Convenient location, clean rooms and friendly reception. Less than glamorous location but very handy for the Central Station and Lille Eurostar.

A great place to stay. Within a few minutes walk of the eurostar at Gare Lille Europe and seconds from the metro and Lille Flandre station it is perfect. It is situated close to many bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk from the old town. The apartments are roomy unlike many in Lille and self contained with kitchenettes. As a regular business visitor it is a home from home.

Excellent location — quiet side street — 5 minutes walk from Lille Flandres. Clean, comfortable excellent service. No hassle booking and checkout.

Reservation for one night from Monday to Tuesday. Following a health concern not foreseen j cancels the morning at 6.30 am the reservation planned for 18h with the support medical certificate. They charge me at night anyway 124 euros. It is not very understandable neither human nor commercial. I do not recommend this place at all.

Very convenient and comfortable! Two steps from both the central Station and the beautiful old town!

The hotel was very quiet and the room was very nice. At the foot of a subway station and the train station. Many Restaurants nearby and historic city centre in Qques not. Classic Sweet salty Breakfast with no special originality.

The hotel was very nice. Fridge plate bathtub and shower sofa… very good location and clean.

Very nice room, and in addition we were upgraded! For breakfast, there is a choice, but the bread deserves to be a range above. I recommend this hotel very well located in the heart of Lille.

The décor of the room is rather nice. But the room is noisy (in the 2nd) you hear the neighbors from the top walk (and not just a little)! For the mattresses, I think they forgot that we came in a hotel to sleep, the bedding are deplable! much too firm! The breakfast is very light. In short for this price I do not recommend, it is not worth.

I loved how friendly the staff was and willing to help. The hotel is very calm inside hence the name. We'll be back for sure.

Overall, the hotel is very nice. It is rather well located as close to the train station Lille-Flanders. The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and the shower super.
On the other hand, the walls tremble whenever someone closes a door… not so CALM.

I was going to Lille for the Euro 2016 football game with my wife. The Hotel is located near the train station and it is easy to find. The staff are friendly and provided much information. The room is clean, but is a little bit small since we had two big baggages. Other amenities are good.

Me and my girlfriend visited Lille for a night. We arrived with the TGV and we walked to the hotel. It is very close to the centre and the staff is very friendly. We liked the room and we want to come back again.

Staff very friendly, room perfect except the air conditioning impossible to resolve (too cold). Excellent location, nice decoration, no noise.

We stayed 1 night in hotel and clearly we were delighted with the super friendly we had.
For a last minute request, it has been upgraded!
The surprise arriving just sunset from our room, clean, nickel, bedding to die for, frankly recommend you more not far from the city centre and not far from the train station! everything was close to what more :-) again!

Fine hotel for a city trip. Close to the shopping district and next to de station. Small but comfertable rooms. Clean and modern.

Quality hotel, hospitality is excellent professional and pleasant. The bedding and the general framework are reinforce your good be and the desire to stay in the city. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel very friendly and beautifully decorated.
It should be noted the excellent bedding, a true happiness because it became rare in hotels today.
The only two negatives it's a white paint of the shabby room, it would be time to repaint and the shower door to repair. A day ago important so not easy to wash without flooding the bathroom.
