Very nice and available staff.
Restaurant: very good dishes, breakfast offering a varied choice.
Renovated superior room with a huge Italian shower.
Wellness area open from 9am to 8pm.
Gone for 2 nights we finally extended for another 2 days and we will be back.

Very good welcome by the staff, good comfort of the rooms, hygiene and cleanliness nothing to say, everything was top except the evening meal at the restaurant, a real disaster, mediocre, even I cook better. But apart from the restaurant and the mediocrity of the dishes, everything was nickel.

Great stay, the hotel is beautiful, the bedding is very comfortable, the pool is sublime, jacuzzi, sauna … The beach is 150 metres away… Thank you very much to Aline for the extraordinary massage and thank you for your warm welcome 🥰

Very disappointed with a studio 6 people. Cleanliness is more than to review. Ceiling tiles are raised in the children's room. The light fixtures in the bed are very dusty. There is moldy black around the door of douche. Je do not advise at all.

I highly recommend Hotel Regina. The staff is very welcoming and attentive. The hotel with spa (hammam, sauna, balneotherapy, indoor pool) has been very well renovated and offers very nice services accessible thanks to different formulas. We had an excellent stay and will return without hesitation!

The hotel has been the worst stay ever. Although the room was nice not very clean but best part of the stay. When we got here we was given a parking space that was impossible to get into so had to park on the road side. Although breakfast was only €9 each but the same for children it had nothing other then bread and dry ham. Coffee was not drinkable. Breakfast is worse I have had in any hotel. Also last night my children were told that they could use the pool between 10 and 12 for free so two happy children waking up to make sure they could go then to be told it would be €35.   Hotel seams to be just after money for everything. Cost of stay good but with all the extras is not worth it please be very careful about staying here and if you do add up all the extras.

Detestable staff: I ask to book a room and the lady asks me to give her my credit card number online to book it. I explain to him that the first time I stayed in their hotel I was never asked to give my bank details by phone because it is personal and I do not have to disclose them publicly and this one allows me to announce in a very tone unpleasant that if I don't give my bank numbers over the phone it will cancel my booking. Of course I would never give my bank details by phone and my booking was cancelled but its behavior is unacceptable and totally inappropriate! I wouldn't put a foot down there! And I'm talking to everyone around me who is totally stunned and agrees with me that it's forbidden!

The negatives:
-VERY bad soundproofing, We hear the movements over and over the hallway all the time.
-GROS lacks storage barely a mini shelf for a double room "superior"
-ABSENCE mini bar, so no fridge.
If you have a dog and you have to put food in a cool place, it's complicated.
-NO freshness in breakfast that is not of the day, (bread crumbs, chemical juice)
-IMPOSSIBLE to sleep (only for a 15-minute micro nap) in such bedding! The bed is like a fakir board (I've already slept better in a sleeping bag on the floor)
We were unable to complete our stay for this reason. We came out more tired and bent than ever.

They have to change that.
We change hotels and find much better for the same price.

Nice hotel I stayed in a studio for 6 people with a kitchenette, a dining table, a large bed, a sofa bed, and bunk beds. Quite large but still with defects like a table with 4 chairs, difficult to move because of a narrow passage between the sofa bed and a wardrobe. But otherwise we had a nice 3-day stay. Also dogs are accepted, which is cool because we were able to take our bichon!

Quiet, 200 m from the beach. Comfortable and clean. Pool + Spa and Hamam with small extra charge of a few euros.

Good reception, spacious room very clean, reasonable breakfast choice, place in the room, space in the buffet room quite small for the number of person present. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel. At the restaurant the Russian Prince we had no smile + when asked for information we barely know how to answer but good kitchen despite the few choices on the map.

Old, room a bit dated, but the building is charming with these traces of yesteryear everywhere that changes everything. Very well placed for walks to the seals. Attentive staff.

Unfortunately we did not enjoy at all our stay at this hotel. We have yet to be very demanding customers. The reception was disastrous even close to disrespect. Our room was dilapidated, salty and we never had the chairs requested yet notified on the room description.
Too bad because the hotel is rather well located and would have some cachet if it was renovated.

Excellent reception. Spa of modest size but of quality. Quality care.
Gourmet Restaurant that wins to be known. The room was very good. Private Parking. A lot of attention from the staff.

Nice room but I didn't like the bathroom door. The staff was friendly, the restaurant closes a little early. Breakfast.

Pretty rundown. We find ourselves transported 50 years back. Personal Question, we didn't have to complain, he was nice to us. We were able to store our bikes safely, it's already a great point. Big refresh efforts to make.

