On arrival the car park was not plowed. The parking lot being poorly designed and sloping the cars were slipping not fail to get drunk on the wall. My wife who arrived on the scene before me had spent a quarter of an hour parking. Being completely tetanus to have almost crashed his car and left in tears asked for help. Inevitably she was not going to look the kindest when we are on the stroke of panic. Instead of trying to calm my partner down and help her. The owners simply decided to indicate the exit and cancelled on arrival our reservation for a suite… Seeing the degenerate situation and seeing my partner literally get yelled at by the manage inflate the pecs and play the alpha male in front of a 50 kilo nenette all wet I decided to calm the game by explaining that she was caught in fear simply. They didn't want to know anything and we left out under 10 cm of snow.
I've long been subscribed to their gym. Their employees sound at their best. Unfortunately the sign is run by amateurs imbued with their person. As I browse through the comments I often see this information go back up. I'm thinking of e-mailing the brand. It is just unacceptable to have a three-star in its conditions.
So it plays to make beautiful publicity with shots taken by drones etc. But it's just an image. The real ad is if it's word of mouth. The only thing where they excel is in the apology in the comments…

The staff are lovely and the room very clean with its nice balcony… not to mention the access to the spa and the perfect massages.
No complaints either when the gourmet meal and the hearty lunch with the current hygiene standards well respected.

Very good stay and the dinner delicious thanks to the chef. The spa is super relaxing moments, we can go there in the evening until 21: 00 or in the morning from 9: 00 am.

It is very nice to end a day enjoying the pool as well as the jacuzzi (not to mention different access, gym sauna steam) before closing with a very good meal.

We come back from our little stay at the hotel and we had a great stay team great, and in our listening room beautiful and comfortable everything was for our stay this goes really well-nice restaurant, or we have super good food and breakfast at the top wait to go back because personally I recommend it.

Thanks to the cooks and the service in the dining room as well as the welcome, small evening last night for my son's birthday everything was perfect and of very good quality.

Like every time we are not disappointed with the meal. However the entrance was too fast because right behind the drink. Otherwise nickel.

This is a classic French hotel with a bar and a good restaurant. It has changed since I was last here in 1982, but is still my first choice for a night on the way from or to the coast.

An excellent catering service, our waiter Aurélien is very professional, very available, very attentive to the needs of customers despite a full terrace, which did not make it easy for him, well done!
Congratulations also for the excellent meals served!

Only downside: an undeniable lack of air conditioning, especially when we arrived: room in full sun, we suffered a lot and slept little, even with our fan.
The pool was essential and well-appointed.

Restoration is not the highlight of the hotel. Lacks air conditioning. In times of high heat it can help.
The rest is really top. Gym, pool sauna. I put 3 stars.

The most luxurious hotel in the area. Pleasant location, and rates contained through a search site.
The faded sofa and a hair in the bathtub certainly will not have been the best effect, but the stay was for business. This is unusual for the establishment.
The adjoining fitness center and pool are a very appreciable addition. One of the best local addresses, both for business and for a couple weekend.

Beautiful view when you arrive and that's it … I arrived at 9 checked in while there was still somebody and went to eat. Their crappy card did not want to open the door when I came back so we had to call for somebody to come. While exchanging the card he took the information about the Wi-Fi, and there was no remote for the TV in the hotel room. Hotel was also very warm, I slept with open window but wedo hear the road a lot! So I did not dare to get out again because of their crappy cards, no Wi-Fi and no TV woohoo and they name that three stars? So, next time I stop in Chateau Thierry I will try another hotel!

Hello. Hope all is well Our trip has been wonderful Unfortunately I have to write you from our next to last stop from a room with no air conditioning. I am requesting a credit as there is no other air conditioned room available. I never would have agreed to a room stay during the heat of July without air conditioning The best western hand book states that a fan would be provided 24/7 but front desk has none The temperature reached close to a hundred degrees today Please get back to me ASAP A best western credit for a room stay would be acceptable The room here is also dated and only one bath towel was provided. There was a leftover roll of toilet paper in the bathroom Thank you Mario Acosta.

Restaurant very disappointing… very friendly staff. No tablecloth on the table. While the others have. We were relegated to a corner while the view is great… and that we were the only customers. Second visit. Even more disappointing than the first step to redo.

We came in couple the hotel is great, looking for tranquility we were served. The spa is also great but a lot of people in the late afternoon.
By cons The reception is really to review, no staff person was pleasant, and I even less enjoyed the blonde lady with the glasses that seem to be the "director". We see that she is overwhelmed, we asked for a corkscrew we were told that it was not possible dry. No smiles, no information, it looks like we were tiring her with our questions.
It's weird, because I didn't see her react the same way with other customers! Maybe because we were a couple of black and Arab!
In any case we will not come back as we felt bad in the presence of others, no hello from the staff either at breakfast, while the English had their "hello" in the morning, so we preferred stayed in our room.

Poor welcome! Yet the SPA staff is friendly and pro. Unfortunately in the hotel it is day and night. A tip be Zen at the time of the reception of the room.

I have stayed several days, very courteous welcome, excellent meals and the server really perfect.
My big disappointment is the aquatic activities, which are not managed by the hotel, you are forced to put a swim cap (there is no longer a cat in the pools.

