I think most of the staff should do a welcome training and in relational… Went back for the second time to see. As disappointed as the first… I hesitated between 2 and 3 stars… The cleanliness of the room allows the note of 3. Good bedding and pretty quiet. A restaurant tip, the city centre is a 1 minute walk away!

Hotel pretty clean overall and friendly staff, however, the hot and cold water were inverted (for the shower at least) in my room but nothing much too serious. On the other hand breakfast was top!

Loved it. Great staff willing to help and great breakfast, a roomy restuarant that cooks a great hamburger. Will stay again in the future and with the Ibis hotel chain.

Good overall services. Breakfast is just ok. 32" TV in rooms. Free Wi-Fi with good rate transfert. I have been able to watch a movie by streaming in 1080p on my mobile. If you have a car it is difficult to park for free. The hotel has a paying parking that you should book in advance. At the moment there are street work everywhere in Amiens and blue paying zone mostly.

Perfect location to visit city and take in a concert at the local Zenith. Secure underground car park.

Welcome home. Very poor rooms A sound of water constantly flowing in the rooms. No evening stage possible! On the menu of the Day 1 single plate of meat so the card…! No courtesy tray in the room. This hotel needs a good refreshment from all points of view. Located a 20 minute walk to the train station.

First. From the arrival, I am told that the parking is complete because the guests who free the room leave the car in the parking lot time to do other shopping in town. The parking has only 20 places allocated to the hotel. But this is not specified when booking online. Remember to book them as first come. First parked. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The person responsible for feeding the booth seems to be monitoring the amount that fills the tray. Does an impression for a way of being attentive give this feeling? Room clean but small as already mentioned. Well located in the heart of the city. I will come back to it anyway if need be.

Home limit. Parking is not practical at all. Expensive for the rooms offered.

Very poor reception at night, reservation is non-conforming (bed — > bed)
no gold service (drink, coffee), no parking. And area work. Fortunately the hotel I was refunded…

Well someone just opened our door with their room key and tried to get in as we were trying to go to sleep, and when we called the front desk no one was there to complain about it. So if you like barricading your door so drunken strangers can't open it, this is the place for you.

Good place to stay. Bit basic but staff were great.

My husband and I had the misfortune of staying at this hotel on the 1sr August 2016. Firstly there is no elevator from underground car park to reception so we had to park on the street and then to add insult to injury we were denied entry into the dining room for dinner as there were 2 tour groups We feel as paying guests we should have been accommodated. We had to go out of the hotel and walk in the rain to try and find something to eat. It was a Monday night and nearly everything was closed. It was obvious that the staff in the bar area near dining room couldn't have cared less.

Clean and tidy room. Staff friendly, breakfast great to set you up for the day … Would recommend.

As has already been said in previous reviews, it is true that the hotel is starting to get old, the photos presented here are dated a moment. But I think it gives one side enough retro. Nothing to say about the friendliness of the staff. The doors of the rooms do a lot of noise (especially when more customer mocks other side) which wakes us up all night. In terms of room service nothing to say everything is always impeccable. The hotel is easy to find and accessible for all.

Really good hotel, comfortable and air-conditioned rooms. The restaurant is good but a bit small quantities.

Rooms and spotless bathrooms. Is a room with fridge and coffee machine was highly appreciated, for our small meetings according to visit. (19 PEOPLE)

The lady receptionist was so kind and helpful. She provided me with maps and information and also a travel adaptor for my phone, without which I would have been uncontactable. A life saver. The hotel itself was, like all Ibis Hotels I have stayed at, reliable, spotlessly clean and comfortable. The corridors were beautifully scented. The only problem I experienced was the bar. The notice in the lift said the bar was open 24 hours. When I returned from dinner at 10:15pm, the bar was closed. When I asked the male receptionist about it, he offered to make me a coffee. I had to walk back into town to get a nightcap. Please change the sign in the lift.

We had made reservations late November for the night from 19 to 20 December 2015.
After visiting the website and the reviews seemed correct to us.
We arrived 19 to 12: 00 and had lunch on-site but surprise the restaurant was closed from 17 to 19/12 as squads of hockey players.
The least things would prevent clients prior to their arrival to change their program or even cancel the booking in case of difficulties to move.
The rooms are very small, and the bathroom not functional no shelf to put our stuff in toilets, we cognions we elbows against the walls by washing the teeth.
Only the smile and the friendly staff at the reception save the setting.

I go there regularly and the staff is welcoming.
very decent breakfast (as the other hotels of the brand).
Be careful to report a non smoking room upon arrival at the risk of not being able to sleep.

An ibis. Breakfast mediocre. Room with TV without DTT reception zero. When you're travelling c is more than very average.

Good hotel for one night. The rooms are very small but very clean with an excellent bed. He pretty well located, near the city center. The price of the hotel is very good value for money. An very good address to remember if you wish to make a short stay in Amiens.
