Not ever being to that part of Boulogne, was a bit of a job finding the way to hotel and the secure parking was a street or two away, not very clearly marked BUT now we know how it all works WILL definately be going back. The hotel is clean and the room is clean and modern. Very nice. And Boulogne is such a nice place.

Very central hotel with local secure parking, friendly staff. Shame there is no fan or air conditioning as it was very much needed, also no secure safe for your valuables.

The staff are welcoming and inform us about the places to visit and the outdoor restaurants. The room is ok compared to the price indicated.
However, several remarks:
The outside is noisy or very noisy at night, too bad lack of air conditioning in the summer. Window opening obliges, we heard the summerers under our windows much of the night and vehicles. In addition to the bathroom we found three hair elastics, a razor protector and a toothbrush protector that we had to put in the trash.
The buffet is nice for a two star. The lunch schedules are wide and the staff is I recall very friendly.

Inflexible, customer-unfriendly hotel
When friends of mine had to cancel their honeymoon at this hotel because of grave family circumstances, this hotel refused to consider any leniency in terms of reimbursement of the cost of the stay they paid for in advance or let them make any changes, such as postponement — moreover, they would not even let anyone else stay at the room they paid for! Extremely rigid, rude, unfriendly, and a ridiculous disregard of a very difficult circumstance. Oh, and "have a great day" following their email with an explanation of why they had to cancel…

Pleasant and refurtable hotel. The bathroom is pretty, the room is spacious and had a small balcony. Beware, the parking space is paid for.

The hotel itself is ok but you can hear the people walking around and your neighboring room because it haven't had a sound proof walls and ceilings.

Newly renovated, beautiful Rooms, centrally located Price performance Is right.

Very nice hotel, refurbished with en-suite and rooms superior all at a reasonable price and excellent hospitality.

Very nice little weekend with my heart in the suite freshly finished. With a large bathroom; bathtub, shower. A welcoming living room independent of the bedroom. Ideal for a weekend of relaxation, shopping and a big bowl of fresh air.

Nice hotel. Slept well in a good room.

Hotel not deserving its three
Its 3 star cramped elevator it is in renovation it is difficult to access I will not book anymore.

Good hotel history on your door step.

Central location, pleasant rooms, clean, well appointed.

Rooms go large but a bit old. Breakfast poor and Wi-Fi is of poor quality.

A 3-star hotel in mediocrity! (August 2016)
Hotel old-fashioned. No charm. Noisy : we heard the squeaking of the doors of the other rooms, flush TOILET, water running in the bathtub. The towels and bath mat are worn down to the cord. Not anything to hang towels bars are broken. The hair dryer (like the rest) has at least 20 years. The parquet floor under the carpet creaks. The elevator is tiny : it takes to 2 with only a suitcase but a small suitcase. In short, a hotel where it is good not to sleep!

Room very shabby. Bedding with coverage. Non-existent staff.

A little tired here and there but good location, excellent staff and the garage parking is a bonus. Will return.

Not really top this 3 stars. Very little sound proof. See hateful on the backside of the hotel no parking or charged 11th day and far more. Very poor bedding and to finish the reservation I'm showing 75th overnight and I find myself with a night of 75th and the other a 95th! Without any explanation or almost. No, no, not at all!

Worst hotel I think I have ever stayed in! I knew I was booking a budget hotel but I did not expect the staff to be quite as rude or the room to be quite a vile. The bed sheets were disgusting. When we got up in the morning there was no hot water in the whole hotel! In a strange way I was please because I really did not want to use the shower, it was also disgusting. When leaving I asked if we could have a discount as the hotel could not offer is hot water! We were then greeted with a rather rule man and a tiny discount. Not happy at all with the service and would highly warn people off this hotel. I normally leave lovley reviews but sadly this time I have to share my disappointment.

Indeed for a 3 * I was expecting better. Wi — Fi is hard to hang, there is no canal + but the room is OK.

Not really top for a 3 * but price related.

The room was clean but smelled strongly of stale smoke.
