Le Petit Matin offered us a very comfortable, spacious, attractive room looking onto a beautiful, spacious walled. Proprietor Pascal was very helpful, offering excellent advice that made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was special and included freshly baked dishes, fresh fruit, local cheeses, and more.

Warm reception and large lovely well appointed rooms. The bathroom was large with two lavatories, and our room was equipped with a shower. The beautiful backyard was spacious and very well manicured. Lovely seating areas outdoors. The breakfasts were home cooked dishes, fresh fruit, yogurt, fresh croissants, among a variety of other items. This is situated across from a park. Very quiet area at night. We would highly recommend this bed and breakfast.

The owner Pascal was very kind and let us arrive early. His home is beautiful and exceptionally maintained. The rooms are large and well furnished. Let Petite Matin is the best bed and breakfast in Bayeux.

Easy parking within feet of the door. English spoken. New comfortable beds. Clean and modernized old house filled with antiques and F R E S H Flowers. Located directly across from a park, it is very quiet and is a 2 minute walk to the town center. Aata.

I wanted to do an entire day tour of the D-Day beaches and needed a place to stay. I found this B&B. Normally, with my reviews, I grade based on my expectations. Not in this case. This is an excellent establishment pure and simple. The owners were extremely friendly and great hosts. Upon arrival, the gentleman asked what my plans where. He provided a map and marked where I wanted to go. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was delicious and the conversations with the other guests wonderful. It is a bit of a hike from the train station but I enjoyed the walk thru Bayeux. It is, however close to the landmarks of the town and the main business area.

Great bed and breakfast at a reasonable price in a great location. Highly recommended.

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible this Bed and Breakfast was to my husband and I! The entire home is beautiful with intricate details in all the decorations making it feel cozy and warm and refreshing to come back to after a long day of sightseeing in Normandy. Our room was the Lin with a huge bed that was impeccable, and a big modernized bathroom. Every morning there is a delicious breakfast all of which is homemade and makes for a perfect way to start every day.

This place is great! The owners are very nice people, and the morning breakfast is amazing. Room was nice (very clean, too), and the bed was comfortable. Recommended stay to visit the WW2 monuments nearby.

A warm welcome in a magnificent mansion! Everything is charmand and the buffet breakfast is sumptuous! Ideally located in the centre of the city!

My husband and I had a wonderful three days at Le Petit Matin, our room was huge with a big modern bathroom. We had views over Charles de Guell square and the back garden. Pascal was terrific he helped with restraurants, shopping and even organised a taxi for us when leaving. Breakfast was scrumptous with homemade treats each morning. Thankyou for a great stay in Bayeux!

Excellent Bed and Breakfast, and Very Friendly Hosts. We got the larger queen room which was very spacious and had windows opening to the street and to the rear garden. The bathroom was very clean with 2 sinks and a shower. No airconditioning if you are planning on coming during warmer weather. Breakfast was traditional French in an elegant Dining Room. The hosts baked fresh apple cake was delicious. Would gladly stay here again.

We had the most wonderful stay at Le Petit Matin on our way through northern France. Pascal was a charming host and the rooms and house were amazing. So beautifully decorated with such thoughtfulness and each room unique. We had Rose Bonbon and our daughters had Lin. They were so elegant and comfortable that I did not want to go out. But go out we did after a delicious breakfast with lots of lovely fresh produce. The location of Le Petit Matin is another advantage. Only a pleasant stroll through a small park and down a pretty street to the Cathedral and then a few more minutes walk to the Tapestry Museum. The town itself is very genteel and pretty with several good restaurants. A lovely stay and I would definitely stay here again if in the region.

Exceptional views over charles of gaulle square and the Cathedral, quiet and very zen, very friendly and intelligence very precious dream home and was very refined (breakfast very good too) anyway, everything is gathered for exceptional moments a Bayeux.
