We stayed as two couples on a cycling trip. Valerie was very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean. The location was great — easy free parking just across the road, and nice and quiet but just a 15-20 minute walk into Chartres. We had dinner at La Terra restaurant about 10 mins walk away, and can thoroughly recommend it. Breakfast was delicious, especially the french toast and homemade jams and raspberry coulis. A great place to stay in Chartres.

Rooms are sparklingly clean with large attached bathrooms including a good, hot shower. You can tell the owners really care about the place, lots of nice touches and a real homely feel (communal fridge and table area with refreshments available). The bed was really comfortable we slept great. The road is very quiet with plenty of places to park. The breakfast was fresh with great variety, (homemade jams and fresh fruits, bread, french toast etc). A short 15 minute walk to the centre (free bikes available).
Owners were friendly and open without being overbearing, definitely recommend and hopefully will be back!
