Hotel where you feel good right at the entrance.
The rooms are correct, quiet. Housekeepers do not come into the room if you hang the appropriate small placard, which is not the case everywhere.
The restaurant is really good. The majority of the dishes seem to be made on the spot, and it is very good.
It is conveniently located. And even the two-step parking is always available and free between 6.30 pm and 8:00 am.

Good hotel, the rooms are very clean, and the staff at the reception is efficient and smiling. The breakfast is more than adequate and the hotel is very well located in the city centre of Tourcoing. In short, this is a hotel that has recommend.

Hello, I put a star and this is not even for the hotel. The star is for the staff who is nice and smiling no matter the time you cross them. As for our family room, cleanliness was OK on the whole room, but far too many worries about the room itself. Uncomfortable bedding, bedside tablet so straight that my phone fell barely laid.
In conclusion if you go to this hotel do not expect a comfort but you tighten very well greeted by the staff who is at the height of the 3 * * * that the hotel displays contrary to it.

Thank you to all the team of check-in to check-out. A few technical issues, repetitive side tv. Each time solved in less than 5 mins. Real Speedy troubleshooting. Hats off, ladies and gentlemen. Small room with a bath consistent with IBIS and without coffee maker of course! A restaurant very correct in the establishment, which is a real plus. Breakfast consistent and no surprise. Downside, the parking is 50 meters and the last level but it has the merit to exist, to be secured with a code and be little expensive : 5€ per day. Hotel really well placed. A council ask for the view rooms on the boulevard side court you have a maximum of vis-à-vis.

Strategic location right in the centre. Near Parking and station.

Rooms are OK for this type of accommodation, perhaps. Shower room a little crated but designed so that we do not bump. Too bad the housekeeping is not done on Thursdays.

My experience in this hotel is horrible, the worst of the worst of all I've seen! He even says that there is an indoor pool but no, at the same time considering the condition of the rooms I understand better, at worst a wading. No one for the price, to avoid!

Very late arrival and very well received. Typical Ibis room, nothing fancy. Parking quite easy in the street nearby or in the public parking very close. On the other hand, small heating very limited to heat the room. The renovation of the reception and the rooms would do good, but it is only a personal opinion.

Need refreshments, poor room service options.

Rooms clean and basic with flat screen colour TV, private bathroom and shower. However disappointed it had no tea/coffee making facilities or iron in rooms. Staff hardworking and friendly.

Staff very poor, no food or drinks left for breakfast bar was not always open — very poor.

OK: The twin bed room was adequate for an overnight stay. NOT OK: (1) I paid for the room when I made the reservation 3 months ago. Two days before arriving in Tourcoing I received an email from IBIS tequesting my name address and *ALL* credit card details, it seemed obvious I was going to be charged twice for the room. I sent an email to IBIS showing my displeasure at this unnecessay, apparent request for payment. The response was non-sensical and without an apology. (2) In theory (IBIS documentation) the rooms are from 12:00 to 12:00. When we checked in at 14:00 we discovered the room was not ready. We asked twice to move to one of several nearby rooms that were ready. This simple request was refused. Again, no apology. (3) The following day my wife and I were getting ready to check out at 12:00. To our surprise and annoyance a member of staff just walked into our room, using a pass key, without knocking or sayng anything before pushing the door wide open. Time: 11:47. (At least she said "Sorry". I should be thankful). (4) The bedding consisted of a heavy — weight "winter" duvet style bedspread, which was far too hot for a summer night (28 July). Not having a simple sheet, it was a case of all or nothing. Result, I woke several times during the night being either too hot or too cold. (5) The toilet seat was very badly damaged and corroded. Which is an excellent breeding ground for germs.

Rooms are small. No air condition. Carpets are so old. Wi-fi disconnection problem. Cheap to daily stay.

Great food! Rooms are fairly nice.

The rooms are dated. But the breakfast is quite good.

As this place is very quiet clean has a shopping mall just opposite the hotel as well as the. Subway just next.

Very good staff, to listening, after several rest satisfied, located close to all, metro next stay…

Months I stay 6 days in this hotel I disgust it nor has that of Flemish + buses that come from Belgium staff not kind of noise all night reception of Flemish who felt that don't like the french.

Rooms cold musty odors. Slow internet connection. Kitchen with lots of dishes out of stock. No Coca cola. Not integrated at the hotel parking.
Not worthy of an Ibis. Looks like an old hotel of the 1980s not renovated.
