Wonderful setting on the lake with a great park and selection of slides. Shop on site is quite expensive but intermarce is 15 minute drive. Cooking facilities in upgraded chalet's were still poor — no oven! Just a combi-microwave that can't even fit most dishes.

Great location and setting next to lakeside accommodation with variety of wildlife. Food good although check restaurant opening times in advance once arrive. Service on site not as you get in UK especially on activities very poorly / relaxed supervision. We would still recommend visit, we will return.

Visited for a conference. The park itself is lovely. However, upon arrival I noticed that the bathroons weren't that clean. Hairs on the wall, very gross. Also, inside the main building, everything felt a bit like it was built in the late 80's, and never got a fix up after that. Go for the location, but not if you want a bit of standards in your trip.

We spent a very good stay. We took advantage of the lake and its beautiful view with its swans and ducks. We enjoyed the quiet of the place. Our cottage was clean and furnished with taste. The terrace a little less, (spider webs, herbs on the terrace) but the location next to a lake back of the small critters of all kinds and of vegetation. Relating to the services and the animations, there are a lot of choices. After that, everything is a question of budget. But it is difficult not to crack especially when one has children. The centre of interest remains the staple of Aquamondo including large and small can't do without. I found it a little small compared to other parks in the chain, but we're having fun just as much. Only downside the showers are a little cold. As for the accommodation, we had some technical problems but the team were very reactive to find a solution. It is necessary to provide supply for the stay (especially when one is in the family). The supermarket is an alternative, it is not in the large area. And as with any convenience store the prices are a little high in ratio to the supermarket. That said, as soon as there is a lack of tomato sauce or a jar of jam, one is glad to find a point power. Just as we appreciate having an on-site bakery.

Ideal place to spend family time and relax. Place quiet and clean. The cottages are very cute. A lot of outdoor activities. Good restaurants. Staff very friendly and available. Everything you need to spend a good time.

Nice concept. Very pretty cottage on the edge of the lake with all the comforts. It would have been possible to spend a great stay if this is to pay 15 euros per 24 hours for a connection that is had to operate in all and for all 2h. In addition, while the park with the advantage of being large, it is impossible to have a person on the phone. For any trouble, it is necessary to move to the center. A shame, really.

Great place! Most houses are fairly new. The Premium and VIP houses are very well equipped and have a fire place for a cosy evening. The Aqua Mondo pool here is amongst the best ones within the Center Parcs chain and a true paradise for kids of any age. The pool can get a little crowdy on busy days but we have not experienced problems with that.

Great holiday kids loved it. Our apartment was a updated one as we had seen reviews about the old ones. Ours was lovely, no complaints at all. Staff were helpful and friendly and we had minimal communication problems. As long as you learn some basic French you will be fine. Some kids activities were in French but they always made sure someone spoke to them in English and explained everything. I left my 4 year old and she was fine at princess camp with all the other children.

All in all, my stay in this Center Parcs has gone well. The full price for the rental of a dwelling, however, remain too high for the proposed service. The park is nice but the quality of the stay may vary depending on your accommodation : renovation, distance from the home and to the activities… The park offers many services and activities, but you will have to pay for each of them. The pool is very well equipped and very pleasant outside of peak hours.

Lovely spot 120km east of Paris, on edge of Champagne and surrounded by pleasant cycle routes and fascinating historical sites including Leon and the sites of some of the greatest losses of lives in WW1, Chemin des Dames. This centerparcs was built in 2007 on a beautiful lake. The water park is great. Fantastic for families with kids of l ages but definitely also worth visiting some surrounding sites. Only 4 stars because one of my group felt it was hard to sort out some niggles with the accommodation.

Houses are OK. Swimming pool is top, although as in France is usual in the cleanliness air upwards. Staff is Segr friendly the facility is great. Unfortunately, there was relatively much traffic in the park. I would go back at any time.

Recommended, but with light and shade, the facility is nicely integrated into the nature, the Prämiumhaus was freshly renovated and with fireplace. The knives unfortunately dull and little cutlery as well as no kettle. 2 small defects were fixed immediately. The water park is fine. But it could be more neat. If the system is fully utilised, it will be tight. The slides are fine for children up to about 10. You can't get to an Miramar. There is usually no real sidewalk on the road.

Park is very nice. House is freshly renovated, smells like color in the house. My wife would be sick of it. Definitely not healthy. All activities would be canceled for a company's one-size action. Activities are offered u impossible times and then always only for 15 min to 1 hour. What the hell. I was furious.

