Wonderful, emergency stay over, due to a "tardy" Airline,. I cant praise this hotel enough.

Worst hotel stay ever… no words to describe. My money is fully wasted. First of all staff in the reception is lack of communication and customer service delivery. Fully racist… they don’t even have plates in the hotel. I’m mean what kind of hotel is this. Asked more than ten times to have a plate… and no mayonnaise in the hotel… I saw they are having it but didn’t give. Terrible service… even though I have put a don’t disturb tag on my door, they have come inside and arranged my room… I’ll never visit here. And neither my friends will… WORST HOTEL EVER… MANAGEMENT WAKE UP.

Aberrant, inadmissible and Heartbreaking! The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night at 1:30 in the morning and has been ringing non-stop for at least 2 hours, passing firefighters, police officers … : the staff does not know how to stop it! Hardly believable. The night reception is overwhelmed and does not even know the maneuver to handle this kind of situation. It is the very safety of customers that needs to be reviewed, which is the BASIS in the hotel industry. No direct communication! Other customers pass the information that a customer smokes in his room. It is necessary to imagine what it is like a ringing bell that screams in your ears for more than an hour and a half. A SHAME! Turn away if you don't have earplugs for the whole family. It is in the hotel's interest to reimburse the costs incurred.

I would recommend this nice hotel very friendly staff and customer service thing very appreciable when you are a guest, very nice pool just if the water could be a little warmer not at the top.
small downside that I found in my room, I don't know if this concerns all the rooms. But mine had no brushes to clean the toilet a small detail but that may have its importance.
I think if you report it the problem will fix within 30min that follows as they are very responsive to the small concern and detail for customers

It’s a decent hotel with very comfortable beds. The rooms have nice views at the airport and the windows are noise canceling. The bathroom is clean and modern. The breakfast had improved since my last visit. The only minus point is the fitness. Which is an extreme tiny room with three machines. Might as well go outside and take a run.

Convenient hotel for CDG. Place can be busy at times especially at reception. If you need help with something (I always need help with everything it seems) then they seem pretty keen to assist if you ask. Spoken with the management a few times and they have been very helpful sorting things out for me even when non hotel related. This is a business hotel aimed at people coming and going from CDG.

Good location for airplane travellers. Average to good comfort during stay. They definitely have to fix that bad sewage smell covered with a lot of perfume you can smell at the lobby level. Also maybe implement a more satisfying shuttle service to Aeroville Mall.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn across the street not at the Mercure but I enjoyed having dinner and drinks at the bar on both of my recent visits. Each time the bartender made a recommendation of items that were not on the menu and it was a big hit for me. Chicken club sandwich was absolutely delicious as was the potato and ham pizza. Who would have thought potatoes on a pizza would have been so good.

Very small rooms and the room service menu is very limited though its 24/7. Hotel staff is helpful but not friendly. Breakfast is not good. But, nice lobby with a bar and seating area. Quick connection to airport terminal 1 and express trains. Shuttle service to shopping mall and cinama. It's really a great choice for a business trip or a 1 night stay. Not for a vacation with you friends and family.

Hotel staff and food are great. Rooms are small and a little tired looking. Bed very comfortable. Despite close vicinity to runways rooms are very quiet.

Clean and cared for. Beautiful Pool with Outdoor Loungers. Breakfast might be a bit richer. Very nice and helpful Reception!

Exterior building a little dated… too bad because it is still a 4 star…, the colors are to review, the bed too soft, breakfast… Short… disappointed with my stay… I will not go back.

The reception was incredibly terrible, never answer the phone (calling from room). And give wrong information for shuttle bus seems they don't care. The true information is no shuttle bus, but first he said wait at T3, and then he said need to walk from the station Parc Px (Which is actually Parc Pr). It was 5 mins walk but because of the irresponsable reception guy I spent 1n hour! Other things are good, fashionable lobby, tidy room and washroom, the cleaning lady was friendly…

Very good welcome and upscale ensemble! Very attentive teams! It was Dylan who immediately made himself a perfect Ambassador of the sign: elegant by his attitude.

A very good hotel in the CDG Airport complex. The shuttle service is appreciable, as is the restaurant, very friendly and quite refined, and that the layout of the rooms, modern and very spacious. The hotel's ancillary facilities are also welcome.

Nice Hotel with great design but a little hard to find. Some better instructions on the website would be nice.

I slept one night for cancelled flight. Huge and modern hotel. The bathrooms not at the top like the rest.

