➜ Heating system not working when the outside temperature is near zero degree. Result white night and joint pain… a hurried departure from the hotel to be able to warm up without showering. Staff overwhelmed by the situation, unable to handle the technical problem… no excuses from the management. Establishment has to flee.
Really liked this place. Rooms can be a bit dated, parking can be difficult but we all squeezed in with 20+caterhams parked in every available space! Like many hotels in Europe there are no tea ior coffee facilities in the room, a bad thing, I don't think so but it would be a nice addition.
Found it a good location for touring.

Great hotel a stone's throw from the square in the town centre. (Important as St Quentin appears to have only one taxi! ) Always friendly and accommodating, I have stayed in this hotel about 8 or 9 times including arranging group bookings for the entire hotel. Highly recommended.
