In desperate need of a makeover. Parking onsite is a nightmare as it is all around here. I know it's cheap but they're are far better placed to stay for the price.

Hotel more than shabby, 2 week pass in this one, first week room with window that does not close bedding stain from everywhere, light that does not work and so on.

Second week other room, toilet does not work questionable repair at the sink 4 liter water on the floor. In short I advise against.

Aside from its only strong point is the staff who try to work with the little means at their disposal.

This is a good little budget hotel; The rooms are nice enough, it's a very convenient location and for a reasonable price. My only problem was the lack of parking at the hotel. There is a car park around the corner for €6 per day but this can add up.

Found it very dirty dark and dingy. Reminded me of a prison block with badly lit corridor. Room was very small and so was the bathroom. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Felt very un safe. Many unsavoury characters hanging around. There was even two policeman in the lobby when I checked in. The receptionist was very polite and helpful though.

Bathroom with traces of mould on the walls, the ceiling and the porthole of the bathroom.
Very noisy place at night, we hear the conversations of the people around. However bedding and proper reception.
If you are looking to rest, go your way… I do not recommend it at all.

Well placed hotel, close to the restaurants and old Mans as well as Congresses. On the other hand, it would take a facelift, and unfortunately the comments are justified… Shower with moldy and damaged, very noisy. If other customers are not able to live, the night is difficult. Too bad, the price is attractive but I prefer to pay more in the end…

Room booked on the Internet offer double room two breakfasts free at our arrival you have to see higher to access these advantages. (so full-pot fare)

At the arrival toilet clogged bathroom radiator lighting up spark and then nothing.

Hotels to avoid really cafars comes out at night amazing and that's the truth. To avoid absolutely!

Disgusting! AVOID! Mould on both walls around Windows and bathroom, and bad smell due to the mould. Bad bed, meant to be double but was in fact 2 small beds together which separated during the night. Very noisy, sounded almost like an opened window. 46euros for this is not acceptable. About to contact sanitary inspections as this filthy place should be shut down!

Nice room, good mattress. Decor dated, mixed reception, average cleanliness.

It's expensive for what it is! Room really neglected! The light from the bathroom also does not work one of the individual light above the bed. Unventilated room stinking of sweat. No soap to wash! Black dirt stain around windows and finish toilet already clogged before use!

Good bed and good reception. But smoky room by the previous guests, result: one night with a pregnant cigarette smell…

Broken radiator in the room. The rooms are poorly insulated and you hear people talking in the rooms next door.

This hotel is probably the worst of the hotels in Le Mans. The price is low but I do not think it worth the dilapidated premises, smell of foul deodorizer, non-existent sound insulation, hallways to access the room look strangely like those of a prison… So I advise you not to stay in this hotel that self-proclaims "first class" but that has nothing to be!

The best in France to sleep, have breakfast and continue. Is string lets you visit France at some incredible prices. Should be declared heritage of the humanity.

Clean room to stay one or two days. The bathroom could be improved (cannot open the window and the ventilation system doesn't work) to prevent condensation and water falling on the floor. Otherwise the bed is comfortable and enough space to store my luggage.

Flee, dilapidated hotel where it is impossible to sleep, Hollow and wobbly bed, moldy bathroom, unbearable noise outside of a ventilation, parking problem, no electricity for 2 days from 7 am in brief horrible morning.

The hotel is well placed to access the city centre on foot, the bedding is Suitable. On the other hand, it is an old hotel and it would be time to redo the bathrooms (old shower curtains with which one would like to avoid contact, mold between the shower and the sink). Otherwise, good note for the staff!

Convenient and well located to train station and city Centre. Unfortunately no air conditioning.

External shabby appearance, very poor bedroom decor. Location 5-7 minutes from centre, acceptable for 1 nights stay.

Clean, but very basic room. Cheap! Small bathrooms.

Good value hotel in Le Mans.

We stayed overnight. The hotel is close to the main tourist area and the concierge was friendly. We were able to park at the hotel for 6 euros. Rooms were small but clean.

Hotel conforms to expectations, sober and no frills, but has a very kind and helpful staff.

Bathroom water run down (mold), no space. Hallway and room imbued with a bad smell. Even for 40 euros a minimum is due.

Hotel noisy and aging!

The negative right now:
Room very bad soundproofing, being woken every two hours by the voices of other customers passing in the hallway or by the voice of the lift, no AC, so-called parking is full (and, seen from the outside, yet refreshed locations), porthole with a pretty average opacity in the SdB.
the positive (there anyway) :
attentive and friendly staff, Wi-Fi free with a very strong reception (yet, room on the 4th), price, 2 minutes tram.

Problem with hot water in the room and wake up at 3 in the morning by incessant noises up to 8 in the morning! Cleanliness is questionable: I had to 'take off' my phone of the tablet at night, it was so slimy. The bathroom: the place and very cold musty because of the lack of insulation. Parking for 6 cars to 90 rooms, my vehicle was parked on the street and suddenly: fine! The mans, nice town but stay elsewhere.

Unprepossessing at first but despite a carpet which would require to be changed the room is not unpleasant. Breakfast in a spacious room. Parking close to the sub floor. Good home.

Single room and a bit faded too bad I me explains paint, carpet, again.

Just completed its function of dormitory near the station. The State of affairs is passable. Really old but not dirty as long. The services are there and the staff pleasant. Only I already had much better for the same amount: especially at breakfast.