Excellent organization. Polite and obliging staff. Clean, with comfortable rooms. Very close to the airport that you can reach in 5 minutes on foot and with the free shuttle. More than satisfactory the restaurant inside.

No Shuttle Bus Available from CDG. Information not updated on website. For those with luggage, be prepared to walk through pathways still under construction from CDGVaL station Pr. Remember there are x2 Mercure. One at Roissy with the Pink line shuttle and this one is by CDGVAL. And check-in strictly only after 2pm! Nice room and reception area though.

Hello, this hotel is really great despite the small vagaries before our arrival.
The reception is warm and pleasant.
I would recommend this place without a problem.
This is the best placed hotel facing the airport of Roissy Charles de Gaules.

Breakfast was lacking in terms of selection for vegetarians and vegans, otherwise rooms are comfortable.

It's not the cheapest option, but a 'privilège' room was well worth the extra cost. Extremely comfortable beds and a great ceiling shower (pull the knob out) rounded out a very pleasant experience. The food is expensive (try ordering from Pizza King nearby), and the Wi-Fi isn't good for streaming, but I'll give back any lost points because of the excellent customer service we received.

Not easy to find. Check out appalling To be fair what appeared to be a new member of staff left on own. We were told on arrival the shuttle bus went every 15 minutes and told 3 times on the morning it would be arrive in 5 minutes. It arrived after 30 minutes. Had to leave without finalising bill with new member of staff. Would not recommend hotel.

Due to bad weather and a plane that didn't leave we arrived at this hotel and a bit lost and would like to thank the staff who took care of us and reassured us. We are very happy with our little stay Encore Thank you.

No direct access from the airport shuttle station to the hotel. Inadequate signs in a construction zone. I had to walk on the highway to get to the hotel. The receptionist says there’s a shuttle and wished me I can see it next time! Total disgrace.

The room is small, but everything is necessary. Friendly staff. Breakfast was good. Free shuttle to CDGVAL and Terminal 2, as well as the mall Aeroville.

Free breakfast for some. Not bad selections for breakfast. Location is very near to the airport, 10mins or less travelling time. Hotel is always fully booked so if you there's a problem with your room like airconditioning or something else you will not be able to choose or change rooms most specially if the technician is not around.

Well appointed guest rooms and ample facilities Been here many times and enjoyed their food at l’escale restaurant, specially the fish items.

The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. They are the highlight of the hotel, and unfortunately the positive review ends here. The housekeeping staff is unacceptably noisy and very impolite when asked to be quieter. They seem to have forgotten that a hotel, especially next to an airport, is a place to rest. To make noise like a demolition crew is unacceptable, and to behave rudely to costumers even more unacceptable. Breakfast is quite good, however the food served at the lobby lounge is substandard. Unless you really have no other choice available for accommodation, I'd recommend to stay elsewhere.

The rooms are spacious and very clean, the bar menu is justito but very good, try the burger, it's delicious. The breakfast buffet opens very soon from 05:00 am to 10:00 am; There are all: hot breakfast (bacon, eggs, etc), fruit, assortment of sausages and cheeses, bread, croisants and pasta are buenisimos. At the front desk you can order the iron, and also a mobile charger in case you forget. The airport is only 10 minutes away, there is a free hotel shuttle service there. It has a small gym and heated pool. The facilities are clean and very neat.

The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The nespresso machine is a plus. The breakfast could be better and the shuttle should run more often.

Nothing against the hotel, the staff is always very pleasant, however waiting for the airport shuttle with my wife, 14.30 november 2. With our luggage very visible outside at the entrance, ourselves next to the luggage, a shuttle car advanced to the entrance, driver waited for a couple of minutes inside the car, and left empty without having exited the car to see if there were any takers. When he came around 20 minutes later at 14.58 he claimed that he had come out of the car to check for customers, and there were no clients; he lied. We then asked him to drop us off at terminal A rather than the rer station exceptionally, he refused. We almost missed our flight. Very unpleasant experience.

Bartender refused to give me a glass, I had some wine I wanted to consume in the room, answer was: NO! In front of all other guests at the bar, very embarrassing for me. I went and requested the kind receptionist, he did resolve the issue, but one of a kind experience.

Thieves simply! They do not even seek to solve the problem, and only to be cordial.

I asked for a hair dryer calling the reception 3 times :) and then I went downstairs to ask again. Still didnt come! More than disappointment! Far from professionalism!

