Poor quality, good breakfast, very sympathetic personell.

The hotel is old. So dont expect high levels of luxury. It's clearly seen better days. But prices are good, the staff is incredibly friendly and you can't beat the location. It's not a place I'd go to for a week of holiday but I had 2 days lay-over and it was perfect, allowing me to explore the city easily. Breakfast was great!

The hotel is centrally located and the staff speaks good English. The noise level over day and night is ok and enough to sleep. Unfortunately, the rooms and the corridors are very run down. Stains in the carpet and on the wallpaper. Spider weaving in the corners and hallways and rooms has a very peculiar smell. The breakfast buffet is meagre and a bit overpriced at €12p. To make it short to sleep here a night ok, for a longer stay not recommended.

Disappointment on the whole line,. The room very noisy, small and the bathroom also. Heat in the irresponsible corridors. Free parking yes but inaccessible. Very close Attention in descent. We were forced to take a taxi for travel. The Staff! Everything is to be revisited.

It smells like the corpse in the corridors, it's horrible… The door of my room was broken and not replaced, a large hole 10cm wide at the lock. Not great for privacy. The floor is bent and half rotten… The Jacuzzi is an 80s corner bathtub…
For the price, it's abused.
What do hygiene services do?
In short, a nightmare. Avoid at all costs!

Worst night of my life! Water leak in the room and sticky stain on the floor! Litter totally uncomfortable, and no one cares! No commercial gesture and let's not talk about parking which is simply unsanitary and rather makes it look like a horror movie set! In short choose a room at Ibis you will be really good!

Strange smell throughout the hotel, if you are allergic to dust, go your way.
The carpets take off from everywhere (hallways, staircase, room) suspicious tasks on the carpet in the room which I prefer to ignore the provenance.
Toilets and bathrooms were not made, yet traces of the previous travelers.

Hotel rooms well located but not worthy of its three stars: beautiful spaces on the ground floor but damaged walls and dirty carpet on the floor. Room small, poorly lit, dilapidated. Heating resistance in the bathroom impossible to turn off.
Home just right, dirty parking.

The staff were very kind and the room was very good.

The hotel is old and has not been renovated. There is a pool which has long not cleaned a lot of dirt there swims. Well one night can sleep.

Not very welcoming outdoor papers… SS parking lot unlighted and dirty. Not reassuring.

Best location and a nice hotel reception/breakfast area with historic flair. Shabby/dirty parking, immediate surrounding and rooms. Still we liked it!

We return from week end a Metz reserver 2 nights with spa and swimming pool has our arrivals empty swimming pool quise found by the water with waste room very neat and not very clean photos has the carpet support that goes down the stairs parking very dirty warned Weekenddes K The next day complete silence no reaction very disappointed. The Hotel was very nice.

This hotel is disgusting. The room we were booked in smelled like smoke and garbage. There were flies in the room when we arrived, and the bathroom felt humid and dirty. The carpets are clearly worn down and in disrepair. Even the lobby smells musty and gross. We cancelled and found a different option. The one saving grace was that the hotel receptionist was friendly and Wi-Fi is free. I wouldn't stay here even if it was free.

Old and dated could do with a up grand very friendly and helpful staff came on are motorcycle and they let use put in there garage over night.

Very unfriendly staff at the front desk. I think her name was Astrid. No complementary basics for breakfast. I am in awe to have been charged for a cup of tea. For the price you pay for the room. The service is very disappointing.

The room was decent, some beds were more comfortable than others, but there was this weird, nasty smell in the hallways.
