Excellent evening buffet meal.

Staff were great, friendly and helpful. Evening meal was good but breakfast unimpressive. The room was grubby, uncomfortable and had a truly awful bed. Avoid if you can.

Very convenient and reasonably priced hotel in Calais. Close to the eurotunnel and the ferry to the UK. There is a restaurant that serves a variety of meals ranging from an all you can eat buffet to a tasty steak tartare. Hotel parking is secure and the gate is locked at night. The staff were very helpful and polite which is comforting after a long day of travel.

Cheap, clean, and quiet. Just what we needed. The receptionist was a pleasure to talk to, and the car park is secured at night. The car park isn't just locked, as we approached our car at 3am, we were noticed by a member of staff, keeping an eye on things. We find that reassuring, as it isn't practical emptying your car into the room for security. We will very likely be staying again, while the rooms may be a little dated, they are clean and functional. Spending four times as much doesn't improve my sleep! Very satisfied.

3 star budget hotel so dont expect too much. Convenient for the ferry terminal. Room was clean but air con was ineffective. Decent but limited buffet breakfast.

Fatal. Very old rooms and hotel, with horrible taste, plus careless and dirty. Floor full of stains and corners with cobwebs, an even worse drain and too many small rooms. The room service nonexistent (in the room adjoining the shower went the water to the floor and we were given towels to dry the water, although they could not do more)
The only positive sheets and clean towels (which in the end is the most important thing in a customs area), quiet area with parking.
For the price it has (about 70 euros), fatal.

Rooms are basic and small but clean. my complaint is in the 1st floor rooms it's far too warm. The floor feels like it has underfloor heating and the fan didn't cool the room down in the slightest making it impossible to sleep also the car park is too small (don't park a car you don't want getting damaged).

Noisy, you hear the neighbors from the side and the bottom, and come and go outside.

Frankly prohibitive €82 without the breakfast room really outdated unacceptable for the price go in front you do not risk anything.

Price prohibitive €82 the room for two twin beds breakfast not included in 9 € 90 € for a room that is far from the taste of the day, bathroom summary and faded, bedside lamp that does not work, manual store, air conditioning placed just at the head From the bed! Floor lino worn and cracked! At this price as much went to the competing channels that offers better service for cheaper.

Chambre pas totalement propre et les autres clients qui font claquer les portes, crient ou encore klaxonnent très tôt le matin.

Lovely place to stay. Clean and the staff are friendly and their spoken English is brill. I would book again.

Comfortable room. Only small problem. VMC from the bathroom a bit noisy (bathroom door impossible to close so vmc audible). Restaurant very good and very fast.

We were very pleased with the accommodation, close to the port, easy to access and easy route out of town. Having the tea/coffee making facilities is a real plus.

My room War very unflooded which have certainly better rooms.

Absolutely good place to rest and safe. The French jandarmerie hangs about there. Service and food excellent.

Well the rooms are a bit dated, but they are clean and functional. For the moaners, if you want perfect then go the Ritz. The facilities and rooms here are quite acceptable for the price. The restaurant has a chef that clearly loves his work. Good quality food (small menu) of freshly prepared and cooked meals at bargain prices Double glazing keeps the rooms quiet.

Rooms outdated but adequate. Restaurant food very poor will not eat there again unless it improves if we use hotel again.

Marvellous menu, we've just enjoyed the Grill of the Day: chicken pieces, steak and merguez sausage with French fries and a glass of wine! Room clean and comfortable.

Stayed here a few times. Handy for port and tunnel. Clean room. Nice friendly staff. Not bad restaurant. Will be back.

My husband and I stayed at Campanile Calais on the 29th of October and we drive up and down to Spain 4 times a year staying at 3 hotels each way. A lot of the time we stay at a Campanile but we have never stayed at such a dirty disgusting place as this! I asked for a low floor as I have difficulty with stairs and was given room 2 The floor was in a terrible state with big lumps sticking up, the floor just outside the door was broken, I had asked for a double and number 2 was a twin The bath panel was broken and the tiles at the end of the bath tub were full of mold' There was even a connecting door to the next room! Lastly the so called free Wi-Fi did not work at all!
