Very well. Very good welcome. Good location. Breakfast very nice in the Sun.

One can disappointed with this F1, noisy, occupied by immigrants, and more when I got in, I had the impression that long growing cannabis in it, have made me the reflection of fair attention not to smoked in the rooms, and of that I went back to the first s floor to reach my room, it stank of cannabis a do. Its really a mess this hotel.

On the other hand we took two rooms for the night one was invaded Ant and the other room had traces of black grime at the mirror level frankly for 35 E The room we still deserve the hygiene and also not having small inhabitants in our Room C is really shameful! Sorry but I recommend it not.

It was clean and cheap but very basic and very noisy.

First one F1 that I do and the last. Damn it till 3:00 in the morning, no soundproofing. Very very poor quality bedding, back pain the next day. Dirty sanitary. Parking is really scary with vehicles dismantled everywhere. Dining area much too small. I really don't recommend this place unless you don't want to sleep.

Basic, smells or cigarette smoke. No frills Hotel. Go to the Ibis Hotel next door. Its much better.

It does the job intended. Get breakfast from the pancake place next door.

Room correct but shower and toilet very dirty, some people are real disrespectful pig there for the maids, there for other users even for themselves!

Lost two stars following the encounter with a Roach… And unfortunately because of other customers who do not know how to live and very thin walls…

Good service and a clean compared to other formula 1 hotels that one can usually find, only downside is that it is on the outskirts of the city.

For the price, €30/£26, this hotel was fantastic. The room was clean, as was the bedding. The room was warm with a good heater. There was free Wi-Fi available at a decent enough speed. The sink in the room was large enough with a decect mirror to have a shave. The toilet and shower are shared, they were clean and more than acceptable for the price. The checking in process was straight forward, we just turned up and booked in for the night. It was not the quietest but once asleep any noise didn't disturb me. There is a large car park, with a few places to eat near by, as well as a large supermarket. You get what you pay for — and for a budget hotel this one impressed.

Well, frankly if you know the principle of F1 then nothing special, as always plan a multitake.
Restaurants at 50 m, can be a little far from the city.

Receptionist Nice but that's it. F1 too noisy, small, non-private parking (open to everyone) it's worth what it's worth!

Convenient location for us not far from the ferry terminal and it worked for the night but the toilets were grotty and the walls were very thin so we heard a lot of noise keeping us awake at night.

Well located, near Memorial, you should know the concept of F1. The shared bathrooms. Affordable prices, triple room € 29

Spotlessly clean room, and even fragrant inside on arrival. Courteous reception (open until 9pm. ) Places to eat nearby, but central Caen and Castle area is only 10 minutes by car. 3 minutes drive from Caen WW2 memorial.

The lady who did my check-in was friendly, however I couldn't stay that hotel. First of all I didn't realise that the toilets and shower aren't in the room. They are shared. Second the small around the hotel was really bad. I didn't spend a night there.

Efficient check in. Functional in typical F1 style. Convenient location. Rooms very smelly (no reinforcement of non smoking policy)

Quality vs Price was all right, but the beds were very uncomfortable and the showers and toilets were pretty gross. Its more a hostel than a hotel, but if you just want to stay for a night without a high bill, this hostel is pretty decent.

Well worth the money. If you are on a budget and wish to see the sights in this area in particular. Was surprised by the bathrooms. But I survived and said: I can and will do it again.
