Lovely place to stay, very clean and good staff.

Hotel well run. Bright and comfortable room. Renovated bathroom and good tone. In short, a pleasant stay.

Excellent little hotel, very good price for the room we have available. Perfectly clean, the room in it is rather classic with some furniture that seems to fall victim to time but remains perfectly functional.
Bedding at the top just like the shower that looks brand new and very pretty in a slightly old style that goes perfectly with the atmosphere that the hotel wants to give.
Finally, the staff is very nice and available.

Hotel that looks old at first but good quality bedding. The hotel makes efforts to stay on track and defends itself very well. Secure access. I recommend it.

Nice, simple room with view on St Maurice. (No churchbells! ) Cosy interior design. You hear some citynoise off course, but with closed windows its practically quiet. I would stay here again. Only the breakfast was not really tasty…

Outdated, poorly dress up, poorly made finishes, cramped elevator, at night we hear the noise of the revelers.
No place to Park, otherwise parking at 16 euros.
On the sidewalk of the garbage bags it doesn't shock anyone.

Good value for money-very well located in the heart of old Lille-Hotel which has character.

Hotel very well located to see the Grand Place, the pedestrian streets, the church of Saint Maurice, the town hall, the Porte de Paris and the Saint Sauveur train station on foot. Also close to the TGV train station Flanders and restaurants. The bathroom was a little bit old and the room was very clean. View on courtyard a bit murky but acceptable for a short stay. Nice staff and breakfast Paid Parking at a preferential rate. A good plan in the center of Lille.

Nice hotel in the city center of Lille. Quiet and functional rooms. Recently renovated shower room. I could not enjoy the breakfast but I had a coffee for a very early start. Nice staff.

Hotel/Room Simple and nice (I had taken standard), welcome to the top really, generous breakfast, quiet location and close to the train station. Value for money at the top. I really recommend.

Good hotel, pretty much downtown. The rooms are of an acceptable size and the bathroom, definitely renovated more recently, of good size. Very good value for money Good breakfast and overlooking the beautiful church of the same name. So a good compromise for those who want to stay in the center without spending much.

A little bit disappointed but wasn't expecting much for the price! Ideal for budget travellers. The bed and bathroom was clean and there was a safe to lock away valued items.

Staff were helpful and having the 24hour reception was perfect if you are out late. The standard room is small but well presented. I also enjoyed the central location opposite the picturesque cathedral. It's a little noisy so not great choice if you are a light sleeper.

Lille itself was a great city to spend a few days. This hotel was centrally located. Walking distance from train/coach station & the old town area. Hôtel Saint-Maurice is definitely a no frills hotel, so it could have been cheaper. But perhaps that's a seasonal thing…

It was good for the night I stayed. Bed was comfy but it seemed the chamber were not really soundproof for the only night I stayed.

Ups — Good Location. Good Sleep. Downs — No Wi-Fi. Small Room. Fake lights and lamps. Air space shared with the loo.

Nice Hotel At first sight however the rooms were dirty with stained carpet and smelly bathroom. Despite this I recommend visiting the beautiful town of Lille.

Hotel dated, cold and soulless, is run down and hard as wood, bed 100th night that have been debited 3 months more later, in short to avoid.

I stayed there a weekend in June, slightly dated hotel, lift too loud, if I return to Lille next year I would go in an ibis hotel.

I have spent one night in this hotel and didn't like it overall. It is a two-star hotel, breakfast is not open buffet, the room are two small and the bathroom is not good at all. The elevator is very narrow and old. I don't advise to go for this hotel and I think that is much expensive than the services it offers. The only advantage of this hotel is that it is very near to the main train and metro stations and city centre.

A €50 the room would have him, at 100 it is. How to say.
Hotel furniture, dated without age and style it's a cold in the rooms and in Lille the winter would not be a luxury to have properly heated rooms.
Cleanliness of the rooms very limits, especially not too look into the bathrooms and not especially not unfold the blankets that are in cabinets.
In short, to avoid. There are easily better for less.

the new rochelle has you have a great hotel for € 85 weekend facing the old port.
