Great welcome, I loved the perfect very romantic place setting, I love it, nice staff.

Only arrived a couple of hours ago but staff and service seem good.

Beautiful encounters during our seven-night stay.
Congratulations to the management and staff who are not just professionals. Warmth and friendliness are largely at the rendezvous.
The rooms are very functional and clean. This is the case for the common areas of the hotel and the swimming pool as well.
The half-board package offers a hearty and quality cold hot breakfast as well as a meal to choose from three offerings. The products are fresh and well cooked.
Accustomed to frequenting hotels, the whole family thanks the Mercury Lisieux!

There was a very warm welcome, despite our late arrival. Outside it was raining, and we were left to wait quietly in the room, until the rain stopped.
The room was clean, large, well arranged and quite reasonable for a family.
At the reception they were all listening, to solve a very small shower problem.
Quickly repaired.

We are delighted with this Hotel, the staff are very helpful, lots off choices to eat at breakfast and very delicious to eat, our bedroom is on the 2nd floor, and it's got air conditioning (wonderful) it's quiet and the beds are comfortable. It is well situated for you to visit other places, if you want an evening meals make sure you book it in advance and give them your room number, they are under staffed in the evening, the food is very nice, and a good place to visit is Honfleur it's not far from the hotel.

A simple 4-star hotel that offers comfortable and clean rooms, as well as a variety of good food. Staffs were nice, friendly, and helpful. Plenty of power outlets in the room. Some rooms are not equipped with air conditioner.

Card room deactivated of the arrival, deplorable dinner: restaurant very noisy, waitress not friendly, buffet starters with corn, beet, grated carrots and a few slices of sausage first price. Dessert buffet: industrial chocolate savannah with English cream in brick, … only positive side of the meal: the bread which was very good
The doors of the rooms are extremely noisy when they close because very heavy so impossible to sleep before your neighbors
And the Italian shower has an ice rink, no pressure so a trickle of water to wash and finally the SOAP dish that falls on my foot in my shower!
Short hotel and restaurant to avoid while usually this chain represents rather a good value for money.

Welcome home. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The manager of the Hotel is friendly and very dedicated. The decoration of the reception is superb. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will be back with pleasure.

Nice place comfortable, refurbishment on going, good restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and silent.

Spacious rooms stayed two times 3 nights always in the DRC, very comfortable bedding, free parking and well located, satellite channels
Cold rooms no individual action on heating, maintenance to be reviewed, Deco vieilllote, noisy, road.
Value for money a bit expensive for the region and the quality of the infrastructure. Impersonal home.
Breakfast ok, bread and vienoisseries not terrible and for my part more room to sit because tables not cleared for 16, 50 a bit expensive also.
In short a little below the other mercurys of the chain.

Very quaint hotel but nice on the inside. Noise can travel quite far because of the open design, but it didn't affect my sleep. House red wine is quite good! Food is also quite good and varied.

On the spot right now, meal has fallen to the ground! ;) And nice room. Careful staff and stuffing staff. Bravo. And thank you for your wonderful stay.

Very nice staff and nice room. Dinner was pretty poor though. Good hotel for a short stay, especially seeing as they have a swimming pool.

Ordered two rooms in one order which ended up being split across two floors. There is a lack of noise isolation, and it is very easy to hear any conversation in the hallway. Two person room has a queen sized bed with a single blanket. Toilet lacks a lock.

The hotel is very good staff cannot do enough for you brilliant I would recommend this hotel to anybody and the rooms are very clean.

We came with family with our two children. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and the quality bedding as well as the lunch. We did not like the rather noisy nature of the places and the general maintenance that can be improved: degraded walls, used carpets of common areas and the bathroom faded by location.

The rooms that we were provides were very small and 2 of us were forced into a 1 person room. The showers were on the floor and would leak on to the rest of our bathroom. I am also fairly sure there was a gas leak.

Restaurant "The gardens" excellent, friendly and pleasant cradre. Buffets of starters and desserts with plenty of choice. Dish of the day refined. I highly recommend this address.

Stayed two nights here as en route stop on coach holiday. Apart from superb breakfast spreads would rather have been elsewhere. The Mansard rooms are to be avoided at all costs, cheaper — yes but very hot, no A/C and opening skylight did little to improve the atmosphere, Traffic noise high with window open however it was that or suffer the heat. Worst nights of whole vacation. Evening meals, served to two coach parties were of a poor standard. Looking at what was on offer at salad buffet (not available to us) I guess the independent traveller gets a better deal.
