Room number 119 infested with bedchip! It's a disgrace.
I was already assigned a room already occupied upon my arrival. I kindly closed my eyes. But this is unacceptable! To run away from this hotel!

A shame!
Don't go there. The rooms are infested with bed chip! Not to mention the smell of cigarettes impregnated.
We had the first look to have the room above the front desk and next to the stairs! Suffice to say that the night was short!
Breakfast, you offer milk breads and yoghurt! And no seats.
Really very expensive for last night!

When a hotel is called Première you expect high quality, but when it’s ¢38 a night, you won’t receive this. However this does not mean it isn’t a nice overnight stay while your on holiday and want to spend less. It offers good air conditioning, private toilets and showers, a television and Wi-Fi. Also it offers breakfast, but that isn’t recommended. Out of many Première Classe’s I have stayed in, this is one of the best ones as it is clean affordable and has good parking. This is recommendable.

The Lady of the home very badly moon. Prefer to finish his phone call rather than to take care of the guests, in the end not being able to release a room before 16:00. A shame of employing people like that.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very well-tried. But from there to have a dirty bedding, a very mediocre bathroom and a very dirty furniture we ask the price paid to get 2 stars in cartons… Even the F1 hotels are comparable to the Ritz next to this dump. Different prices than on the Internet that are asked on arrival. A parking lot says "close the night" but an entrance to the side of the main grille open to all. So many negative points, that a note lower than 0 would be possible.
Notice to all, do not make my mistake!

There were a lot of different cities. With this hotel as luck, in one city is super, the other is just awful, the service in the rooms stinks and there is not quite a place, the air conditioners often do not work and unplug the battery by the morning, if it is, if the exit to the street, as a rule from the door is through. If the hotel is without exit, usually everything is OK. Maybe it's cold. We need to check everything.

A "First Class", clean, fairly quiet (prefer the courtyard side…) Convenient late arrival easy parking. Enough for one night near highway. The rooms are not very large but once again enough for one night. Breakfast "First Class" very "Spartan" but everything is fresh and clean.

Friendly staff and good location, let down by bad odours and a poor breakfast. This hotel provides two star accommodation for very cheap prices, in a location that is easy to access, with plenty parking and a good location for the University or the tram system. Staff are welcoming and helpful, and the check-in and check-out service is quick and efficient. The rooms are of an okay size, but do not have a lot of storage — sufficient for 3-4 hangers and then a couple of small shelves. Beds are surprisingly comfy, as is the bedding. Noise insulation is poor, with lots of road noise despite not being particularly close to the road. Bathrooms are clean and certainly adequate, no toiletries are provided, however. Despite being a no-smoking hotel the entire building has an odour of stale cigarettes, and unfortunately this includes the rooms. The buffet breakfast is not worth purchasing as it only offers some cereal and toast. One can find much better at the local shops.

I put one because we can't put zero. Already I am told to arrive at 4pm and when I recall the next day I am told 2:30 would have to agree. Only + the room was clean. Very hard mattress and very soft cushion which gives a very bad night. Knowing that we are here for a week is long. Then I have a big problem from my first awakening, the maids enter without hitting (finally a TOC and they come back), I was in underwear it was a bit annoying even not they wait for me to open or say yes, and when they enter they do not Apologise not even and tell me coldly that their housekeeping in this room should have been done 5 minutes before while I had a panel do not Disturb (the day before we had risen at 2am to come on the Mans so necessarily want to sleep) so I habil The 20mn later I go down to smoke a cigarette (still leaving the panel do not disturb) and I still find a housekeeper going up that tells me she is there to make the bed but that I find towards my purse on the desk. In addition to the hard mattress and very soft cushion there is a lot of noise between the slamming doors and especially the maids who speak loud and do not have anything to beat customers. We have come to prepare a move on Le Mans and for the pro displacement. I can't wait till Friday so I can finally get out of here.

Very nice welcome but the HYGIENE is to review! Finding hair/hair in bed remains INADMISSIBLE!

To flee! Unsympathetic staff as possible, whether onsite or by phone. Online booking price €39, paid on-site €41. And visitor tax levied for my minor child! The Attic!

It's cold in the ground floor room.

I highly recommend it, not friendly welcome at all. Poor Service, very very limited hygiene.
To flee urgently, it is better to sleep outside, … almost.

Ah These rooms are said to be non smokers who relanguage the cigarette mixed with deodorant… Is this because we booked with booking?

My stay lasted only one night as it is only a break to get to Nantes. Friendly staff Too bad there is little choice for breakfast. Attention, the room 219 SA BD le Tabac in a non-smoking hotel. Métis NGO could change rooms.

Good place for a cheap overnight stay. The compact rooms have everything you need Including a good quality en suite and air conditioning. The breakfast consisting of variety of French breads and pastries fruit juice and tea and coffee is all you require to start your onward journey.

Good value for money. Room small but clean and bedding rather comfortable. For the price I was not disappointed. "Perfect" for one night.

Great cheap hotel for an overnight stop.

Cleanliness of the rather dubious bedspread, unpleasant smell upon entering the room, bad drain in the shower, a switch for all lights. Value for money very poor however very welcoming receptionist!

On arrival reception was closed no number to call no information available long travel from London UK. Very disappointed with the service absolutely diabolical stay away don't go.

One little night, but really not the top, awake almost every hour after 6:00 in the morning. We had taken the precision to the small pancatarte to not be bothered, however the cleaning lady enters the room at 9:00. Friendly… In addition, they speak very strong in the corridors. The rooms don't have curtains and no blinds, the bathrooms don't have nor know, or shampoos, just 2 cups and two small towels. However bedding is comfortable. If you hit the road the next day, I you the strongly discouraged.

Stay in may 2015 and here is my comment because I couldn't keep this stay for me:
Home deplorable, bad constant mood of the Manager as well as the receptionist in the evening, internet connection or the pages take 10 minutes a open, remote control TV with battery end-of-life and cannot change the channels from the bed, when you open the window you can no longer see the TV and you do not have the right to smoke in the rooms (for smoking).
Avoid having to make you heat a dish because the microwave is not available to customers (unlike the majority of the hotels in chain of today ' hui) and more, you will have unpleasant hotel staff notes when you want to eat!
Never again I would come in this foxhole and I recommend all.

Bit expensive but fairly comfortable and much cleaner and new room than I could test in the city centre of Le Mans.
