I come back to your comment about our hotel and I will try to answer your objections point-by-point.
(1) the activity of guest rooms was opened in April 2010 in order to satisfy customer requests and also because this project was important to management to the Castle. Then, I thank you to ask before you say "he emblerais that the owner is obliged to rented rooms to maintain the Castle". The rental of the rooms is developed for 25 years and we did not wait the set up of the rooms to "maintain" the Castle.
(2) as you have noticed, we are indeed working week and the weekend. However, we absolutely don't mind because this is part of our business and we enjoy sharing with people and it seems to work well. We would never allow us to expose such grievances!
(3) we remember from your visit to the Castle. Besides, it seems to me that you're not the best person to make this type of notice as guest at a wedding.
You you are do not "clear" rooms, let's put things in their place. Upon delivery of the keys (as with a letter in the room), you have been informed that breakfast was served until 11: 00 and that the rooms should be vacated by noon in order to proceed to the household (as any hotel establishment). Out, you came late for breakfast and have expected that asked at noon and a half to recover the key.
