Just for a night passage to Alençon. Perfect condition recent renovation. A pity that some people respect nothing, and make a lot of noise. It doesn't make me want to return the blow. Breakfast correct for the price.

Excellent service from staff. Forgot a person item in room, staff phoned so was able to collect. Very grateful.

Fabulously run, manager is great very helpful. Exceptionally clean — excellent shower too. Cannot fault the place stayed there three times now. Will again.

Very good bacon and scrambled eggs fruit juice excellent very pleasant staff in the reception and breakfast room highly recommend.

Called last minute, receptionist spoke good English, was accommodating to our needs, and explained everything, also sending a confirmation email. Rooms were ideal, comfy and although basic, better than other similarly started hotels. Would use again.

The place is quiet, the Buffalo Grill is 50m.
The room is spacious and the heating efficient bathroom side is fine.
After as in most hotels, we hear the water flushes and whispers of neighbors, but hey, must do with.

The reception and the room are nice, nice pan of walls. The room is clean despite the very dirty toilet brush.
The biggest negative is the price of breakfast compared to the quantity and quality of the products offered, very disappointed.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel and have never been let down by the value for money, or the cleanliness reception staff have always been polite and helpful. And spoke some English. The only grouse I have is that there was no waste bin in the room, and the one that was in the bathroom had no liner in it making it potentially a health hazard … breakfast is ample but the 'scrambled' eggs were a sloppy mess this time. However this are just minor issues and the overall experience is very good. Would and do recommend this hotel that its also ideal for ferries from Ouisterham and le Havre as being only a couple of hours from both ports.

So personally very warm welcome, staff listening to these customers see more, the cleanliness of the rooms is not to doubt (away from the) terminal from 9pm breakfast up to 10h Wi-Fi free flat screen TV I recommend of course ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆

Good for price good breakfast but not in with price but worth 6 euros.

Functional location clean. Repainted and redecorated recently. Very easy to get to highway exit. It was a very nice and friendly breakfast.

Green spaces with a little ornament would not be useless for a hotel located in an industrial area.
It is necessary to ensure that the easements are put in perfect condition in order to leave a rigorous maintenance image.

We were well received, the receptionist was listening to us. Clean room, well heated. Clean cafeteria, not very large, making the moment of the intimate breakfast. Breads, fresh pastries.
We will return.

The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very nice.

We find the room convenient, but there is not enough of a pillow (far too thin) for a room for two people there was only one pillow in the bed and the second one was in the shelves without pillowcase.
We talked about it at the reception this morning but on our return to the room tonight… Two pillows but no extra as we had requested. We were forced to go and buy two… Not normal.
Moreover we had well reported when booking that we had a small dog for which we pay 4 extra euros (which is normal) but we usually go to the hotel and never we were denied access to our dog's breakfast. We can't leave him alone in the car. The person who was there this morning answered us with a friendly look. Hum… When we told him how can we do… You're just like the others.! It's not acceptable to hear that! We pay for everything.

The location was very clean and the Hotel was excellent.

Standard rooms, clean and space well optimised. Breakfast available very good value for money with good choice. Friendly staff. Secured car park.

Clean hotel, clean bathroom but a little small. Perfect hotel for such a price.

Friendly staff who were much better at english than we were with french. Will use again.

Clean renovated and not to expensive.

Very decent for the value. Very clean rooms with surprising space and ensuit toilets and shower. Morning breakfast is respectable with a good selection available. Would recommend.

A great idea for anyone needing to stop at short notice at any time of day. We hadn't booked and arrived at 11:30pm. We used the self service booking system located outside and made use of the telephone concierge which was fantastic. Great room, easily slept 4 adults. The rooms might be small but they were clean and warm and there is free Wi-Fi and 24 hour access to drink and food dispensing machines.