Good service overall! Small flat in regards to the restaurant. I found the service a little long. It is true that there were a few people, including a table of twenty people. Otherwise, food very correct. And to have a good restaurant within the hotel, thus avoiding going out to eat, is very valuable. I have not had very warm during the night, however, I am not gun-shy. No individual heating in the rooms. But I will come back during my next stay in the region.

In the past, the food was super special. We were there a lot.

We stayed for a weekend with a Smartbox box. At our arrival a quick support without having to respecify that we came with a smartbox. What was included in the box was totally respected. A nice room with a nice decoration. An excellent meal served very well and a full breakfast. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the spa for lack of time but that of visu looked very decent and well maintained. The staff are very helpful. I recommend it without hesitation. The only downside is the surroundings there are no great things to do.

I enjoyed our weekend relaxing in this hotel. The restaurant and the spa are on top.
But it lacks cleanliness and housekeeping in the suite we occupy.

The worst lunch I have ever experienced and I am truly not sensitive.
The tables were not wiped, the cutlery spotty and partly with food leftovers, the glasses cloudy and spotty.
The waiter was mercilessly overwhelmed and the, presumably, maitre de hotel unfathomably unkind. Even after repeated hints, it has not remedied the situation.
When she served the champagne, it came to the absolute top for me. She wore three glasses per hand and the she grabbed the glasses from above, beautiful on the edge, which, as everyone knows, is the same thing that belongs to the guest. There, the worst farmhouse is more decent.
I omitted the cold starter, I didn't want to eat anything from the salmon. From the main course with gratin and pork, I ate the vegetables and the gratin. My companions found the meat very successful, so much must be said.

Good selection of food and drinks. But the rooms are looking a bit old-fashioned. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere…

Tiny but very comfortable, clean and beautiful rooms. Bath are modern and restaurant it's really tasty (and you pay for the quality). Also breakfast it's really nice, no big variety but quality matches the rest. The views from the rooms are also breathtaking.

Regarding the welcome on our arrival: impeccable!
The room: old but clean tapestry, clean bathroom but the door of the furniture under broken hinge basin, soundproofing with the outside as well as noise upstairs nothing to say!
The aquatic area: clean and pleasant with a very welcoming staff.
Meals: welcoming room with very good quality meals!
On the other hand it is the service that was not up to the task, error of ordering confusion of dishes between tables, wines listed on the list absent!
Breakfast: lack of jam, coffee machine the employee present did maintenance during the time slot.
The staff seemed overwhelmed not knowing how to make a decision before the customer intervention.
In conclusion: This establishment should (in my humble opinion) review its staff and it would be wiser to put a rank leader to manage this small world.
I will go back to this facility to give myself a second opinion.

The reception is rather cold. The upholstery is dated. The furniture in the room are a little dusty. The road is just in front of the hotel ; if you open the door, you will hear the passage of cars. The hotel is surrounded by a field, so there are a few insects. No air-conditioning. We had the right to noise to work in the morning (8: 45AM) so no sleeping in, but this seems to be normal for the owner. A good point, all the same, for the breakfast and the SPA!

Very unhappy with the worker at the counter-Caroline, on arrival rude hinted that we came ahead of time and have to come later (came with a child, both had a lot of luggage), not suggesting to leave the hotel luggage before arrival and not checking whether there are already cleaned and ready Rooms (we arrived at 13:30 instead of 15:00). The food in the restaurant and breakfast is very dirty. The room was dirty. The rooms are not air, have to open windows, and so many insects in the city. The restaurant has air conditioning but they do not work. At breakfast the staff does not look at food, it is necessary to remind, that something zaonchilos, in honey The fly swam, Ware was very dirty.

Hotel pleasant, despite some opinion about the noise I have not found the road that passes in front of the noisy. To review the insulation of the rooms, regarding the noise (work in the hotel). We had a room not air conditioned, but it is possible for the host to ask for a ventilation tower. Access to the spa gateway, spa-friendly independent hotel. Small flat, the kindness of some members of the staff of the hotel is sometimes limited. The breakfast is very complete, salty as sweet.

Pleasant enough, nothing to write home about though. They did have a lovely selection of cheeses, even if there was nobody there to enjoy them.

Very nice with a large sports centre next door hotel and restaurant (spa, fitness, bodybuilding, …). A very good address in Champagne!

Some staff very unfriendly. Food prices do not match the quality, example 4.50 euro for one tea bag and a cup of hot water.

Dismal aquatic space. More than 5minutes. Space swims against the tide down regularly, lukewarm water. Pool with cold water (22 °). Clean again.
Wood shower doors eaten by erosion, rusted metal lockers. The hammam works well but without aromatic smell. The correct sauna. Same problem it 1 year ago. It is recurrent. Avoid.

Very good hotel. Enough class… Nice rooms but room to review. Otherwise great with friendly staff. Restaurant fine gourmet type. Bar fine with good affordable americanos. Center of fitness very well integrated into the price of the House… Breakfast Super.

2 negative points; the noise outside from the road and inside because of thin walls… and a certain age or at least old age of equipment (including bathroom). Not tried the restaurant.

Hotel without soundproofing, narrow rooms. End of service at 11 pm, including Saturdays. After this time, the hotel is in the dark. It is better therefore found in the day, as the GPS will not find the official address.
Breakfast indigent with freeze-dried coffee.