Very charming lake with many swans, ducks and pools of water. Possibility of seeing herons. Very nice renovated cottages. Friendly water games. Very correct restoration. And the staff is in its vast majority very kind.

I loved my stay but I was only at the pool, the prices of the activities were exorbitant, if the prices were lower I think more people would go. Otherwise very good stay, beautiful cottage and beautiful view of the lake. Some missing items in the kitchen (carafe for water. ) but otherwise everything was perfect. (Stay at 8. )

A very nice weekend with friends but I remain disappointed by the excessive prices of the bike and cart without counting on all the paying activities. The cottages are adorable and the setting and relaxing. But the facilities are disappointing, several problems with 3 different coffee machines. No oven worthy of the name and no power in the shower mixer. If unfortunately we decide to take showers simultaneously in the different bathrooms more power and hot water. In a VIP cottage that leaves a long way to go.

A little bit in the years, but for me the most beautiful Center Parcs I have met so far. The indoor playground is huge, the bathing area really great and the outdoor facilities very nice:-) The restaurants are usual good, only the waitress in the Italian restaurant were very slow. If you look more closely you will find hints everywhere that the operator could make more effort with maintenance, but still for us the most beautiful Center Parcs:-)

In the past it was all super nice. Our cottages was out-dated. Walls full of dirty sweeping. Wood in the kitchen was jumping up. Food in the buffets was terrible, even the cold vegetables had a bad taste. Breakfast was ok, but far too limited. Staff were very friendly and helpful, there is nothing bad about it. Ceiling in some restaurants was dirty due to old water leaks. NEVER organize your business event at this location, unless you bring all your technical equipment yourself. The sound or video material is either defective or not present.

Very nice cottage. Clean, functional. Very nice view of the lake. Water park very good but it is a little cool. For pedestrians, after dropping their car in the parking lot, I will install a ramp along the road that goes down, for unseasoned pedestrians or simply when there is snow or it slides. For the rest, the lake and the wood under the snow, it's Fairy!

Were very disappointed! Now visited a center park for the 9th time! Of all the parks visited so far, this was by far the worst! Can't recommend it, despite the beautiful surroundings and the beautiful lake!

Pleasant and relaxing with the cottages and their architecture in wood. Typical of the Scandinavian countries. The field extends on one side of the Lake. Pretty well wooded area maintained and built in the difference of the cottages that deserve a refreshment. Carpets stained in the rooms upstairs. The bedding is very comfortable. The cot is very practical and simple installation and use. The "dome" with restaurants, shops, swimming pool, bar, … very poorly laid out. For space bedroom locker room are dirty. The Wild River isn't very fast.
Various activities are all fairly expensive.

Great week!
We spent a week with the family, everything was great! Not car traffic is nice. Of course the cottages are a little dated but they are clean, practical when you have young children and comfortable. It was reported a wobbly Chair which was replaced immediately. The dome is great with its rivers, its slides, its water games. "Inner" and "outer" games are also well appreciated by children. The restaurants are good. A big regret: the Wi — Fi is overpriced. The staff is friendly.

Super with kids and family / friends!

Holiday home stayed. Hut was pubic hair in the bathroom, smelly toilet, dirty floors, not very clean. Obsolete furniture (falling Appart loose screws, bad chairs, couch. ). Almost all activities costs €€€ and it is not cheap! Prices for bicycle/electric car rental and even children leisure park are through the roof! Suposedly car-free Park, except maintenance contractor (gardener), not much ensuring the safety and speed limits. Parking, cars remains at the entrance so much walking! Aqua Mundo made fun for our two-year-old. Paid extra for the "comfort" cottage, but we see no added value. Parc is in order. Reims/Epernay approx. 1 hour by car away.

Beautiful spacious complex, houses very different matter of luck which house you get. We had one with beautiful grass field to play, overlooking a Grove. Because the Sun was shining unfortunately rare it was therefore quite dark because of the forest in the House. Seating was nice, unfortunately not cleaned, the sun loungers, table and chairs should be rinsed off quiet times with the hose! Cleanliness in the House as far as i. O, slightly musty smell. Grocery store with great selection, restaurant we were at the pizzeria, was very good. Recommended a bike to rent, we felt very spacious complex, Aquamundo etc. Staff, very friendly, because of bad weather, we could not unfortunately use the beach, but beautifully looked, if not very clean. In the large and all over a week we liked it fine, but totally sufficient. Every day Aquamundo is boring time, too.

The swimming pool, buggy, climbing are fantastic. In general the prices are on the high side. The houses are not proper cleaned. The food is bad in the park restaurants. Unfriendly and very bad speaking French. The also don't even try to sepak English.
