We stayed here for a week, the room was lovely, clean and spacious. The AC was brilliant, beds comfortable and bathroom spotless. Clean towels everyday with beach towels if you require. ALL of the staff were very friendly and helpful, recommending places to eat or directions. Breakfast was of a good quality with excellent coffee from a
Nespresso machine — which was fantastic!
The Hotel is ideally placed for a short walk to the local beach or ports where you will
Find great places to eat and soak up the atmosphere of the Superyacht scene and “ the beautiful people”.
A 20 minute walk sees you in Villefranche sur Mer, where there is a lovely old town and a great beach club. (you will need to book — even then you may not get in! ) The Déli Bo is expensive but very worthwhile. You can spend €150 there for the day for two people. This will buy you your bed, a bottle of wine, a couple of fizzy drinks and a Couple
of cocktails. The beach is great and at the club not too crowded unlike the public section.
5 minutes walk from the Hotel is the Casino, if you like a bet then make sure you take some form of ID (driving licence or passport are the only forms Of ID accepted. ) as this is a requirement of French law. As you would expect, if you gamble drinks are free, but if you buy them be prepared

Is a lovely thing to do in the evening with great views over the bay.

The staff are terrible. No information was given about the hotel at the arrival. No tee-time. Breakfast is average. The overall impression is a maximum of 3 stars.

The best hotel in Beaulieu! Our second visit and as good as we remember. Staff are exceptional. Pool is wonderful. Looking forward to our next visit.

The room was nice, though the walls are quite thin, so noisy neighbor could be disturbing. Wifi in the room is non existent, which is a very easily solvable problem, but makes for a bad experience in the 21st century. A new Wi-Fi will be built soon, we've been told. Nice terrace, so-so kitchen. Location is great. The biggest asset of the property is the charming lady at the reception.

Great location in this beautiful holiday village. Very close to both Nice & Monaco so a great base away from the big smoke. Some parts of the room were a bit jaded but the rate was not bad for this location.

The rooms are more to the taste of the day, but still nice, very quiet for an early season, and very decent price level, I recommend it for an average budget.

After driving around the coast of assessed again this hotel. And I realized that I was not mistaken. Good location (next to railway station, buses, beach 5 minutes, restaurants including Michelin and seafood, next Capterra with its walks along the cliffs and the sea and the beautiful beaches of Paloma and others, close to nice airport). Quite quiet compared to major cities, although a couple of evenings in the casino was near concerts and the sound could be heard quite clearly. If not go anywhere near Villa Rothschild and Villa Curios. The hotel itself is in a retro style but with the new equipment. Room and bathroom big enough. There is a pool but did not try (the sea in fact there…). Close to pharmacies, banks and shops. At the railway station and a large supermarket. Beaches with sunbeds are opened only from 9.00 am and the sun was by this time high (weird). The staff is always ready to help and advise. Special thanks to Natalia for her recommendations. Never met a misunderstanding of English or Russian. Breakfasts are the same for 12 euros. Of the minuses (though what are cons) — noise isolation is not very good, the fridge is a small box that virtually does not cool. Everything else is good. It is possible to recommend safely.

This 4-star hotel has had to obtain for these stars in the 60s and I am amazed how he has kept? The rooms as the common areas are vieillotes, small and of bad taste. Atrocious except the staff compassionate. Hotel to remove sites!

Charming hotel very well located in Beaulieu, quiet location in a residential area close to the city centre and the beach, very friendly staff and very pro, nice outdoor pool, excellent value for money, we particularly recommend the rooms spacious and very light front.

Very nice hotel, sophisticated atmosphere and spacious room. A very professional team welcomes you and advise you. Leaving from the hotel head to "The Cap Ferrat" a beautiful ballad at the edge of the Mediterranean, a beautiful landscape.
