Beautiful cosy good place to welcome the grandiose spa a wonder.

We had a great weekend, warm welcome, exceptional setting. The Geisha room is beautiful. Can't wait to come back!

Disappointed small pool; no towels or flip flops available. Fountain has hot and cold water broken down. But apart from that a hammam rather not bad and a sauna barely hot.

Pleasant hotel, spacious duplex room even though the bathroom would need a little refreshment, the SPA very well but with a jacouzi it would be the best especially since the jets in the pool are not all functional, hearty and varied breakfast Friendly staff.

Little honeymoon in love in a charming setting. The friendly staff is the spa part is nice especially when we privatized it! Really a very good memory.

Spa very friendly. Relaxing atmosphere as a couple. However, not everything is clearly explained about the organization. It is still quite expensive.

SPA very nice despite the lack of jaccuzi. The hotel is nice too, even if a little aging. Good overall but not at the height of what I expected.

We had a very good we in this hotel. The reception and service was impeccable. The spa area is very nice and the treatments are very well done, very pro. The rooms (duplex) were spacious and we didn't miss anything! The breakfast is not too much provided or not enough. There are all tastes. Compare to certain hotel the service is excellent. It is more extremely well placed for a WE. In short we have a very good stay.

Hello, we thought we would rest in this hotel, not at all! A real nightmare, some rooms overlook the street (city center), waking up from 6 am in the morning by traffic… As the window was open! Booking with a smartbox, we are disappointed and we do not recommend!

At the Lion "d'or", unfortunately the silence is not the same metal!
If you are given room 27, know that the noises of the street are channeled see amplified. Vehicles are on the road degraded at the feet of your bed. To assure a little serenity to its occupants. I propose the construction of a pedestrian walkway inside the room! Good night elsewhere…

Friendly hotel, with swimming pool, spa, sauna and hammam. A little warm in the room, must be sweltering in the summer. Quite satisfied with the service, very nice and polite staff.

The Hotel du Lion D or is Carolyn we had a fantastic stay in the suite cloud and cotton. The full breakfast croissant Hus fresh charcuterie there was for every taste.
When to massage and spa another moment of relaxation…
And icing on the cake made it beautiful.
Thanks to the whole team. Soon I would highly recommend.

Hotel top, warm and friendly welcome.
The rooms are clean and spacious, the evening meal was delicious and not very expensive, the spa area, steam room, sauna is well arranged.
Breakfast is served in the room if you wish and you choose what you want by calling the front desk.
I was offered this stay with a box and I was a little stressed seeing the reviews but in the end everything was perfect.

Very nice home, whether phone or physical.
On the other hand the pool is cold and very chlorinated! In the hammam there is a very unpleasant smell.
Disappointed because I love the spa, the for once I stayed there that an hour more or less.

Correct duplex room. But "bed sky" tired and dated to make disappear! Too bad not to offer the possibility to have an infusion or a coffee in the rooms. It really misses. Pleasant common areas. The SPA area is intimate, the services are satisfactory although the swimming pool is small and the different jets are not all functional… a downside to the room space: only one cabin is far too fair.
The reception is not very pleasant either. To really improve.

Looking forward to discovering this place as a lover on Saturday. The price seems very correct for a spa hotel.

Very nice hotel, we had a very large canopy room for 2, lacking in my opinion a small kettle with one or two sachets of coffee/tea, that would be perfect.
Breakfast, very good fresh produce.
No opinion on the restaurant as prices dissuaded us from trying.
The relaxation area, very good. 1 or 2 degrees more in the pool would be welcome but it did it all the same.

Great Hotel! I'm going to the Golden lion with my girlfriend in Smartbox and the price is very clearly worth the shot!

I expected better.
Very spacious room whether in traditional or duplex. It's nice to have parking but the best would be that it be adapted to the number of rooms as first served first come. The reception made by Hélène (if I have chosen her name correctly) is void. This person is unpleasant. 1 Cabin (even 3) to change ridiculous especially considering the number of customers. Spa area too small. At one point there was 10 in the pool (cold), it was not relaxing. The care is top but the time was not respected in the 2 services taken (5 or 10 minutes less).
In my room there were only blackout curtains so if I wanted daylight I had to lift the curtains but then everyone can see and therefore no intimacy even if the curtain is half lifted. In the middle of the day, have to turn on the light not top for a hotel that recommends preserving the environment.

Great reception, The apartment for 6 is very spacious. Tranquility assured and everything necessary on the Spot. Only downside, the sitting area in which the couch is very uncomfortable.
The reception at the spa is very nice too, a good time to relax.

Very nice setting but disappointing welcome! And not a lot of benefits! If the box is not their thing they do not register to be part of it!

Bedding at the top only small flats, the downstairs rooms can be a bit noisy as it overlooks the parking lot, the room would need a little refreshment (paint)

Soothing and clean Spa venue arranged so that there are not too many people to fully enjoy the spacious and comfortable room experience.
In addition to the smiling and professional staff, we had a great weekend.

Very nice SPA, great care and duplex room at the top with a wonderful mattress! Very good stay. Small Downside: The staff who served us the wine did not know too much to inform us… but this is only a micro Detail. Excellent meal!

The SPA and its privatization…

We went through a private offer on sale. We are happy with our stay. The staff are welcoming and smiling. The suite is clean and spacious. We were there with a dog, that went very well. We had two uncovered treatments. That was awesome! We recommend.
Small notes-improvement points:
— Little comfy Couch
— Put a kettle in the room
-Offer local products for breakfast.

Never ever again. Would never give them a 3*star hotel. Firstly. We've reserved a room a standard room with a baby cot bed. And… Without any notice they gave us a disabled room. When we asked to change, receptionist told us a disabled room is currently given for as a standard room. (I have nothing towards disabled people, however, you must inform people that you are out of other rooms, especially when you have a child under 3). Secondly, if you selling your disabled room make sure you change our mattress. It's terrible, poor disabled person will pass away on it. All metal bits are coming to your back. I'm having a big problem with my back and when we spend 'a wonderful' night at your hotel I went to see osteopath. Receptionist told us that they trying to change mattresses bit by bit. Start from disabled room. Thirdly,, a baby cot was absolutely broken. Receptionist told us that other ones are used and we need to use it. Fourthly, we our dinner there and took a menu. For starter I had fish and crab tartar. No seasoning, nothing. Only thing you know why you're paying such price it's quantity. For main I had crumble de poisson. And AGAIN tasless. Looks terrible, it's 3 pieces of fishes laid on each other with an imitation of crumble. Staff stayed all the time in the kitchen we would hear them chatting. The day when we were checking out, I've told a lady all our problems what we had, the only she could do its to apologise and take of our 2 glasses of wine from our bill.

Room and breakfast are great but the spa is not as nice as marketed.

We spent an afternoon at the SPA, very welcome, beautiful space and clean.
I recommend this typical place.

Excellent stay, very nice and the atmosphere is warm. The room is top to meet lovers. Only default rooms are pretty sound and we hear very much neighbors, for better and for worse.

The hotel is great, clean, ideally located close to deauville and honfleur…

Very good staff is pleasant, our duplex room spacious and clean. The owner is very friendly and has l listens to the customers… C is so rare! More dogs are welcome! We'll be back!
