If this is "first class", I don't even wanna know what second class is. General condition pretty meh. No reception, check in is in the hotel next door, rooms (especially bathrooms) look and feel like jail cells. Clean jail cells, yes, but still. Breakfast is abominable, probably the worst I've yet encountered. Just get a snack at the supermarket next door, and don't bother paying for the breakfast.

I slept in one of the rooms on the ground floor, 10 or 11. The bedding is stoned, the water temperature in the shower impossible but it's clean enough. After that it remains a type of hotel where the rooms are really small…

We made our reservation for the Campanile Luzarches Chantilly via the website and there big disappointment. The reservation center also manages the first class next door and our payment has been assigned to this hotel.
We are seven to have booked and no one has seen this subtlety on the site.
We have phoned the two hotels that are not accommodating and refuse to hear our complaint and solve our problem.
We chose to stay in a Campanile and not a low-end hotel.

Decent Hotel The reception is done to the able. More staff at the front desk. The Wi-Fi is mediocre.

Stayed here for a night of 18 to 19/10/2014. We booked on the site of the hotel a double and a single beds room. Arrived on the spot price had changed (€2 more, it's not much but it's not nice) and the rooms were both with single beds. The hotel refuses to repay the € 2 and offers a credit and a free refreshment, mean nothing because there are no return to the region. Otherwise the rooms were OK.

The idea is good, implementation is through the ass. Booked a month or two rooms. Came second number there, the day took a second room. Paid the money, when you go the room does not open and the staff there. Had to buy the third issue, that would not sleep outside. Well, until the pile a refund is not provided.
