Hammam in poor condition, the water shower leaking into our bathtub, the tennis court really borderline and the pool water was cold. Beautiful hotel despite everything, decent room and comfortable bed.

Pleasant quiet hotel, superb pool, very good sauna, breakfast at the top with both sweet and savoury products and lots of choice.
Small weak spot on the hammam because damaged tile and salted shower curtain as well as one of the two night tables, damage.

Welcomed by three very dirty stairs set the tone for our stay.
Pleasant hotel welcome staff with character but no highlighting of these places.
Sauna and steam room in an unacceptable condition hygiene to be desired very positive point of this stay a quality restaurant.

Mixed stay. We arrive in a room not made, the management reacted by giving us after twenty minutes another room and offering us two glasses of champagne for the inconvenience caused. Heated swimming pool and sunbeds in place. The setting of the restaurant is rather pleasant but the service far too long, 3/4 hour between the starter and the main course, fortunately the quality of the dishes served mitigates the impatience generated by a disastrous service. A lot of air brewed by a staff can be too young and inexperienced. The rooms are spacious and match a 3 star, slightly shabby carpet but comfortable bedding. The hotel is rather quiet and the staff pleasant especially at the spa.

Stay very nice, staff at the top, very friendly and really listening to us. Hammam and sauna really free and unlimited even if the facilities of the showers are to be reviewed in full, not worthy of a 3 star. Great pool, really heated to 30 degrees, large and also accessible for free. Breakfast remains classic but very good. We didn't eat at the restaurant as the prices of the rather upscale menu made us a bit scary. We recommend this property and will surely return one day.

It's still a little dated, time has stopped. That said, only the room of the restaurant Cosmopolitain is very stylish. Purified. The desserts of real wonders (we had dinner elsewhere) and took a sweetness on return. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Came here a dozen years ago, I find myself there but I think the hotel had to be 4 *… Today 3 * is very correct. Restaurant and kitchen very nice. It lacks the little more in terms of reception, not even a bottle of water in the room… Or the rest of the Spa. Pool at the top. Located near the Casino de Contrexeville, the hotel boasts a heated outdoor swimming pool, a hammam (with a renovated floor) and a sauna. Staff smiling and available. I enjoyed the gourmet menu (suggested map changes every day). 159 euros for 1 double room, including dinner (without drink).

Very friendly home, a little paint shot in the hotel would not be a luxury but the meal from the entrance to the dessert a real treat. The cooking of meat and fish is completely controlled. Massage services A real good time relaxing. Thank you to the whole team of the hotel.

Super beautiful hotel quietly located. Stylish ambience. Friendly staff. Come for years and are still thrilled. Beautiful swimming pool, and if you are sporty, can get tired of the fitness equipment.
Only recommended. The surroundings are also charming. And if you want to do something for your health, you should drink from one of the many sources.

So Hotel Joli, the bathrooms are largely in need of refreshment DNS rooms humidity on the ceiling.
The staff are very friendly and friendly. Restaurant: Delicious.
However sauna small and smell urine in the showers of the sauna, the Hamam felt strongly the humidity.

Very nice hotel, young and dynamic staff. The restaurant really perfect with breakfast at the top and excellent dinner. We had a great weekend in the quiet. Our room was really very spacious and clean I would recommend.

Very old hotel that does not deserve its 3 stars. Big problem of accessibility for people with disabilities. No Handi WC in the common areas (practice when you are in seminary! ). Welcome not accessible either! There would be two PMR rooms that we have not seen! One had supposedly a water damage (we did not want to show it! ) and the other was occupied by a valid person (while we had reserved by expressly requesting a suitable room). Result: We were given a room, certainly large, but in which it was not possible to wash or to go to the toilet. Not "Handi friendly" at all! Running away when you're on wheels!

Quiet huge hotel. We took the family room and had 2 enormous rooms for us. Lovely! Breakfast was good too.

Very good hotel for the city like this, but lacks some basic features like refrigerator in the rooms. Breakfast is also very mediocre and pricy.

The location was very nice. There was ample parking and good restaurants around and in the hotel. The reception is staffed 24 hours. There is an indoor tennis court and a lot of other activities. The room was clean and spacious. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Nice hotel but receptionist doesn't speak and understand english. Good breakfast. Wi fi is really slow and not available in all rooms.

Old style, but very well kept. We are there for just one night on our way to the south of France and we really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms and the facilities are great, the food in the restaurant is of good quality. The only little thing that could improve was the speed of service in the restaurant, but otherwise top marks from us.

Nice hotel well located in the centre of Contrex. Unfortunately bad experience for me!
Indeed, TV reception problem, virtually no string available, very average food, vegetable soup and the mushroom ravioli is too bland, not quite of relief, the heart of beef tenderloin is good unfortunately accompaniments much less, rubbery green beans and the gratin dauphinois without no taste… The waiting time at the restaurant extremely long… (more than an hour to eat at night while the Hall was not full).
The rooms are dated, the flow of extremely high water, what Strip skin, hot water takes time to come…
The worst part of all this was the next morning with a wake-up call at 5: 00 by the fire alarm (unjustified), recouchage 30 min after, fire alarm goes off again at 6: 00 and until 7: 00…
The next day to pay the Bill, no commercial gesture was done, the Director wasn't even to apologize and to the message by the hospitality employees who are professional and exemplary kindness!

It is more than "a few issues" we have met at this hotel yet 3 stars: two hours of delay on the delivery of the room, of share of hospitality no unsolicited proposal to access to care or the pool, obliged to ask for towels, bathrobes and a place to change and access the pool waiting for the room to be ready. Here the doubt settles on good care booking, doubt confirmed when arrived at the spa we are told they are scheduled for the next day, and not at all those initially planned… Special mention to the Nenets of the spa which were the only ones to offer a free treatment, the offset of the care, in short, a SOLUTION to the heap of manure in which we were rather than the hotel planned for our "weekend relaxation". We'll finish with the restaurant in the evening, dishes ranging from the mundane (salad with ham, tomatoes, crème brulee SODEXO) to the very good (duck and fillet of beef on top), with a catastrophic service: forced to seek water, drinks, bread, 35 min, and two applications to serve the requested, wine bottle bottle which is not finished set aside, then reissued the next day to begin with… the surprise being that she had not put in the night and it didn't seem to offend the server, surprised, her gives me without Cap telling me "sucks?
