross the hotel is ITS beach. This Hotel has great rooms, cozy, confortable, clean and luxurious. The stuff speaks Almost all the EU languages, very kind and friendly. The breakfast was various, plenty of food, croissants, fruits and drinks. I highly recommend it!

Some hotels were built in the wrong period, the wrong way. This place was is a large complex of mostly apartments, stores, restaurants, occupied in part by the hotel, which does not leave it room to be anything other than a standard hotel in a very busy Cannes. White marble everywhere in a place where there are seasons does not make this place cozy.

Location was perfect. But that's where it ends. Staff was rude and could not be bothered to be helpful. One of the guys at the concierge was so snotty and arrogant that I actually thought he owned the place. The breakfast was ok but nothing fantastic and the rooms were as any other rooms in Cannes for that price. Some of the food items were heavily overpriced. You could get better value for money but with a smile somewhere else or is it the people in Cannes in general? They have been voted one of the most unfriendly cities around the world — I could not agree more.

Whilst the location itself is great, the service was quite poor! No smile, no customer service and no going the extra mile. They tried to call me after I returned from my holiday and after I posted the review but what's the point!

Great location but the hotel itself is dissapointing. No pool, no great view, albeit we were under graded it was only to have a view of more buildings! The hotel staff don't go extra mile and we were not made to feel special or looked after although they knew it was our first wedding anniversary. I would say pay a bit more for other hotels but you get better service! It was simply disappointing!

I been working there for a couple of days and the hotel itself is great and the personal seems very nice but not perfect in any way. I also noticed they don't clean the toilets on a daily basis and for some reason they decided to start using plastic cutlery recently, the worst plastic cutlery I ever used!
