Good value for money. Clean room I had the same quality with an Ibis recently. The only downside is the coffee for breakfast. The service was very good and fast. Consistent but the presence of smokers (normal in a coffee) attenuated the sensation.

Very friendly place! Rather clean, we only spend one night. But I think that even several days we can be good! Easy to access. Free Wi-Fi. Only downside (really light! ) is a coffee machine; but we forgot the coffee! But this is our fault! Otherwise no complaints! Good place for a price more than OK.

Room very clean and quiet as giving to the back of the crossroads of the velodrome. Well equipped, perfect for a short stay. However, it was missing a bath sheet (1 single bath sheet for 2 occupants! ). The bed is a bit hard… The reception is always perfect! Thank you, Karen.

Very good residence, I am very satisfied as well as the service of the reception. Internet works very well. Perfect for a student.

Room very sketchy, see Rusty, the parquet floor is not properly finished, it sometimes lets appear the lining of the underside. Heating on the opposite side of the bed and unheated room before my arrival (very cold). Ridiculously small bathtub. No decoration in the room (looks like a nun's room). Very poorly soundproof, we hear the neighbors flush the water. Staff however very kindly and location well located.

For visiting Nancy and staying in short stay ideally located near public transport trams bus spacious apartment and very well equipped attention for girls no hair dryer in bathroom samples for toilet available for corner Kitchen well.

The rooms are spacious is the classically equipped kitchen. However the decoration and finishes are not up to par. Old carpet departed, mold, rough bedding and very noisy heating. If the breakfast (mediocre) was not to be taken from the other side of the street my general feeling would be less severe. Being forced to go to a café outside the building is the biggest negative point of my stay. Moreover, the breakfast is not good, bread and croissant frozen, jam, butter tasteless and I do not speak of the compote without flavor. There are many more friendly establishments in Nancy.

Well located right on the Boulevard des Aiguillettes a few steps from McDonald's. The rooms are well renovated and quite spacious. But relatively expensive for the size of the rooms offered.

It’s too basic place. Minimum of everything and more, furniture is used and ugly. Very unpleasant interior. Good location though.

That's suite good for quality and services but the price is taller than expected for the room they give.

Just one step above a hostel. Everything is as basic as it gets, e. G. Fold out chairs and tables, and our room wasn't very clean. There was dirt in the corners, the floor was sticky, and pigeons were literally roosting on the poop covered balcony.

Quiet and clean residence since the change of Manager in 2009. Spacious apartments. Internet installation redone in 2010. Ideal for a stay of a few nights, as for several months. Very friendly staff. The proximity of the city centre with the tram is a plus and the shops that are nearby. Too bad that either paying between 3 and 5 eur but really cheap parking at night or eur 12 month.

After 3 months spent at home researchers I can give an opinion.
Most:
-Housing recent and in good condition.
-Location: near tram and shops.
-Parking space under ground possible.
-Reliable site manager
-Prices inclusive of all charges.
-Bedding farm.
-Washing machine (but which rinse evil) and dryer self-service
Less:
-Internet connection generally unusable.
-Phone calls out of prices.
-Small ball of hot water quickly empty.
-Dirty areas.
-Lift regularly broke down.
-If side very noisy avenue Street.
