Room not made and dirty
Deplorable welcome from the blonde girl who answered me during my complaint. For the uncleaned room: I quote his verbatims: "we will not lose money for you" because I asked to change rooms
Then: "you just have to read the posters" because I was asking for explanations … or when I told her that at ibis group and not at their franchised we were trying to find solutions she answers me "it's not serious if you come back not "actually I would not set foot in this hotel franchised ibis which is very far from being at the height of an ibis of the accor group …

Very warm hotel, nice and clean room. The bed is super comfortable. We are very well received.

Very nice Art Nouveau building. Good beds, good breakfast, very large rooms and nice staff.
Very easy to reach, various parking facilities in front of the house. On foot 5 minutes to the city center.

Friendly, efficient and helpful check in. Good choice of continental breakfast. Within few minutes walk of all main places of interest. Quiet rooms. Car parking within 2 mins walk. Recommended.

Hotel correct pity that the toilets are in the bathroom missing a piece of furniture under the sink to tidy up its business toilet shower small service corresponds to a 2 stars and not to a 3 star.

Hello well-placed hotel located in a chic district of Metz less than 5 minutes walk from the train station and about 15 minutes from the centre of Metz on foot (about 1 km) hotel with cachet, good bedding, nice breakfast and friendly staff.

I come often to this property, the rooms are very nice and modern, the décor in general is neat, and especially the hotel is a short walk from the train station!

A 1 minute walk from the station, 20 minutes maximum walk from the centre of Metz. The interior character is very nice with the historic buildings. The room, bed of 180, very comfortable, beautiful bathroom space with Italian shower. Room side street very well insulated. Clean and well presented set. Impeccable welcome and check-list out impeccable too. Nice breakfast. No superfluous or luxury, but the products are of quality and quantity so that it lacks nothing. The rate (weekend of) very interesting (60 for double room) with 2 breakfasts included. Even b-b doesn't do any better. I'll be happy to go back. Very pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel in a historic building, too bad that in the common areas the decoration is ikea which then is in an Ibis style (see coffee tables in common rooms).
No complaints for the rooms, very large TV, surprising!

A strategically placed hotel right in front of the train station, at the intersection with a major roadway. But still it is quiet enough. The rooms are comfy but the restaurant is closef for 2 years already.

Beautiful location in the "Imperial District". If you like architecture, it is like travelling in time. Very kind personnel and big rooms.

Once the framework of the entry and hallways past, we enter a room small, not at all functional. The bathroom is tiny and very poorly laid out. Grilled bulbs, no electrical outlets available.
avoid absolutely! the room price is not justified.

Hi, I was very disappointed with the delivery of the Ibis Style Metz Gare, even shocked. We pay two nights in early July via a known website (I will not name it because it is not involved), on the basis of a suitable room that allowed access to a wheelchair. When we arrived, the famous adapted room and the hotel were inaccessible for a disabled person steps at the entrance, no elevator, making impossible any access me away. So I paid 195.50 euros for two nights, hotel management, highly unpleasant, refused at first to find me another place in a hotel establishment of the surroundings, and then they told me reimbursement of two nights were "impossible" — with a bad faith that flirted with a rare arrogance and aggressiveness. We had to make the return trip (350 km) without being able to visit the Louvre-Metz and the cathedral city. This is the first time I had such a welcome in a Ibis hotel chain I frequent regularly for twenty years. Since mid-July I started written complaints (for non-compliant room, non-accessible and non-occupied) for which I had no answer, and therefore no refund of two nights did was made. It is a very disreputable hotel, with incorrect direction that did not hesitate to cash my money without giving me the contractually provided benefits, dishonestly accusing the booking website. At any future traveler, go your way! Or, lovers of the hotel chain Ibis go to another nearby! Best regards.