Everything is miserable, personal, food. Came with Weekendesk we had a welcome drink offered but my daughters do not drink alcohol, it was orange juice or nothing, a lemonade would not have cost more expensive but the service is not their strong! Only breakfast is not too bad. The mussels were unworldly, there is no music anywhere, sinister.

I do not recommend this hotel cold pool water the whirlpool had to be hot as a family L squatted all afternoon staff little welcoming the room though but the tub Apple 3 jets only to wash not obvious.

Great welcome, super quality hotel, the pool hot tub and steam room very well.
The room is spacious and very clean. We ran out of nothing. We were with a dog which was also well received. We'll be back.

Just a little point about cleanliness being manic I couldn't help but pass my finger over the headboard and above the TV a good shower of dust but otherwise no complaints staff hosting restaurant bar also.

A very pleasant stay at this hotel conveniently located close to the sea. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The staff are helpful (I had some problems with my fact during the stay and they were quickly sorted out each time).

Room correct but quite noisy in the early morning with the garbage collectors and delivery trucks.
Positive point, the Spa, friendly with pool, hammam, sauna and jacuzzi negative point, dinner! Frozen products, fish soup too salty, mussels rubbery, sauce to taste of burnt, rose perch to taste of ammonia…
We reported it to the staff who just replied twice "we will report it.  "but no excuse or commercial gesture, too bad!

A hotel that has its charm. It is located close to the beach and we had a well stocked breakfast. However, it is old. The rooms were being renovated during our stay. They had repainted the room. In the absence of air conditioning and due to the smell of the paint, we had to sleep with the window open. In doing so, we have been bitten by mosquitoes. So the night was not very pleasant. For this reason 2 * less.

Welcome and staff very nice and helpful. Aging hotel, deserves a little freshness… Excessive rates for activities, especially for residents, cleaning to review, especially for Windows.

Globally good hotel, with a great swimming pool, but the only thing which was bad for me is the gym.

Great location, new and pretty common parts, friendly.
However the room is a disaster!
They tried to do something new with the old, a deplorable service with a very very bad soundproofing (heard ringing cell phone in the next room). The carpet and the room are not super clean.
ATTENTION it is there only one socket dedisponible in the room (have to ask a multi taken…) and not making razors in the bathroom.
No air-conditioned room.

Very very disappointed with this hotel! Shameful for the price! Very noisy, dog that barking in the room rate, noise client running in the hallways. Pool and spa very very go…

We stayed 2 nights in the hotel Regina. Ideal location close to the beach, room quality. CAUTION: very few machines work in the fitness room. BAD SURPRISE: while telephone and even at the advertised price for the Spa desk: €12 / room is passed to € 35, similarly to the parking €5 / day € 6! Bad faith of the manager team that assumes nothing misinformation. Very disappointed with this customer behaviour. Please inform clients of the REAL RATES and do not rip them "off" end of the stay, the never seen!

Very disappointed, poorly soundproofed room, poor interior finish, we to tried to do something new with the old.
The Spa… Pool 26 ° (cold), not very hot Hammam, Sauna has 120 °. 2 not adjustable showers at the entrance of the Center, no locker, put his clothes in a basket received at reception with a towel. All for an extra € 35 for 2.
Frankly I would stay there again.

Hotel very clean but not maintained with a 95euros room we s expected was something else! the joints of the very dirty bathtub, the stains on the mattress, ect. And we were not talking about parking which is paid.

My husband has been very well received by comfortable spacious room and services team very well spa sauna. … to recommend.

Very correct "standard" room, perfect for sleep after a good ventilation of the room. Close to the beach and shops. An address to remember.

This hotel is really well located, close to the beaches, but also the shopping streets of Berck Beach, all services are at hand!
a very favorable opinion regarding personnel, (home, service maintenance, waitress in restoration). People friendly, discrete and effective.
just as favourable notice of the living environment: spacious room, comfortable bed, nice and modern bathroom, all in a place very calm. Despite the weather pretty cold and the wind, the temperature inside is very comfortable, which is really nice.
Note also a breakfast, rich, varied, hearty, under the leadership of a waitress very attentive and responsive.
The presence of the bar (spacious) and its hushed atmosphere allows to have a good time!
The negative note is assigned to restore, if the room is clear, spacious and clear, if the service is carried out by professional and caring people, it is that what happens in your plate is not worthy of the work of a chef! Here, frankly, an effort needs to be done!
a correct together, tarnished by the catering service! It's a shame!
