The staff is really on top whether at the reception, catering or maintenance: smiling, available, discreet…
The rooms are very nice and well soundproofed, the mornings do not wake up the followers of fat mornings.
The breakfast is very good: variety of choice, quality of products, welcome…
The restaurant offers a small but quality menu with a nice presentation of the dishes. There too, impeccable and really nice staff.
A very small downside, the jacuzzi: some heads no longer work, which is a pity to enjoy in a group!

The access to the SPA is a little just for the size of the hotel you can enjoy the sauna, the hammam and the swimming pool this is very appreciable.

Autonomy within the establishment is welcome although a site map would be welcome to get your bearings. However the breakfast is very varied, very pleasant moment.

Parking, proximity to the casino, the lake, the village is also an asset.

Very good hotel, spa really good. We only regret the lack of outdoor pool and group activities in the water.

Hotel that doesn't look like it from the outside. But that once inside will delight you. Room spacious and comfortable. The spa is really good and the staff at the small care. If you stay at lorne car this is probably the best value for money in town.

The top of the top, everything was there to spend an unforgettable birthday.
The warm, smiling staff, sincerely kind (whether at the reception, housekeeping, restaurant, breakfast, at night…)
The relaxation area (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi) and back care, extra relaxing time!
When at the restaurant and the breakfast buffet, everything was there!
Hearty meals and really good, we didn't even go out to try another restaurant, why go somewhere else when you have everything on site and quality?
And finally, the setting was beautiful, magical, nice walks around the lake and around with our little dog who was also welcome (with basket and bowl planned for her arrival in the room)

Very good stay as usual in this hotel. I go once a month but this time I came across a room not very clean but that does not change the quality of the staff and the hotel. That's why I scored 4 out of 5. I recommend this hotel.

Rooms Very own relaxation area begins to fade but still remains decent pleasant and friendly staff.
Limit restoration I took oysters but I was not entitled to the oyster fork nor special bread nor butter or spoon to put the vinegar with shallot. Nor rinses fingers.
I would not eat there for sure.

Very nice hotel, restaurant, Spa… everything was perfect. Well located near the city centre of Bagnoles de L'orne. At the spa the massages were well done, by people who know their craft. The restaurant excellent food. Beautiful ballads to do around the lake and its park located right in front. Private Parking and for game lovers, the Casino is a 3-minute walk away.

Coming for a special event we were surprised to be upgraded.
To do nothing spoil the staff is very attentive.

Did not try spa service. Town is nice. Wi-Fi cuts out and the pool is small and lukewarm, so 4 instead of 5 stars.

Nice hotel in a beautiful place.

The staff is very friendly and heart-opened.
The sauna and the pool were beautiful. We can recommend to add the refrigerator (a little one) to the commodities of the room.
The place near the lake is very convenient and there is an entry to the trail for the hike in the wood in 5 minutes of walk from the hotel.
I highly appreciate the hotel and the location of it in the centre of the town.

In a 3 star no hot water at 7:30pm because so much so everyone takes a shower at the same time! Forced to take a shower at the spa. It's pathetic! Same problem the next day at 12pm lukewarm water! No one at the front desk at night. At 10:30 p. M. Forced to call the night watchman by phone knowing that we do not capture the network super! The old night watchman finally arrives. Not friendly at all! Gives a very bad image of the establishment. On the edge of the incorrection. Perhaps because it was aimed at young people. Due to the lack of hot water and the long restaurant service the cocktails offered at the casino were no longer possible after 10pm. As for the casino disco so crowded that there was a queue on the stairs, it's best not to expect to go there on Saturday night. In short very disappointed the host, services and broken promises of the establishment. It's easy to see why they sell the awards all year round. But this night with dinner massage and little cost anyway about 250 e. Possible to find better for the same price! Hot water anyway it's unacceptable and the old night watchman put him to retirement if it inflates him to do his job.

Good 3 star. SPA and care worthy of interest.

The hotel to choose without hesitation!

We stayed in room from 7 to 10.10 2010: very nice hotel, room very comfortable, missing a small fridge. A sheet between the bottom sheet and comforter, to push the quilt when it is slightly warm which was the case… we never could enjoy the dining room which was in the works, and whose decoration was the place, or the photos published on the site… from the point of view of the restoration average for a hotel of this category (especially regarding frozen fish which bathes a little too much in the sauce…, what a pity! ) for a hotel of this category, it would be a good sign that the loan of bathrobes and shoes for access to the pool and SPA area, is free!
Also be considered a "mega ashtray" at the level of the outdoor solarium space.