Worst experience I have ever had with an hotel. I tried to check-in at 14.00hrs but was told to come back at 15.00hrs. I was the first in line and I was told that my room should be ready in about 10 minutes. It was not… After waiting for almost 3 hours and getting to hear every time that the room was not ready yet while all my colleagues could check in and most of them received their key, I asked for the manager. She said she would call me if the room was ready. Around 20.30 I returned from dinner and the room was finally ready. Nobody called me to inform me, it didn't really felt like the staff was feeling sorry and I had to ask myself for any kind of compensation. I received a voucher for a free drink at the bar. I can't get over the fact that this service is so bad. Of course it's hard work when the hotel is fully booked but give me my room number without the key, make the check-in complete, give me a free drink or meal and say that you are terribly sorry for this and ask me to come back in an hour. This is not how you should treat your customers.

Arrived at the hotel our reservation was not checker, at 1am we had to wait 1h to have our room keys, the bathroom not very clean, the towels not changed for the next day. General power outage throughout the hotel. The next day we had to be relocated at 7pm in another hotel which initially was not at all the same service as this one. After more than 1h trading and after raising the track we were relocated to the in a good hotel but with great difficulty. The support was really very disappointing…

Looked very nice, was clean, large rooms, and awesome indoor pool. But the staff was not too helpful. They spoke excellent English though. It is also in a good distance to the airport and the mall nearby.

Home Services Competence and GENTILLESDE of staff Tpus departments confounded. Swimming pool very clean temperature nice, etablussement very oriented business Maus also adapted to famulles with children. A perfect place between two accustomed flights of hoyelietes chains in the world. We find here the Spirit Accord a nice showcase for the Cie. We will return with pleasure.

Hotel decoration and services are first-class, but the location is a bit remote from the Cdgval station, and only to the second terminal of the feeder car, is a small inconvenience (said to be able to go to the electrical requirements of the shuttle bus Cdgval). At about 1:30 in the hotel restaurant, I ordered spaghetti, and my wife's two plates were slightly cooler, not very tasty.

Beautiful but as soon as we arrived, the plugs were not working and it took an hour for a technician to intervene.

Location is the best! Rooms are big beds are cozy. Gr8 breakfast but the shower glass was very bad as water was getting out of the tub. One more minus point is that the bathroom doesn't have locks on the door! That should surely be improved.

The hotel is very modern inside not so much from outside. The room is designed to a high standard, very spacious, very clean and very comfortable room/bed. The room has all the toiletries you need like soap, shower gel etc, there's a kettle and some selection of hot drinks and some water in the mini bar. The bar area downstairs is a good place to relax and serves food when the restuarant is not open, so this is convinient. Very helpful staff who managed to sort out a shuttle from airport to hotel. The breakfast is really good, varieties of meats, eggs, cereals, fruits and pastries, as well as hot drinks and fresh juice. Really enjoyed my stay. Best to take a taxi to the hotel, its only a short drive. The shuttle service takes too long.

After waiting for the hotel shuttle to show up and calling the hotel multiple times to find out how to get there (going to voicemail), I took a taxi. Somehow a 10 min drive cost me €20, the taxi driver using my phone/GPS to find this on-site hotel. Imagine my enthusiasm when I arrived, asked about transfers, and told I should have called them for a shuttle. My room smelled like an ashtray left in the rain and merely looking at the bed made it emit squeaky noises. The restaurant: Service is rushed although decent. The food quality though… and I've had better food at a truck stop in Bordeaux than the Mercure hotel restaurant at CDG. Regretted not packing a chainsaw to cut the steak. The dessert cheese plate was served with a green salad and there were no dessert wines on the wine list. I asked the waiter if I was in France thinking perhaps I'd taken the wrong flight to Frankfurt. Shocking. Skip this place, there are much better hotels on the CDG campus.

Not recommended. Unfriendly and inefficient staff. It is very far away from the center of Paris which means high expense on taxis, which by the way take forever to get there, Transportation is one of the worst issues. You have to depend on the staff to call a taxi for you, and they forget to do so. Also, in their webpage they claim to speak various languages. But they did not speak spanish and barely spoke english. Which was very hard to communicate. Rooms are okey.

Horrible experience. The shuttle driver nearly made us miss our flight. He had zero knowledge of which airlines took off from each terminal and was rude. Then when I asked him to pass by terminal 1 again since he missed it, he refused and literally started yelling at me. The desk staff did the bare minimum with an attitude and the outside of the hotel was littered with trash. I wrote the Pullman customer service to comment and they had the nerve to try and sign me up for a rewards membership to their hotels. Well this is useless to me because I will never again stay at one.

Fire alarm at 5am. I got a refund. The case was well handled.

Unfriendly and arrogant staff.
