Non proffissional manager Marylene Menard. She doesn't care about customer complains. She only care how to escape from her mistakes. I sent many emails to her to solve my pending issues but zero response! I read TripAdvisor customer complains and she was acting same way in reply. I am really asking the Accor Hotels chain: why no one is caring about the chain name? 7 days now and no answer for my complain! 200 € held without a valid reason and will be blocked till 24 of April because she wants to punish a customer who wrote a true review she's a shame.

Great location, direct access to the seaside, professional and pleasant staff. Quality and hearty breakfast, all with sea views, beautiful! Very clean and comfortable room.

Comfortable rooms, ideal location. The parking lot is actually very narrow but our station wagon entered. We ordered the seafood platter, the tasting with the great view is nice but the rates are still high compared to the amount of seafood.
The staff were attentive and very friendly.

Great location Last night a little noisy. Garage where you have to maneuver.
I was expecting more than a 4 * hotel. Like the toilet separated from the room. A more spacious bathroom.

Big problem : The parking is limited to 1m70. It is necessary to park the car elsewhere. No restaurant. The access of the Mercury is very difficult to walk (slope endless)
Apart from that : The host is correct, the spacious room, the breakfast pleasant.

Lovely hotel buffet breakfast varied and very nice offering a beautiful view. Flat on the paid parking (9 €/day) in dinette format and where it is easy to leave paint on the walls… ideal parking to test the effectiveness of its deodorant. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Super Duplex Room.

It is very well located in the heart of Granville and the rooms are very comfortable. It is a real pleasure to have breakfast while contemplating the sea!

Good reception on arrival, I regret however to have had a room on the 1st floor, mid January, while the hotel is not at all full, a view of the sea would have been more pleasant on the upper floors!
Bathroom and fittings a bit dated, dry towel appreciable.
The breakfast room with sea view is good, and the breakfast OK but no more. On the other hand there was no more water in the coffee machine and the young woman who was doing the service did not know where the milk was in the vials and replied to a customer to open them all to find it!
Parking (9 Euros! ) is difficult to reach, even for a small car.

Nice enough rooms although bathroom was quite basic. There is limited parking so had to park on street quite a walk away.

Suite very nice, spacious with mezzanine for children and beautiful little bathroom lounge redone correct, the small balcony gives a wonderful view of the sea, very comfortable bedding, very nice and helpful staff, very hearty breakfast and Diversify I will revommande this property both in summer and in winter (sea unleashes gives a magical spectacle) assured relaxation. There is only one Jacuzzi and sauna.

Already 2 stays at this hotel including one last month and really I love this hotel. Spacious room with nice terrace, quality bedding, lots of catch for all our appliances, ideal location next to the sea and the Christian Dior Park, very friendly staff, restaurant with breathtaking view of the sea and to finish excellent report Price quality.

Quiet Hotel. Very comfortable room. Sea view at breakfast. Only downside: Extra parking €9, too small for fast full and not suitable for large templates. So you have to look for a place in the street, not obvious because there are not enough places available nearby.

Nice spacious room with balcony, very large TV in the rooms, impeccable service, very good soundproofing between the rooms you feel like you don't have neighbors. Beautiful view of the sea from the bar of the hotel as well as from the balcony of the rooms if you have the chance to be on the non side. The hotel is located right next to the sea and a casino, very well located and nice place. Flat small parking You don't have to have a big car to park there and the price of the seafood platters a little bit expensive.
I absolutely do not regret our stay in this hotel! I recommend it!

Beautiful scenery outside the window and the sound of the surf — everything else as a nice application :)

Great location, and some of the rooms has an amazing view towards the beach and sea. Rooms with loft are perfect for families. And of course the town of Granville is well worth a visit! Breakfast is on the expensive side, but quality is high.

For the calm, cleanliness and the friendliness of the staff. Exquisite breakfasts. Nothing to complain about.

This hotel is a prime example of a really well-run hotel. They keep their service staff who operate really effectively. The quality of the breakfast is extremely high. And I keep coming back as it gets better!
