A sense of organizational at the top, of nights of thought and careful, but not that! a warm welcome that lets you feel good in the early evenings.

The highlight of the cellar of the epinay is a friendly, quiet and beautiful setting.

I booked one night and a month of booking, I accidentally learn on the phone that our reservation will not be honored. The owner prefers to rent the whole for a wedding and suddenly, gives himself the right to cancel reservations already made (without warning). Even no fallback solution or address to communicate, just a "there is much more serious in life". This cottage seemed very good but this behavior is not professional! Also, the rooms are always available on booking on our dates…

Good reception, simple booking. The bungalows are clean and well appointed.

Good welcome but it's a pity for the price the mobile home is not in super State one has not dare to sit on the chairs of the terrace seen the State apparently the maid is pass clean aside from the floor and the table we had no impression. There were spiders all over the place as well as other insects Luckily we stayed there only one night we would not have done week in.

Very nice bungalow advised as well in the single reservation that grouped with one or more of the other bungalows. Private space and common significant for the various uses. In the countryside close to Nantes and not far from the sea. It all.

The cellars of the epinay is a nice room in the countryside. The frame is very nice with nature and horses. The extension with the covered terrace is very user-friendly.
We had our wedding in April. It was not very hot, but the terrace was heated with 3 heated umbrellas (in option). That was sufficient.
We were 100 adults and 35 children. There is a small room for children. 100 adults on round tables well filled the main hall. If you want to make animations, must be limited to 100 people.
The cottages and mobile homes are very good. It was important for us to be able to sleep on site.
I conclude with a few caveats. The heating of the room is not enough and it was cold in the room. The new Manager is overwhelmed by the amount of work to do and is not always at the height. We wish to improve but it's too late for us.

Nice room for weddings, large outdoor area in a nice setting.
