Was a huge shock to find out that at the time of check in (we didn't find any staff at this address, building was empty) I had to travel back to the center of Lille to another hotel and leave a hefty deposit (150€ deposit — 55€ per night) for an otherwise nice flat. The main gripe, is that my family only needed it for one night. And the return on the deposit took ages. Would only recommend if you had no other options.
